We would highly recommend the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was larger than we expected and very clean. The room also had air conditioning. Easy walk from the train station, breakfast was impressive considering it was “free”. Got the tiny room and felt like it was enough room for two people, elevator was extremely slow. We ended up taking the stairs as the elevator would take 4 minutes, WiFi was also rather slow and could not support a video call. Would definitely return!

Hotel was walkable to the train, bus, cruise stations, and various restaurants. However, the hotel size was extremely small. We booked for a family of three, we could hardly move our luggages. This was more of an outdated boutique type of hotel with no gym, sauna, or swimming pool.

Nice property with a convenient location near Interlaken Ost. Breakfast had a good selection. Can see Harder Kulm from room. Rooms were quiet. Areas for improvement included cleanliness of the room, specifically the bathroom still had hair and contacts left in it from previous guest. Key to room didn't work. Only a single elevator which meant lengthy waits at times. Overall a good hotel and I would stay here again.

Hotel has delicious breakfast selections each morning marvelous team all around, rooms very clean , comfortable and surroundings are well kept . We also like proximity to church , train stations , restaurant Taverne in site serving delicious menus with great presentations . Also appreciate having coffee /tea in the atrium after long walks and felt safe walking around town even at late hours of night after visiting Christmas markets . Always a relaxing stay , staffs welcoming and can’t think of any better place to stay while visiting Bernese OBerland . Our first impressions of the hotel were not positive. When we reached our floor after checking in, we noticed the carpets in the hall were severely worn and stained. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was non-smoking (it took a day for the smell to subside). We tried to support the hotel by trying to eat dinner at their restaurant but were turned away because we did not have reservations (even though most tables were unoccupied). After walking a block, we ate a lovely meal at a crowded eatery and we did it without reservations. When we returned to the hotel, most tables were still unused, telling us either the dining facilities were understaffed or workers were indifferent. That indifference was on full display when a staffer provided me with a stale gluten free roll at breakfast. We do admit there were some great attributes to this hotel including its location, a competent front desk staff, a great bathroom, and the most comfortable bed in our two weeks of travel in Switzerland. Our suggestion is to treat the hotel and your customers with more respect. Upgrade the interior and restore the great character of the hotel. Until you do, it is hard to justify the prices you charge.

This hotel is very clean! The breakfast is included in your stay and has lots of delicious options. Interlaken is a great place to stay you are close to the train, so you can easily day trip to visit different parts of Switzerland. We went hiking, skiing, and skydiving. AMAZING!

The staff is absolutely amazing. Great location, not a far walk from the train station.The room was very quite and clean. I would have rated a full five stars except the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. If they just replace the pillows, an easy fix, that would help immensely.

Fabulous stay. As a couple Americans traveling in August, we very much appreciated the in-room AC (it wasn't as powerful as we're used to in the States, but it was the best cooling we had in multiple hotels across Europe this trip). Beds were comfortable, employees were friendly, breakfast was good. Walkable from the bahn (train) and town. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel in the heart of Interlaken. Just an easy 10 minute walk from Interlaken Ost. We had a quiet room at the side of the hotel with a fantastic view of the church and the snow-capped mountains. Breakfast was very good with effort made to change the selection everyday. I just wish the bed was a bit firmer, the sheets smelled fresher and bath towels were newer/whiter. Overall, it was a good stay and would consider staying at this hotel next time we're in Interlaken.

Hotel is great with good view and restaurant. A bit far from the station but acceptable and within expectation. However, always nobody in the reception counter. Staffs are in the room or on the phone and no one to serve the customer. You have to expect to wait and spare extra time for check in and check out. But the staffs are nice.

Es un buen hotel muy cerca de la estación de tren Interlaken Ost, queda a unos 8 minutos caminando. La zona es bonita, cerca del lago. El desayuno que está incluido es bueno. Las habitaciones están bien y son cómodas. One restaurant staff in evenings was rude and not accomodating to us hotel guest. We visited 2 times and both time we encountered her , she was unpleasant and attitude was bad to say the least. Overall, the hotel and other staff was very nice.
