Very nice hotell at a great location close to center of Jakarta. The service from staff is excellent and they are extremely helpful and polite. I stayed 4 nights with access to Club Lounge, all meals included. It was ok but not so much to choose from on the menu. Sometimes they did not even have a local Bintang left. One time they ran out of chicken and after talking to 3 people and 20 min later they managed to give me a sandwich. Room was nice and clean. Bed fantastic. Had some trouble setting temperature in the shower so sometimes it was too hot. On floor 5 they had the pool which was surprisingly the same depth all the way. Gym was good and they had a jogging track around the hotell building which was really nice. Food and drinks in the lobby cafe was over priced. All and all I might consider to come back.

We were given a smoking room when we booked a non-smoking room. When we questioned the hotel reception, they insisted that it is a non-smoking room when it obviously smells like one and the house keeping staffs told us it is in fact a smoking floor/room. The hotel management insisted that non-smoking room is not available otherwise until we requested for a refund and miraculously there is a non-smoking room available for us. Wasted a lot of our time to check in. Hotel room is clean but dated. Breakfast is average. Location is not very convenient from the airport train service. Stayed in 3 different hotels during our trip to Indonesia, unfortunately we have the worst experience at Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan.

Det hade väldigt bra, service och mat jättebra. Trevliga personalen! Club lounge personalen är jätte trevliga och snälla! De hjälpte oss att fira och sjunga min 2 årings födelsedagen. Vi fick också fina och trevliga presenter efter vi har checkat in. Vi får också välkomna att checka in klockan 9 på morgonen efter vi landade från Qatar. När vi checkade ut, fick vi också fina kort med fina ord också souvenir med Indonesisk kultur. Tack och vi ska komma tillbaka!

This hotel was really the No.1 hotel in the world we have experienced in the last 25 years in almost 30 countries. Room, atmosphere, staff's services were excellent and especially food in the Club restaurant was incredibly good during 3 consecutive days from the breakfast, lunch and dinner with free. Club restraint staff services were very smooth and efficient and comfortable in every aspect. Will recommend everyone to stay this hotel anyway.

記念日のお祝いの為に宿泊しました。ケーキのサービスとウィンドウにお祝いのメッセージを書いておいてくれて感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。クラブラウンジにアクセスできるプランだったのでアフタヌーンティー、夕食、バータイムまで長い時間をラウンジで過ごしました。アフタヌーンティーのフードが作り置きの時間が長かったせいかパサパサしていたのが残念でした。夕食のブッフェでドリンクを注文する際にドリンクメニューが無かったので何が頼めるのかが分からずありきたりなオーダーになってしまったのも心残りです。朝食は一階のレストランでブッフェだったのですがメニューが豊富で全部食べきれない程でした。パンを食べる際にバターはあるけどバターナイフが無いのでスタッフさんにお願いしたのですが結構時間がかかってから出てきました。パンコーナーのすぐそばに置いておいてもらえるとありがたいです。部屋のアメニティでバスローブが一着しかなかったのも少し残念なポイントでした。全体的にスタッフさんはみんな笑顔で何でも頼みやすくお願いしたことは基本的には対応してくれました。また利用したいと思います。

My spouse and I traveled through Indonesia for three weeks to celebrate our honeymoon. During these three weeks we slept in different types of accommodations ranging from very basic to somewhat luxurious. For our final stop before flying back to Europe we wanted to stay in something nice to recharge. So we booked the Continental Room at the Ritz-Carlton during our final stop in Jakarta. We were already super excited to stay in this hotel, because my partner and I haven’t stayed in an hotel this luxurieus before. When we arrived we found out that they upgraded us, as a honeymoon present, to the Presidential suite. This room was unlike anything we have seen before; 400m3 of floor space, high ceilings, a private jacuzzi and two sitting areas. We never considered ourselves lucky, but at that moment we felt very lucky and fortunate. However the thing that made our stay truly memorable were the amazing people and staff we met. Everyone was so cheerfull, kind and warm. We met so many great people but we wanted to call out a few. Elvan, from reception, who showed us the suite, took nice photo’s for us and was such a kind soul. Ratu, from Restaurant Asia, who took the time to talk to us, to surprise us with small gifts and made us very comfortable when we were dining there. Dewri, from the Club Lounge, who made the best cocktails for us and showed true hospitality. Riske, also from the Club Lounge, who was just very hospitable, prepared a romantic dinner for us and made sure we didn
