The website said hot tub and pool, these were not in service. The room itself was clean, but dated. The outside area was very run down, needs a good cleaning. The smell of cigarettes was very noticeable, large coffee cans outside the doors to use as ashtrays. Looks like the hotel is being used as low income housing.

The floors have never been cleaned. Our feet were black. There is nothing useable in the “kitchen”. Vinyl flooring over large holes that you sink into. Mold in all the vents and air conditioners. No amenities ( towels, soap, cutlery…..). Free breakfast is old cereal or bread for toasting.

Bedding was clean, carpet not so much. In a pinch for one night it was doable and cheap.

The young woman at the desk was doing her best but needed some help as there was a line up when we checked in. This also occurred when we checked out, including having the continental breakfast all ready on time. I felt concerned for her and felt she tried to do what she could. The room was fairly clean including the bedding and thankfully it was comfortable. However the room could be improved with painting including the door and baseboards. There was a loose tile in the bathroom which moved a lot when stepping on it (possible tripping hazard). The soap and shampoo provided was surprisingly minimal and the towels old/threadbare. The fridge freezer was in need of defrosting. Perhaps it is not working properly. The hair dryer was malfunctioning and appears broken. Others staying nearby were up early and quite noisy in the morning- a group of young adult males. Additionally the cable was not working -no signal available. For the $100 it cost to stay, the stay was rather disappointing. I will not be planning to stay here again and will not be recommending this hotel to others. I hope that things may be improved so that this business can do well. Thank you for being open in receiving this feedback and hopefully in addressing these concerns.
