Beautiful hotel! Wonderful staff - amazing rooftop bar! Easy walk to the main train station and restaurants.

Amazing view from the top floor bar, possibly the best view of the city. Staff were really friendly and accommodating and the rooms were very nice, clean and furnished to a high standard. Breakfast was of a great quality with lots of options, and wasn’t swimming in grease like other hotel buffet breakfasts

Beautiful views from the top bar. There are Terrace and Bar opened at the midnight.

Walking distance to everything in downtown Helsinki, including train station, shopping, museums. Perfect location! Friendly staff, good breakfast. Cute outdoor dining terrace, and great view of the city from the rooftop terrace. Will definitely be back!

War alles super besonders die Roof Top Bar mit der tollen Aussicht.

Nice place to stay. Staff are very helpful. One thing might be better to consider for people who carry large luggage because there are some stairs or steps. Suggest to change if possible in future. When we checked out, staff helped to carry luggage out. Overall, this is excellent hotel and has panoramic views from top to whole city.

Super fint hotel i Helsinki centrum med flot udsigt fra Roofbar

部屋は清潔で過ごしやすく、スタッフは非常に親切。トップフロアーのバーもいつも人気で賑やか。正面入り口に階段があってスーツケースを持っていると少し不便かも。

Skønt hotel, med en perfekt beliggenhed. Tæt på bus og tog stationerne og centrum. Havde booket et værelse med by udsigt, så fin en udsigt. Roof top baren med 360 gr. udsigt er værd et besøg. Morgenmaden har det der skal til, og altid 3 forskellige frisk lavede smoothies. Venligt personale, vil booke det igen.

Just a short walk from the train station and relatively easy to find. Staff were excellent at welcoming us. The hotel is in a good location, central and easy to access everything. We were even able to walk to Loyly sauna despite there being ice on the pavements. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was of a good quality with good variety. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice room, clean

Everyone and everyone were wonderful and friendly. My only problem was the maid service never took used cups and glasses from the room.

Das Hotel hat einen tollen Charme, das Personal ist auch freundlich, der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse einmalig. Jedoch waren im Badezimmer noch Haare des vorherigen Gasts und das Frühstück am Sonntag war sehr schlecht organisiert. Es waren zu viele Gäste vor Ort, das Personal kam mit dem Nachfüllen des Buffets und der Getränke nicht hinterher. Dafür war das Frühstück am Montag in ruhigerer Atmosphäre sehr gut.

ヘルシンキ中央駅からも近く交通の便が良かった。 ホテルはシンプルだが、清潔感があり落ち着いた雰囲気だった。 朝食が充実していてとても美味しかった。

Buen y céntrico hotel. Lástima que no nos informaron de que había que solicitar la limpieza de la habitación con antelación.

Lage ist fantastisch,wenn man mit der Bahn vom Flughafen kommt. Personal war freundlich. Bad war sauber.Jedoch fand ich mein Zimmer ziemlich klein und hatte keinen Tisch drin. Mein Schild das Zimmer zu säubern wurde jeden Tag ignoriert.

Rummet var lite dammigt, men jättetrevlig personal, god frukost!

最初は一階でしたが、ストリートノイズがすごいです。部屋に耳栓が置いてあります。翌朝部屋を変えてもらいました。5階の部屋でしたが、大丈夫でした。ホテルも知っていて、言わなければ、そのままだったかと思うと腹が立ちます。フロントに朝いた女性は、とても親切で、部屋を変えてくれたり、レストランの予約を取ってくれたりしました。

It was the third time in this Hotel and the rom with a view over Helsinki was a highlight!

The only thing i have to say is that the AC situation wasn't the greatest. The controls were a bit different and it wasn't clear how to regulate the temp in the room. Then when the fan or AC (again wasn't clear) turned on, once it reached the lowest temp available of 19.0 degrees it shut off and then would reset back to 21 or 22. Again, maybe it was user error, but i didn't find any instructions on this. I opened the windows most nights, but depending on which night you're staying (Saturday was the worst), you could will be exposed night club traffic and people yelling and just being drunk until 5 am in the morning and not get any sleep. If you don't have to open the window, you should be fine. In addition to that, the duvet was something used in the winter time. I kept waking up bathed in my own sweat almost every night. They were able to give me a lighter duvet, but it was still too heavy and didn't make much of a difference. I asked for a fan, but apparently that was not an option. Aside from this, the hotel staff is great, the accommodations are excellent as well. Very updated, great bathrooms, plenty of water pressure, large closets for all your clothes and luggage. Great breakfast and a lot of at restaurants in walking distance as well. The hotel is situated in an area with lots of Asian cuisine, which i enjoyed. Very close to public transportation which is very easy to use via the HSL app. There is a lot of history in this hotel and it was a great experience.

Trevlig personal, små men bra rum

Great views from the top floor. The room was small, but we were offered a larger one on a lower floor, which was appreciated. It did get very warm, and without air con, we had to keep the blinds shut during the day to manage the heat as we had no air-con. Breakfast was great — plenty of options and good quality.

Very nice staff in beautiful hotel! Room was rather hot, but it wás very hot outside as well. Bathroom very small, but great shower!

The hotel itself is great, however, if you have a room facing the street, the traffic will likely wake you up early.

Great service

The stay was great! The check-in was smooth and staff was very professional, respectful and overall nice. You feel welcomed. The hotel is kept clean, same as my room so I felt comfortable. Great location, close to bars, restaurants, railroad, cathedral, market square, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a great location, and was surprisingly quiet considering it was a busy area. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if in Helsinki.

The hotel was great, staff was helpful and very friendly, location of hotel is very walkable. The only problem was a night club that is open to 5am Thursday- Saturday. That was not listed on the hotels page. Otherwise, i would have probably stayed somewhere else. It was pretty bad

Very nice and perfectly located.

Hotel located was very close to everything. Main train station, supermarket and department store. Stuff was nice. If you go to rooftop you will see nice views. ( it has bar,too)

Lækker, varieret menu

Frukosten är varierad och tillgodoser alla smakriktningar. Nyttigt och lite onyttigt godis som man unnar sig på resa. Allt smakade gott. Härlig säng. Vänligt bemötande.
