The parking is not obvious and you can end up searching for a parking space to check in and then get access to the car park. Very central to Interlaken though as the hotel backs onto the railway station which you cannot hear - good insulation

Doorstep to Interlaken West train station. Migros and a shopping mall are just opposite. High speed wifi. Breakfast is good. Junior suite comes with a bunk bed for my kids and an open patio facing the lake. Beautiful view. Luggage storage available. Cons: Toilet door no lock. Room size is good for stay. Just no much space in room to open our 4 luggages.

New and modern rooms are very nice. No need to use EU plug adapter to recharge phones as the charging cords plug directly into wall terminals. Great location just behind the train and boat cruise station. Very affordable 24 hour parking across the street below the Migros shopping mall. Staff is very knowledgeable and always ready to help. Highly recommend.

Great hotel based at the end of the platform at Interlaken west station, great base to hop on a train to Interlaken ost for connections to lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald , great hotel bar. Staff were excellent, definitely one for a future stop

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast selection was very good. The bar options are a bit limited, and there are no other dining options within the hotel itself, though there is an Indian restaurant nearby that was just okay. The location is convenient—close to shopping and the bus terminal. One thing to note is that one side of the hotel faces the train platform. If you’re a light sleeper, the train noise can be noticeable, so it’s worth requesting a room on the quieter side. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.

This hotel was the worst part of our trip. Our room wasn’t clean upon arrival. The front desk staff then got us another room and asked him to inspect the room with me. We both then noticed that room wasn’t clean either. Finally our third room they have chosen ONCE AGAIN not cleaned. I was so uncomfortable at this point I didn’t know what else wasn’t clean in this hotel. The employee himself was so embarrassed and wouldn’t stop apologizing. The hotel manager was absolutely awful!! He didn’t even care to acknowledge my husband and I and just stood there standing. The two front desk employees were the only ones who seemed to try. Nothing was done and they just said “do you want to try another room or we can send someone up to clean one of the rooms you’ve seen”. Please don’t stay here. Interlaken offers so many beautiful and CLEAN hotels. This was an absolute nightmare and set back our vacation.

The location and property were great! Loved the free breakfast and it was very close to all. The cleaning service was poor, we were forgotten one day despite putting the sign out, and only half the room was cleaned the second day.

호텔 로비부터 객실까지 어느곳하나 청결하지 않은 공간이 없었습니다. 침대는 아주 푹신하지도 딱딱하지도 않아 편하게 쉬기 좋았고 제가 디스크 환자인데 불편함 없었습니다. 조식은 유럽식 아침식사 잘 못하시는 어머니께서 너무 맛있다고 2접시씩 드실정도로 훌륭했고 인포메이션부터 레스토랑까지 모든 직원분들의 친절함은 감사할정도였습니다. 제가 융프라우 철도 할인권을 1장만 프린트 해갔는데 융프라우 가는날 인당 1장씩인걸 뒤늦게 발견하고 인포메이션에 복사 요청드렸는데 아주 흔쾌히 친절하게 도와주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 그리고 가장 좋았던점은 뒷문으로 나가면 기차 플랫폼입니다^^기차역 입구가 아닌 플랫폼이요^^ 동역이든 루체른이든 체르마트든 어딜 가던지 뒷문으로 나가면 됩니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 객실에서는 기차와 관련된 소음은 전혀 듣지 못했습니다.호텔예약할때 동역으로 착각하고 잘못예약해서 나중에 서역인걸 알고 많이 당황했는데 오히려 너무 행운이었습니다. 다음에 다시 인터라켄을 간다면 꼭 다시 숙박할거예요!!!

Wish you could control the air conditioner in the room. Had to sleep with windows open and so did others with very loud kids. Our view out the windows was a closed in box of the building walls. Walls had visible dust on them. Will go to another hotel next time.

We chose to pay at the property but the hotel charged us before arrival instead of the normal process of paying at check-in or check-out with no real explanation as to why. The second big problem is that the rooms are so hot. You can’t get a good sleep even with the window open (outside air temperature was below 10 degrees C) and with the fan (which they gave us to fix the problem) on full blast all night, the temperature in the room was 24 degrees C. Given that we stayed in springtime and the daytime is warm there was no need to heat the rooms. The AC in the rooms didn’t work and although it was meant to bring the temperature down to 18 (that was the minimum possible) it didn’t bring it below 26 degrees at night without the window open. The location and comfort of the beds were great. The staff were as helpful as possible but could not fix the problem. This will be a bigger problem in summer. The problem was in many rooms as we heard several guests ask about the same issue.

Great room with a view of the water and mountains. Breakfast buffett is amazing and has everything. Hotel is at Interlaken West train station and comes with free train/bus pass for use within town. TV was modern enough I could stream from my phone. Hotel workers were friendly and informative. I got hot water for my noodles. No cooking items or fridge are in rooms. Just coffee machine.

Fantastic location to explore the Jungfraujoch region. Wonderful room spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was consistently good and staff were amenable and friendly. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Jungfraujoch region. Train station directly outside the hotel was fantastic and made it easy to get around on day trips. Rooms are well insulated and didn’t hear any train noise throughout our entire stay, 3 nights.

Excelente hotel, dentro da estação de trem de Interlaken, dois passos pra fora, você já está dentro do trem para destinos incríveis. Quartos limpos, espaços, com uma vista surreal para os Alpes e o lago. Café da manhã impecável.

The rooms categories isn't not listed when booked. I spent more then US$ 230.00 for a cave type room which has no view at all. Paid $50.00/ night extra for a room with outside view. Rooms have no microwave, waterb oiling cattle & refrigerator. Also no iron inside the room. They provides upon request. Bathroos are so small and ignored by house keepers for shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc. No space for clothes to hang. Basically very small rooms that you can hardly move around.

The room was a Mountain View except you can see a parking lot and the train station was right next to our room so it stayed loud. The room was too hot and we had a very hard time sleeping. You can open the window but it’s almost all covered with a metal decoration so no air flow really gets in. Would not stay again. It is a nice hotel with great breakfast.

The AC in the rooms didn’t work and although it was meant to bring the temperature down to 18 (that was the minimum possible) it didn’t bring it below 26 degrees at night without the window open. The location and comfort of the beds were great. The staff were as helpful as possible but could not fix the problem. This will be a bigger problem in summer. The problem was in many rooms as we heard several guests ask about the same issue.

This hotel was the worst part of our trip. Our room wasn’t clean upon arrival. The front desk staff then got us another room and asked him to inspect the room with me. We both then noticed that room wasn’t clean either. Finally our third room they have chosen ONCE AGAIN not cleaned. I was so uncomfortable at this point I didn’t know what else wasn’t clean in this hotel. The employee himself was so embarrassed and wouldn’t stop apologizing. The hotel manager was absolutely awful!! He didn’t even care to acknowledge my husband and I and just stood there standing. The two front desk employees were the only ones who seemed to try. Nothing was done and they just said “do you want to try another room or we can send someone up to clean one of the rooms you’ve seen”. Please don’t stay here. Interlaken offers so many beautiful and CLEAN hotels. This was an absolute nightmare and set back our vacation.

The location is great and the breakfast was decent. Bar tender was great, really attentive. Downside for me was the reception staff, very rude, impersonal and unhelpful, totally the opposite for people working in hospitality. Room has good facilities, a little small and dusty but overall good quality. Not sure I would recommend the hotel just because of how poor the reception staff were.

⭐ 2/10 – Very Disappointing Stay I rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel experience was truly disappointing. Our room was directly above the train tracks, and when I asked politely to move to a higher floor, the reception staff brushed me off without a smile. They claimed all rooms were occupied, yet the Expedia app showed multiple available rooms in the same category. To make matters worse, when I mentioned the loud train noise, the 2 lady receptionists ant night insisted it was “not possible” to hear it, which felt dismissive and insulting. I didn’t know that accusing customers lying is part of the service. (I have recorded the noises on videos of the management team wants to hear them) The room was also very dusty, adding to the discomfort. On the bright side, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of variety, and the gentleman at reception during the day was kind and professional. Unfortunately, the unhelpful staff, noise, and lack of honesty overshadowed these positives, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

An amazing hotel in Interlaken. Probably the best location in Interlaken with a door right on the train platform. Staff is excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. I would specifically mention Julie at the reception. Breakfast was delicious with many varieties. The room was about the right size with a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again in our next visit

The location is on the West side of town so you do have to take a short train ride to Ost station each time you travel. Even though it’s next to the train station, we did not hear it at all! It was quiet, comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast is good and it’s nice to have grocery store across the street.

Fantastic location to explore the Jungfraujoch region. Wonderful room spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was consistently good and staff were amenable and friendly. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Jungfraujoch region. Train station directly outside the hotel was fantastic and made it easy to get around on day trips. Room was far too expensive for what it was - little to no light and very basic, cleaning was missed and no fridge or kettle, which are pretty basic when you’re paying £500 a night. No fridge and no kettle which meant travelling with a baby was very difficult.
