Ik had geboekt een kamer met ontbijt en avondeten. De dag voordat ik vertrok uit Nederland kregen wij te horen, dat het avondeten er niet bijzat. Teleurgesteld als compensatie kregen wij een gratis kinderbed en ontbijt voor onze dochter. Kamer was prima, ontbijt lekker en veel keus. Zwembad heerlijk. Verbleven 2 nachten, helaas de laatste avond was iemand niet helemaal tevreden met haar kamer en communiceerde dit uitgebreid op de gang. Dit duurde meer dan een half uur, terwijl het personeel van het hotel ernaast stond en niet reageerde. Dit was pech en niet helemaal verwijtbaar richting het hotel, of toch wel.

The hotel WAS a 5-star hotel but it has run down into a 3-star hotel. The pool was dirty and then closed. The rooms were dated and the hotel could be cleaner. The air conditioning does not have a thermostat so it is difficult to control the room temperature.

Decent hotel in central Jakarata, walking distance to Gambia station and easy to get to all the sites by taxi or tuktuk. Reasonable, clean rooms. Very large pool and bar in a lovely garden. Staff were great - thanks to Ricci in the bar for the Indonesian snack recommendations! Delicious.

The price is correct. The location too (within walking distance from MoNas, train station, etc...even if the notion of walking distance hardly means anything in Jakarta). Breakfast buffet was great for the price too On the negative side, the spa was closed, the laundry service standard delivery time was almost 48 hours

The checkin process was good , the staff was courteous. Room was outdated , shower was broken and had to wait for the 'engineering' team to fix the shower. After multiple calls and 30 mins of waiting didn't help to fix the issue. Also there was only one point for charging laptop or phones.

Sentralt, gåavstand til jernbanestasjonen. Badet var lite og trangt. Bortsett fra i lobbyområdet virker hotellet litt slitt. Kunne trenge oppussing, særlig av badet. Tre restauranter på hotellet: vi prøvde den italienske som var veldig bra. Litt varierende service, eks de kom aldri for å re opp sengene om morgenen.

The rooms are spacious with amazing views of the city. The beds are overall comfortable and the rooms stay nice and cold. The shower is hot but the water doesn't drain out of the bottom very well. We appreciated the welcome waters and toothbrushes. We needed hand towels and they delivered them promptly. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a convenience store nearby that serves food and drinks. There's a bank nearby and you can walk 15 minutes to a market for food options. We will stay here again.

The facility is old. The faucet in bathroom is broken, the water is not hot at all. After the staff came to fix it for 20 minutes, the water is still barely warm. It was because I only stayed for one night, so I didn't bother asking them fix again. The light control doesn't make much sense. I had to turn on or turn off the light at once, not able to turn off most of the light and keep a small light on.

The room, AC was poor did not keep room cool enough. The toilet required me to flush it for roughly 15-25 seconds to actually get the toilet to flush. These two things caused minor inconveniences, and they unfortunately couldn't fix either during the stay. That being said, the room was clean, property was clean, breakfast was great with a wide variety and fresh fruit. The staff at the hotel were very kind, curteous, and helpful. This was the 2nd stay of mine and they have always had excellent service. I would highly reccomend this hotel for anyone to stay at.

The Hotel is good. The staff very well dressed. But very low energy. The staff appear not motivated to offer services. Th Restaurant staff seemed better in customer service but still average when i compare with other cities i travel. The house keeping takes very long to respond. Room telephones that don't work unless you know the extensions off head. I had just arrived from Dubai where i stayed in a 3 star where the service exceeds Arya Duta. I do my workshops in Arya Duta in other cities - the energy to serve customers with a smile is very low.
