Excelente hotel. Habíamos venido muchas veces antes para comer, pero nunca a alojarnos. Decidimos venir por nuestra noche de bodas y fue fantástico, al punto que hemos decidido mantener la tradición de alojarnos una vez al año, en nuestros aniversarios, siempre y cuando estemos en Perú. Dato: También usamos el spa y la experiencia fue de primera. Suoer recomendado. Dato 2: Los desayunos son imperdibles y el servicio a la habitación lo vale.

Nice area but you need a car or get around with taxi or Uber. There is limitted parking space. Outdoor swimming pool is decent size. Breakfast is spectacular! Lounge area is nice with outdoor and indoor sittings. Hotel has elevators and rooms have central AC. I will come back just because I need to be close to La Molina.

The hotel is conveniently located if you are looking at staying near the Incas Golf Club, which we did. They 2 restaurants on site, Italian/Peruvian menu, somewhat limited but good, service is average and sometimes quite slow. The other restaurant on property is Sushi, which conveniently features an all you can eat (only on sushi rolls) for about USD 22 and there is a wide selection of amazing rolls to choose from. Taxis are not expensive if you want to venture to other areas such as Miraflores.

Absolutely loved the hotel, beautiful rooms, exceptionally clean, lovely service from the staff. Only negative was being part of a large group (we all booked separately) and one of our group booked direct via the hotel website. This booking was lost and there was a bit of a nightmare getting everyone settled but it was all sorted in the end... Moral of the story is make sure you book via Expedia! Highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay again for a bit of R&R when we next go to Lima - not to be missed.

The customer service was phenomenal. The suite was very clean and had working air conditioning. At first they had booked me a room that was not quite ready yet and was still being cleaned, but the concierge was very quick to contact the front desk and get me the accommodations that I needed.

The restaurant manager Ronald was outstanding, he made my stay that much better. The bartenders Joseph and Jorge were also fantastic and enhanced my overall experience. Would love to stay again.

The hotel is very beautiful. However, the reception has problems. When we checked in the reception was friendly and said the breakfast buffet was included. Then when we checked out the next morning the reception added the price of breakfast to my final bill. Although I mentioned it to the woman at the desk she was indifferent and not friendly to me and charged me anyways. The hotel should stick to their word at check in. This is deceptive.

In the past I have stayed here often. I believe I will make a different choice next trip. No one responds to email. I wrote in December 2023. No answer. I wrote again May 2024. Again no response. I asked at the desk and they were not able to answer why. I showed them the email. Strange.

The hotel is located on a beautiful, secure location in Lima. Even though no other shopping or restaurants are nearby, the hotel made sure there were taxi’s available to take us wherever we wanted to go. All the staff were very nice and courteous.

Después del concierto de Kygo en Perú, buscaba un hotel que tenga una buena vista, con un ambiente amplio y muy cómodo para seguir disfrutando una noche inolvidable junto a mi esposa, y puedo decir que Los Incas Lima Hotel fue la única y mejor opción. Contar con su servicio de cocina las 24 horas fue estupendo, la comida peruana insuperable! Definitivamente volveré nuevamente con mi esposa!

The hotel is conveniently located if you are looking at staying near the Incas Golf Club, which we did. They 2 restaurants on site, Italian/Peruvian menu, somewhat limited but good, service is average and sometimes quite slow. The other restaurant on property is Sushi, which conveniently features an all you can eat (only on sushi rolls) for about USD 22 and there is a wide selection of amazing rolls to choose from. Taxis are not expensive if you want to venture to other areas such as Miraflores.

My family and I planned a 1-week family vacation in Lima, Peru. This hotel represented the best quality-price option and we were not disappointed. The restaurant manager Ronald was outstanding, he made my stay that much better. The bartenders Joseph and Jorge were also fantastic and enhanced my overall experience. Would love to stay again.

Nice area but you need a car or get around with taxi or Uber. There is limitted parking space. Outdoor swimming pool is decent size. Breakfast is spectacular! Lounge area is nice with outdoor and indoor sittings. Hotel has elevators and rooms have central AC. I will come back just because I need to be close to La Molina.

The customer service was phenomenal. The suite was very clean and had working air conditioning. At first they had booked me a room that was not quite ready yet and was still being cleaned, but the concierge was very quick to contact the front desk and get me the accommodations that I needed.
