Prima hotel, centraal gelegen in Leeuwarden. Enige minpuntje is parkeren. Parkeren onder hotel snel vol. Hebben de auto in nabijgelegen parkeerplaats Klanderij gezet. Niet handig met de bagage en fietsen op de auto. Voor de rest alles top.

Wir waren zufrieden. Unser Zimmer war mit Balkon und wir hatten einen Platz in der Garage des Hotels. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war ausreichend. Wenn man etwas negatives finden will: der Teppichboden im Zimmer war schon älter und fleckig und der Wasserdruck der Dusche war ziemlich schwach.

The Oranje Hotel across from the train station in Leeuwarden has been welcoming guests for over one- hundred years, as can be seen in the oldest photos/images on a wall in the hotel chronicling the hotel's rich past. Now an Eden property, the Oranje Hotel continues its tradition of comfort and service at a reasonable price. The hotel has an expansive bar and lounge area with a number of quiet and comfortable niches. There is even a reading area with magazines and reading lamps. An ample breakfast is offered daily until 11 AM at a good price. The hotel's rooms are efficiently appointed: my only disappointment, such as it was over two nights, is the lack of English speaking channels on the television. (There is just one, from an unlikely source - French TV - but no CNN or even BBC). There are restaurants directly to the left and right of the hotel, and if you fancy a steak a Loetje's is at hand!

Het hotel ligt gunstig vlakbij het station en het centrum. De kamer was prima, met airco, koelkastje, twee stoelen, koffie en thee voorzieningen. En met een goed bed. Elke dag schone handdoeken etc. En schoonmaak. Een defect aan de tv op zaterdag werd binnen kwartier door iemand van de technische dienst opgelost. Het ontbijt is kwalitatief heel goed en zeer uitgebreid. Het personeel is attent en hartelijk. Lunch en diner kan niet in het hotel.

Handig is het parkeren onder het hotel voor een acceptabel bedrag, loopafstand naar centrum is goed. Geen zorgen daarover. Ligging is goed en verder wat je voor de prijs mag verwachten. Kamer aan de achterkant is rustig zodat je het raam kunt open laten. Vriendelijk personeel. Kortom goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Goed verzorgd hotel dicht bij het centrum. Station wat er naast ligt hoor je niet. Ook het balkon aan de kamer was fijn. Bed was erg goed. Enkele minpuntjes waren wat onvolkomenheden zoals vlekjes op laken en stoel. Verder zeer verzorgd allemaal.

This is the third time we stay at Oranje Hotel. We enjoyed the stay and the silence in the room. Hotel is near centrum / train station and room is nice. Only 1 cleaning in 3 days gave full garbage can and a need to supply the coffee and tea maschine which went well. Parking in the basement was positive. We are coming back.

The hotel is close the Leeuwarden railway station so very convenient if arriving by train. It’s a largish hotel, staff are pleasant and helpful. If staying more than one night they don’t service the room unless you ask. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast at the hotel is good.

Fijn hotel vlakbij het station. Stationsgebied ziet er netjes uit. Kamer was goed. Lekker bed en rustig. Verbeterpunt is de douche. De deur lekte waardoor de vloer nat werd Misschien rubber/kit vervangen.

Bra beläget mitt emot tågstationen och bara en kort promenad till stadens gamla del. Bra parkering i hotellets garage för 15euro per natt. Rummet av normal storlek och lite mörkt. Rummet var tyst och sängarna var bekväma. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukostmatsalen var trevlig och frukosten var bra.

We loved the lobby/restaurant area - a classic grand hotel feel. The reception staff were very helpful with our need for re-arrangements. No bathroom in a hotel should have glass doors, however well-frosted the glass.

Zeer prettig hotel, lekker dichtbij het station. Jammer dat er geen dineropties waren, maar als je de tijd hebt zit er genoeg in de huurt. Makkelijk een taxi voor me geregeld toen de treinen niet reden.

Perfect to reach within a couple of minutes from bus or train station. Five minute walk through a lovely clean town to the town square. Service in the hotel from check-in to checkout was first class. Room was exceptionally clean and well made up. Certainly worth the extra couple of euros extra. I would definitely book again if i was in Leeuwarden.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel , ruhige Lage . Verkehrsanbindung gleich vor der Haustüre. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, der Zimmerservice sehr freundlich und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend.

Het hotel ligt gunstig vlakbij het station en het centrum. De kamer was prima, met airco, koelkastje, twee stoelen, koffie en thee voorzieningen. En met een goed bed. Elke dag schone handdoeken etc. En schoonmaak. Een defect aan de tv op zaterdag werd binnen kwartier door iemand van de technische dienst opgelost. Het ontbijt is kwalitatief heel goed en zeer uitgebreid. Het personeel is attent en hartelijk. Lunch en diner kan niet in het hotel.
