Fasilitas hotel sangat bagus, kamar luas dan nyaman namun kurang ok utk sarapan buffetnya.menu indonesia terutama nasinya tampak ssperti nasi yang sdh lama dipanaskan, berwarna agak kuning dan agak keras dengan peletakkan di magic com yang terlihat lumayan menyedihkan utl sekelas bintang 5. Makanan lainnya dingin, dan menu utl anak2 sangat terbatas.sereal yg ada hanya berupa rice crispy dan oat , tdl ada coxocrunch

One of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in Jakarta. Clean and spacious room with exceptionally polite and efficient staff. Special mention to the lobby lounge which has a proper smoking room which you don’t see much these days!….highly recommended, will definitely be back again!

The hotel is very old. Lobby is good, but the room is very old. Enterring to the room has smoke smell. and also electronic curtain didn't work, need to wait for 30 mins and fix another 30 mins in order to move up curtain. faciloty in the room is very old .

I have stayed enough times at this hotel to feel as though it really is a home away from home. I love how the team here recognize me and service is professional, warm and welcoming. Just back from Java and it was bliss to experience the lovely cool, white, crisp bed linen and the enormous bath towels which I always love at this hotel. But the cream that rises to the top here is how wonderful the team is and how they always care for me - it will be hard to go back to reality!

A hotel that actually fits its five star rating. Excellent quality accommodation, rooms and common areas. Can select from a wide range of breakfast buffet options. Most noticeable was the excellent customer service, prompt responses to requests and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely look to stay again.
