Nice and modern hotel with excellent service. Food is amazing but expensive. Due to a recent fire the spa wasn't available but a temporary gym was created. The bar / restaurant on the top floor has an amazing view. The room was a little worn down with some damage to the bed and bathroom tiling.

The hotel was welcoming us with a smile. It was easy to check in. The parking space was not so good. We were not so calm to park there. The room was okay. A lot of noise from the room next door because there was a door directly between the rooms. We were on the 10. floor and on the 11. floor there was a bar. You could hear someone playing a piano late in the afternoon. The room was dirty on the floor at the toilet.

Eines der besten Hotels in welchen wir in den Niederlanden bisher übernachtet haben. Sehr freundliches Personal, immer hilfsbereit. Check-in top, ein sehr gutes Frühstück, geräumiges Zimmer, alles sehr sauber und mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten und Schränken. Kostenloser Parkplatz, zudem Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Wir sind aber in die Innenstadt (ca. 17 Minuten) bzw. zum Bahnhof (ca. 15 Minuten) gelaufen. Alles bestens, kommen gerne wieder.

The bath is large and deep. Very relaxing after a day of walking!! The shower is powerful too! & Nicely appointed rooms with big beds! One member of staff in particular, Sanders, was very helpful in getting us a room with decent water pressure & bringing a fridge to our room. Most were removed during the pandemic. Very useful if you like Vla! & the odd cold drink.

Dit is een zeer goed hotel met een uitmuntend ontbijt en zeer nette kamers. Een minpuntje is wel de incheck procedure die duurt veel en veel te lang .De hoeveelheid informatie die tijdens het inchecken aangeleverd en verwerkt moet worden is echt niet meer van deze tijd. Het inchecken duurde daarom meer dan een kwartier

Prima hotel, wel op een troosteloze (tocht)plek. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt. Holland Casino zit ernaast ook met prima eten en voor een leuk avondje uit. Helaas was er die avond ook Q-music Party met veel herrie wat tot aan de bovenste verdiepingen te horen was. Na klacht savonds laat nog een mooie andere rustige kamer gekregen, goeie service dus! Check dus bij boeken eerst of er in WTC Leeuwarden een muziekevent gepland staat wil je een rustige nacht...

Nice and modern hotel with excellent service. Food is amazing but expensive. Due to a recent fire the spa wasn't available but a temporary gym was created. The bar / restaurant on the top floor has an amazing view. The room was a little worn down with some damage to the bed and bathroom tiling.

The spacious room was really comfortable. The breakfast served was a wide choice of foods and drinks. Parking was plentiful and safe. A good walk into town but we walked off the breakfast.
