The hotel is well located to restaurants and the lake etc. it is a nice lobby and the room was clean and renovated. The pool and hot tub were not so desirable. They both looked very cloudy. They need to be cleaned especially the tiles in the hot tub. The floors in the pool area were dirty and needed to be mopped. This was the same in the main hallways as well. We stayed two days and it was never cleaned. Disappointing as it is a nice hotel otherwise.

Paid Parking is an issue. I know of a Hotel located near you & they have Free Parking. I have Stayed at a lot of Hotels in the Kelowna Area that also have Free Parking. I used to Drive Tour Buses for 20 Years throughout Western Canada & Western USA. I have Stayed at Your Hotels in Kamloops, Vernon, Golden, Smithers, Prince Rupert & Prince George, Radium Hot Springs & PARKING WAS FREE. Why is your Kelowna Hotel the Exception?

The hotel is in deep need of an update. It was clean but dated. The location is in good proximity to the scenic waterfront walk and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was freezing cold and hot tub was a tad dirty.

Pool was slimy and green, our room had a bad odor, garbage all over parkade, chaud on balcony stained and dirty. The staff was lovely though. We cancelled the rest of our stay though and moved to a different hotel. Only stayed one night because we paid. Although location is great, I wouldn’t recommend.

Hotel is old and revamped, but looks and feels tired beyond the lipstick. Rooms look at old buildings and it is noisy. Pool was not clean. Definitely not worth $266.00 for a night. If you admire the “what once was then” this hotel offers you something to admire as it definitely has seen its golden years come and go.

Pretty pricey for what it was. Plus $31 for parking and it was tight! Bed was somewhat comfy and although we were road side, we didn’t hear much of traffic. Prob wont stay again as there are other hotels we stayed at that are newer, with breakfast and less expensive. AND you don’t need to pay extra for parking. Guess depends on what you’re looking for.

Location is great if you like to be close to the beach, restaurants and the heart of the city. Simple check in and check out. Room was quiet as we did not stay on the road side. Bedding was clean and bed comfortable. My only concern was the cleanliness of our bathroom. The closet in front of sink was left unclean and looked like something had spilled all over it? It was orange! The shower inside was not clean and had stuff in it. I let the staff at front desk know this upon check out so housekeeping does not miss it. We were out all day so I didn’t notice it until we got back late or I would have called someone to have it cleaned. A clean bathroom is so important. This area that was dirty looks like it was there for awhile and nobody wanted to touch it. As welll I want to mention the hallway leading to the room is very unkept and dirty as we walked to our room. Hope this feedback helps so your future reviews are positive.

When you see ear plugs set on the table beside the bed, it certainly is a sign that it’s going to be noisy. Inside is not bad however you can hear people above you and people partying outside at 2 am. Sheets and pillow cases had what looked like small blood stains on them. The carpet in the room was not vacuumed.

Room was very nice but also very noisy! We were on the 3rd floor facing the street. Lots of street noise but also lots of inside noise. I was standing in the hall and could hear a conversation coming from 4 units down. Inside the room, every single door closing sounded like slamming doors..so annoying! Positives...bed was comfortable, room was spacious (we had a king with balcony), restaurant downstairs was good and convenient. Great location.

Rooms are extremely dated! It’s never great walking into the room and seeing ear plugs on the night table. From voices in the hallway all night to the running around upstairs until 3:00am and non stop traffic from the hwy we didn’t get much sleep and made our travel day home pretty tuff. Won’t be returning to this spot again. The breakfast at the restaurant was top notch!

Room cleaning does not occur until later afternoon which is not that convenient as most people head out in the morning for the day and would appreciate that completed by the time they get back.

This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk, and after 30 minutes wait, a staff member finally showed up with no apology. He said he’s the only person working after 5 PM, which is shocking for a so-called 4-star hotel — no security, no support. He refused to show me the room before check-in. When I finally saw it, it was old, noisy, and nothing like the photos. The air conditioner blew directly at the bed, and the driveway noise was unbearable. When I asked for a refund, the staff was arrogant and dismissive, saying “policy” wouldn’t allow it. He also claimed talking to the manager wouldn’t help because he’s the only one in charge. 🚨 This place is unsafe, dishonest, and a complete scam. The 4-star rating is misleading. 👉 If you value your money and peace of mind, do not stay here.

The place was clean, comfortable and an excellent location with the exception that it’s located on a major highway so the traffic is very loud. They have ear plugs by the bedside tables. Barring that it’s across the street from the waterfront, city park and beach. Two minute walk to Bernard street with tons of restaurants and shopping.

The hotel, staff and facilities were all great. Considering their location right next to the highway the road light and noise did not affect our sleep and I’m a very light sleeper. The only unfortunate thing was the adjacent streets east of the property seemed to have a less than savoury population which was unfortunate for the nearby restaurants, as I probably wouldn’t take my kids through there again, lest they witness something adult, illegal or illicit. The park next to the lake is lovely and the promenade along it takes you to a lively restaurant and shopping district which is much more family friendly.

I was in Kelowna gor a sjirt visit and this hotel was in a great location for exploring the neach the wstetfront and the cultursl area. The staff were reslly friendly snd helpful. The restaurant was lovely and did a great slection of choices. The dinnrr jeni was also very good I enjoyed all my food and drinks there. My room was large and had yhe requested walk in shower. I enjoyed my stay.

The location was great! Walking distance to downtown. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was really great and looked after our issues quickly. The issues though…the balcony door would not lock. When we left the room for the evening we mentioned this and when we got back to the room the door had been locked for us. The wifi password did not work but we weren’t there long enough to be bothered by it. We just used our data. When we tried to make coffee in the morning it blew the breaker on the extremely overloaded power bar that everything was plugged into. We did let the staff know about it.

We had a wonderful time here. Clean organized and very well managed. People friendly and polite. Loved the water dispenser that had a different infused fruit flavour, that it was a highlight to try every morning just to see what flavour we could enjoy for the day. Plus the restaurant was amazing. Keep up the good work and we will be back.
