I don’t like the fact that there is no amenities provided including coffee or tea. The WiFi is absolutely terrible. The location is not convenient. The only thing good about it is the condition of the hotel is fair new.

The room is fine, if a bit basic, and noisy from the neighboring highway. For the price, this is expected. The real issues needing immediate attention: (1) In my 4-5 stays at Komune Living, there hasn't been a single time where I didn't wait 20-30 minutes in line to check in. Part of this is staffing: the check-in desk is always understaffed. But the root cause is the check-in process itself is inordinately slow. My check-in was fully routine, prepaid reservation, zero special issues or requests, and it still took 8-10 minutes for staff to check me in. Management needs to optimize procedures to fix this. Imagine arriving at 8pm and only reaching your room at 840pm! (2) The real dealbreaker is the wi-fi. This is the second visit in a row where the wi-fi has not worked most of the time for any of my devices. There are issues with connecting initially, staying connected, and even when fully connected, the internet goes in and out to the point that any online meeting is impossible. My previous visit was several months ago, and I stayed on a much different floor that time, so now it is clear that the problem exists throughout the building and has not been addressed in months. It appears that the network was not built for the number of devices now carried by travelers, and management is unwilling or unable to invest to modernize it. For a place that bills itself as a co-working and co-living space, this is totally unacceptable. I will not stay at Komune Living again.
