Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Hotel is in need of some updating. The single elevator is extremely slow, there are areas that have chipped paint ( corners if walls / entrance to elevator) carpets could use a deep clean. Pool had tiles come off the bottom resulting in it being closed until repairs can be made. Toilet in our room would randomly & loudly refill the tank making it diffucult to sleep. Breakfast was good & breakfast staff were great at making sure everyone was looked after. Would need to be updated befire I would spend so much on a 2 night stay again.

The breakfast was amazing! From cereal and fruit, to a pancake machine, eggs, bacon, sausage ect ect! The pool was warm and the hot tub was HOT. The beds were incredibly comfy, pillows too! And im usually a total Karen about the hospitality industry lol!!! The staff were also friendly and helpful. Casino next door was a blast 🙌

Construction in the hotel's parking lot made it a bit inconvenient to come and go as well as noisy at times. The hot tub didn't get hot on our first visit and then was closed for the rest of the weekend which was disappointing. The breakfast was lovely however and the staff were all great. Rooms were comfy and we'll appointed and mostly quiet halls at night.

Breakfast was decent...went near the end and still had food, considering how busy it was. Loved that we could bring the dog, but would have been.nice to have an area outside. Charging station would have been a bonus. Will stay again

The breakfast was incredible for what was described as a continental breakfast. One of the better ones I’ve had. The highlight of my stay was the very friendly and helpful staff. I was sad the pool was down for emergent repairs but they waived the pet fee for me which was very appreciated.

Very dirty carpet with tons of stains, doesn’t deserve to be more than 1 * rating and not worth spending more than $75. Not sure how Expedia is marketing this property with $277, it’s not a 3 or 4 star hotel with cleanliness. Wouldn’t stay and wouldn’t recommend it to others

Awful room experience. Washroom wasn’t clean. Dirty towel from the previous customer was in the washroom. Hair all over the floor. Front desk change the room. Then found a broken glass piece on the floor. Cleaning was horrible.

Staff excellent. Room was clean but not detailed. Tops of the baseboards in the bathroom show aging and dust. Bed comfortable and so we’re the pillows. Good amenities with breakfast included. I didn’t use the pool etc. I would stay there again for access to highway.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a pet friendly room with our dog. Our only negative comment is that the rug could use a cleaning. Lots of large stains. Otherwise room was good

It was easy to find but the room was awful. The king size bed was so low to the floor you could not even sit on the edge. There was no box spring and the bed, well you could feel the bed frame through the mattress. Will not be staying there again.

The room was okay- updated bathroom, spacious and had a pull out desk that was handy. The mattress seemed old and was firm; the pullout was very uncomfortable. The larger bottles of soap/body wash were great for less waste; loved seeing Dove products. The area was meh, it's near Costco and off the highway.

Like - it was close to the casino for dinner. The property is dated but has had some renovations. Rooms are banged up and not worth the price, for the suite. Two additional “taxes” on the bill as well as GST. Advertised robes in the suite but there were none. Phone didn’t work and had to go hunting for ice as there was no information in the room about available amenities or the locations. Won’t likely be staying again

I liked the hot breakfast. The bed is very comfortable and great soft pillows We were in the top floor the fourth floor but the only thing was the broiler room or something large outside our room was making a loud noise so we didn’t sleep that great. It’s a loud humming noise. So if you need quiet this is not the room for you. The room is expensive king size so it would be something to consider. Next time I will request away from the elevator and broiler room? Also there was a facecloth on the top shower rod. That’s why it was rated as good instead of excellent. Otherwise the rooms are very clean and smell new. I believe they are the renovated rooms.

The TV initially didn't work in our room but the desk clerk attended to it right away and when he couldn't fix it he quickly relocated us to a different room where he had already turned the TV on.

A staff member let another guest walk into my room. I was mortified and shaking after because I was not fully clothed. The guest had made a mistake and asked to be let into my room thinking it was one level floor higher. The manager compensated 1 night but I’m still upset over this.

The staff are absolutely amazing!!! They were always so helpful and kind. We were there with a soccer team so our group was large and sometimes pretty loud. The front desk staff kindly reminded us when we needed to be more quiet after 930 pm. They never seemed annoyed or upset. The breakfast staff was wonderful. They constantly cleaned up and filled items while asking everyone if everything was okay or if anyone needed anything else. Pool area was very clean. Rooms and lobby was also always clean. Lots of parking and costco, casino, dine in restaurants and fast food all walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.
