O prédio do hostel é bem legal! Tem uma arquitetura bonita, uma decoração super descolada e áreas comuns boas (apesar de pequenas). O maior problema dos quartos são os chuveiros que saem pouquíssima água e não são confortáveis. Achei que era algo pontual do meu quarto então tive a oportunidade de conhecer outros hóspedes que reclamaram da mesma coisa. Os funcionários não são tão simpáticos, mas também não fazem grosseria. Fiquei 1 semana hospedado e eles não consertaram um dos elevadores, foi bem chato a demora porque só 1 funcionando não dá conta do edifício todo. O café da manhã é excelente! Gostoso e com opções que substituem um almoço tranquilamente. Mas o ponto alto pra mim é a localização… está no melhor lugar pra ficar em Miraflores! Tem tudo aos seus pés.

Pros: This location was unbeatable, it was close to everything I wanted to do and everything I needed in Miraflores. The welcome drink, restaurants, bar & coffee shop are sweet. So is the WhatsApp group if you want to meet up with people. All the amenities were nice to haves: yoga shop, Freshii, souvenir shop, spa, laundry services, breakfast addition. Cons: Front desk staff was not the nicest or the most informative, buildings were a little older and more worn than pictures show (especially the stove), and noise could be a problem for some. *They have a venue they rent out to private parties with no sense of noise control. Buildings have small staircases at the entrances that can be difficult for bringing luggage or those with accessibility concerns. Laundry facilities do not mean you get to do your own laundry. :(

Everything was excellent about this hotel, but there was one big thing that bothers me. In the event of a fire there was no escape. There was no details in the room of what to do in event of fire. We stayed on floor 13 and the only means of escape was the stairs, but should a fire stop that there was no escape. No ladders from windows, and only concrete buildings outside.

É um hotel que oferece uma conexão super legal, o café da manhã foi gostoso, os funcionários são ótimos, super prestativos, mas deixou a na limpeza e barulho. Quando entrei no quarto meu pé enroscou num tufo de cabelo que nao era meu, me deu agonia quanto a limpeza distante toda minha estadia. E o barulho no corredor chega a irritar, portas batendo e pessoas conversando, vc ouve como se estivesse no corredor.

Rooms were clean and spacious. After a grueling bus trip the right thing for sore bones. Staff was friendly and competent and spoke English. All in all more suited for young travelers based on the vibe. Skip the disappointing breakfast and find a nice cafe.

Shower is not usable! Water pressure so low it is impossible to shower. Also there is some noise from the street and the breakfast is not that great. Other than that everything else was good.

The room was large and clean. I had a view of rooftops and garbage. The bed was comfortable. Great shower - lots of hot water. The products provided were really nice. I had a mini fridge, coffee maker, kettle. My only complaint was that there were several outlets but the plugs kept falling out of them - at one point the one for the fridge fell out and stuff in the fridge was warm and had to be tossed out. I found only a couple outlets that worked well. The kettle and cofee maker's cords were not long enough to be plugged in and I had to put them on the floor. The staff were nice but did not go into detail about what was offered at the hostel (ie tours or yoga places to eat). The breakfast provided was really good. I enjoyed my stay and rate the place a 3.5 star.

Great location. Felt very safe exploring at all hours and was very central to everything. I have been to many Selina's before, and this one definitely felt more like a hotel than a hostel. The social aspect/environment that I usually love about Selina's was not present here. That said, for someone looking for more privacy than a typical hostel environment, this was a good spot. The staff seemed a little cold with their interactions and not interested in being friendly. That said, if you needed to address something specifically (room booking extensions) they were great. I did have an issue with my room and the one guy at the desk, cant remember his name but he had long hair, was incredibly helpful and quick to sort things out. I wish I knew his name so I could give a shoutout here.

When I asked for my previous stay to extend, the front desk worker didn't give me the bill, when I asked for it, it was higher than the previous two days staying, he said I added a breakfast, but he didn’t give me the card I need to have breakfast at their restaurant, even he hided my passport!!

The staff was warm friendly and attentive. They are very courteous and facilitated my needs for transportation, tour information and the rooms are kept clean. Always asking if I needed anything else such as extra towels or paper goods. I really appreciated how knowledgeable Michelle and Pamela were with information and guidance of nearby businesses and amenities of the hotel.

Great location. Felt very safe exploring at all hours and was very central to everything. I have been to many Selina's before, and this one definitely felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Rooms were clean and spacious. After a grueling bus trip the right thing for sore bones. Staff was friendly and competent and spoke English. All in all more suited for young travelers based on the vibe. Skip the disappointing breakfast and find a nice cafe.

Shower is not usable! Water pressure so low it is impossible to shower. Also there is some noise from the street and the breakfast is not that great. Other than that everything else was good.
