Clean, beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. Needed to ask staff for an HDMI cable as they didn’t have smart TVs (a little disappointing). Had no control over the temperature of the room, was told in the winter they set the entire hotel to a certain temperature so we found ourselves opening the windows at night to our dismay. Otherwise, pool area , gym and rooms themselves were lovely. Walking distance to town, shopping, laundromat, train stations and a lovely 3 mile walk around the lake.

This place is a splurge but one worth taking... The building, restaurant and amenities are truly top notch. Stunning spa and we also used the gorgeous indoor tennis court. The restaurants were the best we had while in Interlaken. By far our favorite memory will be eating breakfast by a huge window watching the paragliders... Pricey place but priceless core memory!

In the heart of interlaken, with the best view of the snow mountain top from the dining hall. Very comprehensive spa facility with a Roman style open pool facing the Mountain View. The stay experience is unique and memorable. Room is spacious and comfortable. Impeccable service from everyone in the hotel. Highly recommend for anyone who would visit the area.

The property was absolutely stunning. It was really well done. The issues that I ran into were that the air conditioning did not work any of the rooms we had. Either of us slept very well. The food and the hospitality was absolutely great. Other downside was that the main pool was closed and so we couldn't use any of the facilities. I wish we knew some of this before we booked but either way it was the nicest place in town.

The good first———- this has to be one of the prettiest grand hotel that we have stayed in, and we have travelled extensively all around the world, staying at really lovely and best rated hotels. The facilities at this hotel is unmatched , the spa facilities are gorgeous. The concierge service is amazing. A big shout out to Dragan. He is so easy to work with and so helpful. He made our stay so much fun. The house keeping staff is just fabulous. The property is very well maintained, and so clean, and oh so beautiful. Now for the hard part. This is difficult for us. We loved so much about the hotel. But this has to be said. Upon checking out, i mentioned two items to the young lady helping us. I said that the air conditioner in our room never worked and that we had reserved a room with a king bed and what we got was two twin beds pushed together. The young lady immediately contradicted me and would not let me finish until i politely asked her to please allow me to finish my sentence . She kept saying that the air conditioner was working . I was aghast, at being summarily having my experience dismissed. As far s the king bed situation is concerned, she just said that i had not asked for a king bed, because if i had, the hotel would have provided a mattress topper to make the two twin beds into a king bed. Again refuting me and telling me that i had not asked for a king bed was very unprofessional way of handling the situation.

This is truly a beautiful hotel with incredible service from start to finish. We only had 1 night here while we traveled from Zermatt to grindelwald and honestly I wish we had 1 more day to stay. We was traveling as a family of 5 with our 4 year old daughter and I must say we have stayed at many hotels and this had the coolest kids club I have ever seen with a lot of cool rooms such as art room, music room, gaming room etc. we also used the spa and pool which was exceptional. The only thing I would have liked was a hotter hot tub at the end of the day but other than that I have zero complaints. Great hotel and very nice staff and good food options with an amazing breakfast buffet. Truly top notch.

Very special hotel which was the highlight of our visit to Interlaken. We wouldn’t have changed a thing. The food was impeccable, the staff were extremely professional, welcoming and helpful, and our room was immaculate.

Tivemos um upgrade de apto, porém o mesmo apresentou alguns problemas. Na primeira noite o cofre estava trancado e não pudemos ter acesso, e o problema foi prontamente resolvido no dia subsequente. Também tivemos um problema com a luz interna do armário que permaneceu ligada a noite toda, atrapalhando a primeira noite de sono. O staff sempre se demonstrou pronto a resolver o problema, porém fica a minha sugestão de haver um plano de manutenção preventiva.
Tivemos um upgrade de apto, porém o mesmo apresentou alguns problemas. Na primeira noite o cofre estava trancado e não pudemos ter acesso, e o problema foi prontamente resolvido no dia subsequente. Também tivemos um problema com a luz interna do armário que permaneceu ligada a noite toda, atrapalhando a primeira noite de sono. O staff sempre se demonstrou pronto a resolver o problema, porém fica a minha sugestão de haver um plano de manutenção preventiva.

This is a beautiful, well maintained, elegant hotel in the middle of Interlaken directly between the two railway stations. It is easy to reach and perfect as a location to explore the Jungfrau area. The inclusive breakfast is first rate with a wonderful view of two person Para-gliders landing in the park opposite the hotel. The reception staff are fabulous. The other staff are good, but the evening staff,in the same wonderful space as breakfast, do get the award for being the slowest servers in Jungfrau. The hotel has a strange heating and cooling system. It is either heating or cooling but cannot be switched from one to the the other at will. We froze on our first night. Reception arranged for an electric heater to be delivered to the room, which worked fine. They pointed out it was not time for them to change the system over from cooling to heating with the cold spell we experienced being unusual. The Spa and overall ambiance of the hotel are wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hôtel de grand standing en plein centre d'Interlaken. Nous avons été surclassé et avons eu une plus grand chambre avec une vue sur le parc/montagne. La chambre été propre et spacieuse Le personnel de la réception , le concierge , ainsi que ceux du restaurant italien ont étaient adorable avec nous et notre chien. Nous reviendrons a coup sur :)

I stayed at the Victoria Jungfrau for 3 nights, and it was by far the most disappointing 5-star hotel I’ve experienced. The staff were not friendly or welcoming, which set a bad tone from the start. The room was spacious, but everything else about it felt cheap—like a 2-star hotel. The gray wall color made the space feel cold and depressing, and the furniture and materials looked low-quality. I booked a queen bed but was assigned two double beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable and unacceptable. To make things worse, the refrigerator was mysteriously unplugged on the second day for some unknown reason. All the appliances in the room, including the hair dryer and flat iron, were very cheap and felt more like something you’d find in a budget motel. This place might have a good reputation, but based on my experience, it doesn’t live up to its 5-star rating. I won’t be coming back.

We stayed in the spa area and wow the room was big and amazing! My favorite room of all time. The service matched, everyone so polite and kind. We stayed for three days which was not enough. Ate at two of the restaurants both amazing and even bought a sweater at the shop to stay warm on the Jungfraujoch “Top of Europe”. This is the place to stay no question. Wish we would have booked more time at this hotel!

Clean, beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. Needed to ask staff for an HDMI cable as they didn’t have smart TVs (a little disappointing). Had no control over the temperature of the room, was told in the winter they set the entire hotel to a certain temperature so we found ourselves opening the windows at night to our dismay. Otherwise, pool area , gym and rooms themselves were lovely. Walking distance to town, shopping, laundromat, train stations and a lovely 3 mile walk around the lake.

Beautiful grand old hotel with modern updates. Received a room upgrade plus $100 credit thru Expedia for the spa. In house Italian restaurant was very good as was the breakfast. Made our trip to the Jungfrau very easy as the train is in walking distance.

The property was absolutely stunning. It was really well done. The issues that I ran into were that the air conditioning did not work any of the rooms we had. Either of us slept very well. The food and the hospitality was absolutely great. Other downside was that the main pool was closed and so we couldn't use any of the facilities. I wish we knew some of this before we booked but either way it was the nicest place in town.

The good first———- this has to be one of the prettiest grand hotel that we have stayed in, and we have travelled extensively all around the world, staying at really lovely and best rated hotels. The facilities at this hotel is unmatched , the spa facilities are gorgeous. The concierge service is amazing. A big shout out to Dragan. He is so easy to work with and so helpful. He made our stay so much fun. The house keeping staff is just fabulous. The property is very well maintained, and so clean, and oh so beautiful. Now for the hard part. This is difficult for us. I said that the air conditioner in our room never worked and that we had reserved a room with a king bed and what we got was two twin beds pushed together. I was aghast, at being summarily having my experience dismissed. As far s the king bed situation is concerned, she just said that i had not asked for a king bed, because if i had, the hotel would have provided a mattress topper to make the two twin beds into a king bed. This is a beautiful, well maintained, elegant hotel in the middle of Interlaken directly between the two railway stations. It is easy to reach and perfect as a location to explore the Jungfrau area. The inclusive breakfast is first rate with a wonderful view of two person Para-gliders landing in the park opposite the hotel. The reception staff are fabulous. The other staff are good, but the evening staff,in the same wonderful space as breakfast, do get the award for being the slowest servers in Jungfrau. The hotel has a strange heating and cooling system. It is either heating or cooling but cannot be switched from one to the the other at will. We froze on our first night. Reception arranged for an electric heater to be delivered to the room, which worked fine. They pointed out it was not time for them to change the system over from cooling to heating with the cold spell we experienced being unusual. The Spa and overall ambiance of the hotel are wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I think this may be my first hotel review but this one was well worth taking the time to write about. The service here is outstanding and everyone there goes above and beyond. They are friendly and knowledgeable and really made a difference for our stay. The hotel design is also very elegant and the pool has a very nice view as well. The service all around from the waitresses to front desk and especially to the concierge made this feel better than the four seasons or ritz.

The hotel guys need some training on what is hospitality and five star services. Over hyped and over priced for the services 1. No basic bathroom amenities provided 2. They charged for providing the adaptor even though we left the same in the room at the time of check out 3. For having even a egg of your choice, we need to pay extra even though breakfast was included 4. If we need second water bottle they would charge extra Probably they have no competition in this area. Conceirge was the saving grace and quite helpful

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! The breakfast terrace was my absolute favorite spot. The view was incredible. The staff was super nice very efficient and very eager to help. Great breakfast buffet. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be back. would definitely recommend this hotel.

Truly hotel perfection. Felt pampered the whole time we were there. Breakfast was delicious and had many options. Was fun ro watch the paragliders land at breakfast each morning. Pool and spa are top notch. All staff were spot on and super pleasant. Thanks for the wonderful anniversary stay!

Well. What can I say. 5 stars from checking to leaving. The room itself & the hotel were perfect. Staff were kind & very helpful Dinner in the hotel restaurant was fantastic so much so we are there every night of our 3 night stay , ate something different each night & we’re not disappointed with the service or quality. I can understand the mixed reviews but we enjoyed the laid back , not rushed very European service …the staff were professional & knowledgeable regards the menu , wines & cocktails Facilities on offer were great & for us it was a fantastic base for our itinerary…lots to fo & see …we will definitely be back as we can’t wait to see it in Winter.

Some attention to details would be expected for this hotel category. probably also linked to overall post pandemic situation with difficulty to hire hospitality educated staff. For instance staff wearing extremely strong perfume, no vegan margarine nor yogurts, gluten free bread needs to be asked from staff as not available at breakfast buffet (several buns available but comes randomly), no gluten free cake or pastry on buffet or dessert menu (could expect at least one nowadays, that van be served to all customers anyway). Unclear communication about restaurant hours, closing time not meaning last order as usually…

This is a beautiful, well maintained, elegant hotel in the middle of Interlaken directly between the two railway stations. It is easy to reach and perfect as a location to explore the Jungfrau area. The inclusive breakfast is first rate with a wonderful view of two person Para-gliders landing in the park opposite the hotel. The reception staff are fabulous. The other staff are good, but the evening staff,in the same wonderful space as breakfast, do get the award for being the slowest servers in Jungfrau. The hotel has a strange heating and cooling system. It is either heating or cooling but cannot be switched from one to the the other at will. We froze on our first night. Reception arranged for an electric heater to be delivered to the room, which worked fine. They pointed out it was not time for them to change the system over from cooling to heating with the cold spell we experienced being unusual. The Spa and overall ambiance of the hotel are wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
