No elevator. They said it was posted but it was not posted in a way where we noticed it. The stairs were steep and the stairway was narrow making it difficult to walk a small suitcase up. The bathtub didn’t drain well and the hot water was not working well. Overall, not a great experience.

The location was fairly central, which was convenient. However, the state of the room was less than commemdable. Many small areas were dirty, and the rug definitely needs to be changed (grimey and worn). The drain in the bathtub was also obstructed, making for ankle-high pooled water during a shower. Generally speaking, this hotel needs a major facelift.

It was a one stay. The beds were good, however the room was not clean. The toilets had black stain in the inner rim. Some areas and spots dusty. The tin could use a change. The tub taps could use an upgrade as they were difficult to operate, not even knowing which one is hot or cold.

I feel the room was not in its best condition. The bathroom had hair inside the tub and against the shower walls and the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly. The breakfast was very good. I loved that they had a variety of options to choose from.

The noise was absolutely horrible at night and I reported it to the front desk and they didn’t seem to care. I have stayed here a few times and this was the worst. And I run a cleaning company and they need to step up when it comes to things being “clean” I don’t appreciate the hair in my bed.. that is just simply unacceptable.

The staff was very nice. Check-in was easy. I expected a better room for the rating that it was given or should I just say a cleaner roomThere was no milk at morning breakfast for either the coffee or cereals. Sausages are supposed to look brown. These ones look raw. Room is extremely dusty chunks of dust hanging off the vents in the bathroom and the bedroom. Needs a good cleaning and the walls are full of dust as well.

The hotel was old and unclean. The lighting in the room was poor, there were bugs present, and overall it gave me an uncomfortable, itchy feeling. At check-in, I was informed there was no king-size bed available, even though I had booked one in advance. The staff simply said they didn’t know why I was able to book it and asked if that was “okay.” Since I was checking in at night before an early event the next day, I wasn’t exactly in a position to say “no” and find another place to stay last minute. The hotel made no effort to remedy the situation beyond shoving me into another room that was not an upgrade. Overall, was definitely disappointed with my experience and felt like a Super 8 would've been a better choice.

A nice, clean, older hotel with very friendly staff. The pillows are poor and the beds are very uncomfortable. Stayed on the 5th floor and could see the mountains so that was a bonus. The room was hot so had to open the windows which made it noisy.

We had a room with two queen beds. Very spacious! Wardrobe, 2 luggage racks (soooo convenient!), large bathroom, nice shower, good towels, harder bed, choice of three pillows, a desk and a table with chairs to go with each. Breakfast was very good - sausage, scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, waffles, yogurt, apples, toast, cereal, three juices. Lots of parking on all sides of motel. Easy to find and easy to get onto highways in either direction.

Big comfortable room, excellent service. Good full breakfast qnd the breakfast roommartendant went above and beyond. Only minus was thin walls. I got to listen to my neighbors "doing it" half the night and i heard every moan.

Good location for the places I wanted to see. Not sure what caused a noise that sounded like someone drilling but due to the timing (very early in morning and later in the evening) I think it was a plumbing issue. Rather dated room and if that was a true queen size bed, then I'm Tinkerbell. Glad I didn't need to share it.

The AC in our room was not working but the windows had vents we could open, and they worked well for our stay. Breakfast was good, could have used some fresh fruit. Staff were good and our room was clean. Would stay again.

The room was clean, and beautiful. The check in clerk was very accommodating. I arrived early, but she was able to find a room that was ready so I could get checked in so I could get to my appointment and then on with the rest of my day, without having to go back to check in. Breakfast was great and the lady looking after it all was helpful and super friendly!

Staff at front dask was not good. They never greeted us nor bother to talk, even at couple of occasions they started laughing after seeing us. I find it very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. All customers should be treated equally and with respect regardless of their ethnicity.

Room was good size and clean. Nothing wrong with the hotel for a stay at all. However, I booked the room for 3 nights. Got a call the next day saying there was a family emergency at home. I talked to hotels.com to cancel my next 2 nights. They said they will call the gotel to try and cancel. When they called the front desk lady said that they couldnt do anything about it and would not approve the cancellation. Room was not cancelled and they kept my 2 nights of money without me staying in the room.

There was an issue at check in. Expedia accepted the booking and gave us a confirmation code but the hotel cancelled the reservation without notice. They explained they thought it was a scam/fake reservation. Checkin took quite a while. There were also communication challenges.

Stayed here while getting my son settled at the University of Lethbridge. Very walkable location to shops, restaurants and Henderson Lake Park. Bed was very comfortable, and the room had both a mini-fridge and microwave. The decor is very outdated, but clean and well-maintained. Complimentary breakfast was very good, and included sausage, eggs, bagels, muffins, fruit and a waffle maker.

Lethbridge unfortunately has a unfortunately large homeless population. I wouldn't safe unsafe exactly, but, one should be aware of your surroundings. I'm used to big cities and keeping aware. Sad that a smaller city has a bigger problem than some other cities I've lived in. I would recommend this place to stay though. Front staff was brilliant. (And the AC was excellent.....given how hot it is in this province right now.)

The hotel is very clean and welcoming. The staff are quite courteous and respectful. The lady chef in charge of the breakfast(sorry I did not get her name) is amazing, respectful and fantastic. She is just awesome. We loved our stay and the hot breakfast is both refreshing and delicious. We would have loved a little bit more of security around the property.
