Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was good. Not exactly pet-free as they only have 4 rooms that allow pets. Toilet in the room was very short and awkward. Bed was soft with small pillows although there were extras so it worked out. Parking was tricky with a truck, small spots.

A nice property in desperate need of an elevator. When you are tired after a long day of travel you should not have to haul your bags up a steep 2 flights of stairs. Good staff. Ownership need to install a proper elevator for any return business.

Next visit i will reserve a suite on the first floor no elevator. Everything was excellent. Parking was squishy but lots of parking on both sides. Staff very friendly.

I found the hotel to be clean and quiet. The breakfast was typical of any hotel. This stairwell to the 2nd floor is xery steep and difficult for navigate for myself who has some mobility issues

Can not believe there was no elevator and very steep long stairs up with narrow step. When I booked I said I had mobility issues and they said I could upgrade to ground floor but they all had been used by pets. Should say no elevator when booking.

In the morning I found a hair tie in the bed, which meant the sheets were not changed. I addressed this to the front desk and nothing was done about it and the manager did not reach out as I was told would happen. I would never recommend this hotel. It was hot, the air conditioner did not keep the room clean, the hair tie in the bed was disgusting and crumbs on the floor.

We stayed in the “piss palace”. Our room reeked of urine. It was a dog room but there were urine stains allllll over. It’s reeked. We used a bottle of febreeze and had a candle going the entire time we were there. Our luggage, dog bed, some clothing, and our dog smelled like urine after we left. They have 4 dog rooms, why not at least install hard flooring to mitigate the smell. There is a $250 fee for an animal making a mess (feces/urine), but clearly they don’t clean with that fee. Called front desk and they basically just said “yeah we know”. I paid to stay in a room that was unhygienic. Not to mention it took 45 minutes to check in because they gave away our dog room, but then miraculously had one and then weren’t going to give us a room because we had a Lethbridge address (we are moving and needed a place for the night—- literally arrived in a uhaul). Just a disaster. Disgusting. Vile. Morning staff also just shrugged it off. The animal rooms need to be gutted. I don’t think they would even pass a health inspection.

The bed was not firm and creepy every time you turned! Hairs on the side of the tub and weird smell, like the rug wasn’t steam cleaned!

I stayed for just one night because of work. Everything was good until i tried to get some work done on the laptop and the wifi was terrible. Disconnected every couple of minutes and can't get back on, compared to free wifi from Tims and other establishments i would give a Super 8 wifi a 1. Try to hotspot from my phone data but telus was horrible in that area also. If not for the staff i would give this place a 1 star

It was good, great service most things were on point, but one thing that I would change would be the wifi connection. It was extremely slow and sometimes would disconnect to my electronics. Other then that it was decent.

Older hotel with dated rooms and carpet. Beds were not the most comfortable, and had 3 soft smaller pillows on each. Appreciated the microwave and bar fridge in the room. It could use a good renovation, especially in the bathroom area. Check in was very pleasant, the front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming and he provided the right amount of info. In the evening, I realized we did not have much toilet paper remaining as there was less than half a roll there at check in and we had used some since. I asked my husband to request a new roll in the morning since we were on the last few squares by then and he was interrogated as to why he would need more toilet paper and questioned if he really felt he needed one. There should have been a roll left in the room to begin with, considering how little was there was in the first place. Continental Breakfast was basic with the option of a bagel, waffle, toast or muffin. After dinner, pulling into the parking lot there were some shady characters hanging out in the parking lot but fortunately they didn’t try to ask for anything. While decently clean, and located to some handy amenities, I did not have a good sleep at all - something just felt strange/odd about the room. I’ve stayed in many many hotels for work and leisure and can fall asleep like hitting a light switch but for some reason I was uneasy, unable to sleep well. It wasn’t due to seeing the people hanging outside or anything since there really were no disturbances.

Excellent hotel. The staff were amazing especially Leny at front desk. She made us feel so welcomed. She went out of her way to make sure all our needs were met. The hotel was clean and the breakfast area was so clean, orderly and well stocked. We were extremely pleased.

I have a service dog Before arriving and when we arrived showed my service dog paperwork and ID. However we were asked to leave the breakfast area. Informed staff service dog allowed and needed to be any place I was. Was told they understand service dogs and I could go have breakfast if I left my service dog in the room!!! They said would check with the manager and get back to me. I made several inquiries but never heard from the manager. Very disappointing and distressing experience. Clearly much education needed to address this human rights violation

I made a mistake & didn't check that the room I'd booked was actually a pet friendly room, which it wasn't. Because of my severe hearing problem my sister called the front desk for me. They were very helpful in exchanging for a proper room for myself & my pet. Check in went smoothly.

When checking in I told the staff I did not need housekeeping while I\'m there. I was reassured that no housekeeping would enter. I locked the hallway door and put the do not disturb sign on the outside entrance when I left the hotel. I came back to find things moved, towels moved, beds made. I was not aware that locking a door from the inside meant "please by all means, enter". I was not aware that verbally telling front desk that I didn\'t want housekeeping, meant "please by all means, enter". I was not aware that they didn\'t understand what their sign "do not disturb" meant. Room was so hot we had to turn on ac. Wall unit was turned right off and ac unit was unplugged. Not sure where the heat came from. Check in was great otherwise.

Check in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. Ate dinner at the Fusion Restaurant next door. It was delicious! The location was very convenient and we had a door to the parking lot. Nice property- would stay again.

Staff were kind and friendly. Property is right beside sketchy motels and people, would not bring my kids here. If you are on the 2nd floor you have to climb up a very narrow and steep stair case, there is no option for an elevator, it is NOT mobility friendly. Also, if you do stay on 2nd you can exit to the parking lot from the back door; but watch your step! This stair case should be removed, it is completely slanted and unsafe, not something you’d actually want to use as an emergency exit!! Breakfast was very bland and cheap, but honestly that should have been expected after seeing where I booked! Beds are very very hard! Extremely small rooms/bathroom

Was good, I wished that breakfast had been more suitable for my diabetic diet. For a person with high sugar counts, I cannot have many carbs and that breakfast was all carbs. The hard boiled eggs would have been nice but by 6:30 am they were gone and when I asked, there were no more. Disappointing for sure.

Budget friendly hotel, pleasant staff. Definitely needs an update. No elevator to get to the second floor if mobility is an issue. Breakfast had no protein options available. Waffles, baked goods, cereal, Coffee and juice. For the price would def stay again.

Someone opened door of our suite at 1am took a step in we yelled what the hell soneone closed door and exited. Next am on checkout mentioned to front response nothing said will check our camera... Not oppriate response. Bathroom dirty and shower head spraying when running bath water .no eggs with sausages terrible breakfast menu muffins awful very disappointing compared to all Super 8 s we have stayed. Never again Expedia Please note would like refund or voucher.
