Excellent property! Right on the Okanagan with a variety of activities to choose from. The grounds are well kept, clean, and cared for. The daily wine tasting in the main lobby made for a great experience. Staff were pleasant, property was a 10 minute walk from downtown Kelowna, if you don’t feel like walking there are bikes to rent. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with a great location right on the water. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Our room was spotless and comfortable with a lake view. We enjoyed the amenities which include a bar, restaurant, and clothing store. There is a quick-stop style store in the lobby that sells Starbucks and anything you may need in a pinch. The property offers a heated indoor-outdoor pool and spa that are comfortable even in February. The brunch buffet at the restaurant was fabulous. We had a wonderful stay and wished we didn't have to leave so soon!

Resort has everything you need. We used the paddle boats and bikes. The pool was wonderful. Walking path along the lake was right outside the door. Staff was super friendly. I would highly recommend staying there to everyone!!

Loved our stay! We came for CCMA weekend. We had requested early check in and we’re thrilled to find our room ready upon our arrival before noon. Very clean hotel, the restaurant was wonderful for breakfast, happy hour and dinner. Able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Pool was a perfect temperature. Starbucks in the lobby. Very friendly staff! Would not stay anywhere else when we return to Kelowna.

This hotel has the best pool area in Kelowna! Unfortunately, my credit card was charged for a room upgrade that was offered to us, even though I declined the offer. The front desk explained my card was “accidentally” charged, even though I said no, and it was only by fluke it was caught. As well as the pool bathrooms/change room had the same gross fake eye lashes on the counter during our entire stay, so it’s clear it wasn’t getting cleaned properly or that often - kinda gross. The food choices at the pool also get old very quickly, no breakfast options and the only food choices are pizza or chicken fingers and fries - thank goodness for door dash! The staff are kind, property feels very safe, and the rooms are nice enough :)

Came here for one night with my husband. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were awesome! Everyone was helpful and friendly. I love the location in Kelowna. Family long weekend the hotel had many activities planned for the kids which was awesome. My only thing was the cleanliness of the change room and pool. There were towels everywhere in the change rooms. It definitely Looked like no one was cleaning or doing rounds. The towel holder in the pool area was falling apart. I spent maybe 10 mins and had to leave. I’m not sure if they were short staffed or not. Even the public bathrooms on the main floor seemed like they were not attended too in awhile. But other than that it was a great night away.

I like the location of the delta for concerts. It is also a good spot to walk from to get food at night. The room was clean and we had a good amount of nespresso coffee pods for the morning which is good. We got "upgraded" to a king with jacuzzi tub but that isn't really an upgrade. I would have rather had a tiny patio with a view than a jacuzzi tub new didn't use. The room has a sliding barn door for the bathroom which isn't good for privacy. Internet, TV etc. was all good.

From check in with a staff that went over and above expectations getting us the perfect room to the room itself, this trip and this hotel was excellent. The room was enormous, the bathroom had its own area for and the jetted tub made my wife think she had died and gone to heaven. HUGE shower. Bed was very comfy and the small perks like water bottles and a welcome screen on the TV with our names on it welcoming us to the hotel were cherries on top.

For some reason a lot of hotels are putting one comfortable chair in a room designed for dual occupancy. This hotel is no different. The linens in this hotel are comparable to hotels in the $100/night category. The room was fine but a couple of small quality changes could bring it up to a memorable experience. 3/5, I would need incentives to stay there again. The view from the room was 10/10.

For the price we paid (600$ per night), would have expected a nicer room (room was dated, very basic amenities), and the service was disappointing (we called for room service and never came, called for valet & car never was called up on 2 separate occasions)...also if you're booking this place, they don't tell you its a 45$ per night resort fee on top of your booking, on top of nightly parking 65$ per night....which really adds up for a hotel which really isn't worth it.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely exceptional. I travel for business regularly and stay at many different hotels across Canada and the US. On this trip I was with my family of four. From the associates at the check in desk, to the workers we engaged with in the halls and elevators, to the wait staff at the restaurant, this service and genuine friendliness is unlike any hotel or resort I've stayed at in many years. The management and staff at this location deserve special recognition because they are truly an exceptionally engaged and friendly group of people. I can't say enough about our experience at this beautiful hotel and it's mostly attributable to this amazing group of people. Well done and thank you!

Room wasn’t ready and check in was slow. This was ok. Worst part was the lumpy pillows in the room. This is unacceptable and shameful for the hotel to think this type of pillow is ok for a hotel in this category.

On the waterfront (lake). There was a small beach and lovely walkway with the mountains in the background. We were lucky to see a free concert in the park close by. A couple of local bands played covers and some of their own songs. Fun to dance. Food options for high end and quality were within walking distance. Our favorite was the “Gathering “ a fusion of Korean & Italian. The “Waterfront” (duck & pork dishes) and the filet mignon at “Erica Jane” were also very good. We visited a few wineries and liked the “elevated wines” at the Black Swift winery. We had a lovely lunch at the Mission Hills winery and the views were spectacular!
