Cockroaches (2 confirmed kills) in the room, very basic TV, not smart no Netflix connectivity and the Internet at night dropped to unusable levels for streaming from my fire stick. Hotel in Bad need of an upgrade of facilities. Breakfast very crowded. Gym looks like it's from the early 90.machines in bad condition and basic.

The room is clean and nice. However, the lift situation is terrible. At peak hours, we had to wait for 15 minutes to reach the lobby.
