Sandman Hotel & Suites London Downtown

Clean room, friendly and accommodating staff.

Was very concerned when we pulled up to see a homeless shelter adjacent to the property and numerous homeless outside beside the hotel. I told the Front desk that I would only be parking in the underground gated parking based on safety concerns. Unfortunately based on the immediate surroundings I would not be booking again at this location.

the breakfast had a lot to offer so i was impressed with that for sure..the staff were friendly..was nice to have underground parking though didnt realize we had to pay to park if underground or outside but location was good with restaurant right across the street which was very good..the room was a good size and had everything we needed including a hair dryer

Room was very good, staff friendly, location new shelter was a bit of a surprise so underground parking put me at ease parking my newer car

The downside is that it's now right next door to a homeless shelter, which did bring up security concerns. However, the hotel has security and it's clear the hotel and shelter are working together, because there were no issues overnight. My main concern is that the windows don't quite keep the noise out from outside, and you need that on Friday nights! Staff were great, breakfast was good, and the hotel is clean. We'd stay again.
