スタイリッシュなデザインの造りでとても居心地の良いホテルです。 以下、サウナの感想です。 ○広さの暗めの雰囲気のあるセルフロウリュのできる高温サウナ ○汗を一気に流し体を冷やす桶シャワー ○男女共用のお洒落な休憩スペース ヘルシンキ駅から近いスタイリッシュなホテルです。 サウナ室は広めのゆったりした造りになっており、暗めの雰囲気もあって居心地が良いです。 広い分マイルドな体感温度ですが、ロウリュで高めることができます。 サウナ後は男女共用スペースにある桶シャワーで汗を流してから、休憩することができます。 内装だけで無くBGMもお洒落で、気分良く過ごせます。 朝サウナに入れるのも嬉しいです。

Friendly staff, great Italian restaurant on first floor and awesome breakfast. Great central location with tram close by that’s takes you to the train station. Free bikes

Fantastic stay here - staff were helpful, room was spacious and clean, breakfast was plentiful, and the location is perfect for shopping/dining/walking around Helsinki. Parking is available in a secure garage next door - not cheap, but very convenient. Hotel restaurant is closed on Sundays FYI. I didn't use the sauna or gym but they are both available onsite. Great spot!

Det beste Scandic-hotellet jeg noen sinne har besøkt. Nyoppusset, stille, moderne, og sentralt. Godt med parkering, ikke for dyrt. Nydelige uteområder, der man fikk bruke terassen fritt. Helt vanvittig god frokost og fine fasiliteter med sauna og god gym. Savnet ordentlige glass på rommet, litt dumt at baren ikke hadde åpent før 17 (og helt stengt søndag!) for å få tilgang til glass. Men alt i alt et flott hotell, veldig prisgunstig og fint.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff were so helpful and nice. The breakfast was lovely, as was the dinner we had one evening. The only drawback for us was that the bar was close the whole time we were there.

This was a great choice for my first time in Helsinki. So many things were walkable from the hotel - train stations, restaurants, shopping. The gym and the sauna were nice too. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Felt like I really got my money's worth here!

Things we liked: -the room was very quiet - no neighbourly sounds -Room was a good size (the standard King) -Great location for downtown -Good selection at breakfast although heaving at weekends What would make it even better: -Tea, coffee and hot water facilities in the room (there were none) -Bed being made each day by housekeeping (it was not)

Cleanliness can and must be improved. Dirty bedside table, dusty top shelves, stains on hand towels etc. Housekeeping responsable must check all rooms before ketting guests in.

No cleaning service, merely change of towels, four days long. Room was not that clean on arrival either. Windows cannot be opened, air-conditioning cannot be adjusted. Understaffed reception. Got a quiet room as requested. Nice relaxed neighbourhood, very central.

Schönes Hotel im Herzen Helsinkis. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Schön renovierte und gut schallisolierte Zimmer. Frühstücksauswahl ist üppig und gut. Lediglich das Reinigungskonzept mit reduzierter Reinigung während des Aufenthalts ist gewöhnungbedürftig.

新しくて綺麗なホテルです。 デザインがとにかく素敵で、落ち着ける雰囲気でした。 チェックイン前後に荷物も預けられます。 客室に必要な物はほぼ揃っており、バスタブ付きの部屋をリクエストしましたが、水圧も問題なく広々としたバスタブで寛げました。 各階のエレベーター前には製氷機もありました。 朝食会場で水と炭酸水をマイボトルに貰うことが出来たので、買わずに済んで助かりました。 サウナやジムもあり、ジムの中には珍しくヨガスペースがあったのが良かったです。 バランスボールやフォームローラーを自由に使う事が出来ました。 全体的に良いホテルだったのですが、一つだけ残念な点が。 スカンディックグループは環境に配慮しているため、連泊の場合の清掃は最低限のみとの記載がありました。 タオルの交換、ゴミの回収は毎日してくれるのですが、グラスは洗って貰えなかったり、掃除機もかけていないのか、4泊目には埃が舞っていて残念でした。 毎日でなくてもいいので、せめて一日おきにでも掃除機はかけてもらいたかったです。

Full cleaning of rooms is done every five days so you will have to enjoy spot cleaning and same bedsheets for a while unless you request this. Then it is the attitude (hence the hostel) … wife asked for water in the lobby as the bar was closed (I got a chilled bottle the night before). Front desk gave her two glasses and told her to get water in the toilet!! As a frequent business and holiday traveller that expects cleaning and sevice I won’t be using this hostel again.

Ottimo Hotel, posizione centrale in vicinanza della stazione e delle fermate tram e metro. Arredo moderno con camera spaziosa seppur con vista interna. Ottima la colazione, sia con dolce che salato, in vasta sala. Unica nota negativa, pulizia non perfetta per un light cleaning effettuato per risparmio energetico ma lasciare la camera in disordine rispetto a come la lasci tu non è corretto. Personale comunque gentilissimo ed efficiente Valutazione positiva.

Room didn't feel clean/fresh.

Durchschnittliches Hotel an guter Lage. Angestellte sind sehr freundlich. Alles ist sehr gut organisiert. Betten sind bequem. Gute Abdunklungsvorhänge. Die Zimmer waren sauber- Boden wurde jedoch 5 Tage lang nicht gereinigt und es wurde nicht gebettet. Abfalleimer wurde jedoch täglich geleert. Reduzierter Zimmerservice wird mit Umweltschutz begründet. Allerdings hat es ja nichts mit Umweltschutz zu tun, die Betten zu machen ;). Frühstück ist umfangreich. Vorallem die glutenfreien/laktosearmen Optionen sind super!. Auch, dass man bis 11:00 Uhr frühstücken kann. Es gibt einige Highlights wie Randenhummus, Chia-Pudding, grünen Smoothie- dafür fehlte mir Fisch (in einem nordischen Land), einen guten Kaffee aus der Maschine und die Auswahl an Fleisch und Käse (es gab immer dieselben 2 Sorten Käse und Schinken). Frühstücksraum ist freundlich und hell. Am meisten hat mich gestört, dass die meisten Zimmer Blick in die Innenhöfe haben. Ich hatte extra ein teureres Zimmer gebucht gehabt für eine bessere Aussicht und hatte trotz Nachfrage kein Aussenzimmer mehr erhalten. Die Fotos auf der Homepage entsprechen diesbezüglich nicht der Mehrheit... Alles in Allem ein gutes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Great hotel in perfect location for our family to explore Helsinki. Spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was superb.

Great overall, fantastic hotel. The only complaint is that the shower design let water out while in use, creating a mess after each shower. Recommended

Nice stay, very good location. Great breakfast. The only negative is that windows can’t be opened in the room. The air conditioning was poor, very dry.

Only mentioning that their are closets missing in the rooms.

The rooms were recently renovated and everything was nice. I would have been happy to have a kettle in the room for making a cup of tea, and also the lights in the bathroom were so dim that I could not do makeup. The whole lights system was rather difficult to grasp - too much light, then too little, then the bedside lamp would not light... and then it did not turn off.

Very happy to be upgraded, however the room lacked storage for clothes, except hangers, and didn't have a desk, which wasn't great. Otherwise, good location and convenient for city centre and restaurants

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und eine super Lage

First time in my travels was told by a 4 star hotel that standard rooms do not get basic amenities. No kettle no water no slippers no body lotion.

The aesthetics of the check in spaces. The rooms had nice zones to separate from bed, to living, to bathroom.

I had booked a room without window and I didn’t expect such a nice room. Surprisingly, the room was very spacious with modern & stylish design! Also it was very new and clean. My stay was very comfortable..! I recommend this hotel to everyone who visit Helsinki.

Mostly good – great location & friendly staff. The lights in the room were stupid though – no way to switch the individual lights on or off (just all of them at once), and the bathroom lights come automatically like a prison searchlight if you go in there during the night, so really wakes you up.

We stayed at the Scandic Helsinki Hub for 3 nights. The stay could not have been better. From the location, which was centrally located at Kaampi, next to a lovely park and many good restaurants, to convenience, by the many transportation links right around the corner, we could not have ask for more. The hotel wss located around 15 minutes away from central station, by both foot and using the tram, so it made everything a lot easier. The room itself was very spacious, with plenty room for our luggage and all we have brought with us. An added bonus, the bed is adjustable both for the head/back, ane for the legs as well. The stuff at the reception were lovely and very friendly. We have made 3 seperate 1 night reservations, and the lady at the reception proactively recognized we have back to back reservations and offered us to stay at the same room for the entire stay. The breakfast is really nice and feel very Scandinavian, which I appreciated. The facilities are in a scandinavian design, and felt very warm and inviting. An added bonus is the free bikes for hotel guests to use, offering a lovely way to explore the city, which we have. This hotel turned out to be the perfect spot for us for our (too) short Helsinki stay. Highly highly recommend. Only thing I can add as a suggestion is to maybe add a reservation system for the hotel bicycles, as the 2 times we wanted to use them, they were all taken.

I had an amazing stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Especially Julia the Day Manager. Very convenient to everything I needed during this holiday.

早朝着便の飛行機で、荷物を預かってもらいたく、フロントに声をかけたところ、追加料金はかかるが、アーリーチェックインできると、提案してもらいました。お店もまだ空いてない時間で、飛行機での疲れもあったので、ちょうどよかったです。 部屋もきれいで落ち着いていて、朝食がおいしかったです。

Unfortunately we had booked this hotel for a few nights on a nonrefundable basis. We are facing a cancer issue and the hotel was simply uncaring in either giving us a refund or hotel credit. Expedia said that it contacted the hotel staff but they were not sympathetic to our plight. I guess Euros are more important than human life for this hotel.

3回目のヘルシンキ滞在でスカンディック系列は2回目でしたが、スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。 お部屋もスタイリッシュで広く、サウナも清潔だったし、お部屋のシャワールームも良かった。 お食事は利用していないのでわからない。 荷物預けもスムーズでチェックインは、遅いけどチェックアウトがお昼なので良い。 徒歩圏内に色々あるので便利だった。

Convenient location, spacious and clean family room, very helpful front desk staff, especially Elise who went the extra miles to help us track down our lost wallet in a taxi in a previous city. Breakfast is also great. Highly recommend!

Great location across from a park, very close to shopping and the main shopping streets, the harbour, etc. Good walking area. Close to two Crossfit Boxes; CF Bulsa just around a corner. Street parking can be free if you check those parking times, underground parking is very expensive and not worth it as it's free above ground overnight and very safe. The breakfast buffet is really good, great staff and a casual atmosphere. My room was perfect except I had no coffee or tea capabilities, no kettle or machine. My only issue was the carpet in the common areas, which looked filthy (but perhaps just old) gave me a bit of vertigo which I don't have normally. Everything worked as it should, and as promised. The best part was the location: just can't be beat.

This Hotel was central for shopping, bars and restaurants. It’s clean and offered a great choice of breakfast items.

Very nice hotel, perfect location for visiting Helsinki

ヘルシンキ中央駅から歩いて10分以内に到着できます。 広々とした部屋は快適でしたが、比較的部屋数の多いホテルなので、部屋の位置によってはエレベーターホールからけっこう歩きます。 周りはお店も色々あり、トラム乗り場も近く、観光に買い物に便利でした。

Great hotel opposite a park square close to the centre city but just slightly outside so it was quiet and comfortable.

Frühstück reichhaltig, aber immer die gleiche Wurst und Käse. Keine Abwechselung.

Sehr gute Lage, um Helsinki zu Fuß zu erleben; auch mit Koffer vom Bahnhof zu Fuß zu erreichen; sehr ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer; komfortables Bett; sehr viele vegane Optionen beim Frühstück (Overnight Oats mit Blaubeeren, Chia Pudding, Porridge, diverse Toppings wie Apfel mit Zimt, Beeren oder Ahornsirup, Baked Beans, Falafel, Grillgemüse, Gemüse-Pancakes, Avocado und Rote Beete Aufstrich, Müsli, Green Smoothie) und alles sehr gut gekennzeichnet

We had a great stay although the breakfast was horrible. Too many people for not enough tables. The whole breakfast area was incredibly crowded, dirty and half of the food was empty.

Great hotel, amazing breakfast

Location is great and the hotel overall is fine. The staff aren’t very friendly, which isn’t a huge issue (as we didn’t need to interact with them). Breakfast was chaos, they definitely need to put some order to it.

There was a problem with our room but it was fixed immediately and we were upgraded. Breakfast was excellent. There were many choices and it was tasty. The location was walkable to the train station as well as to the market square.
