Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast. We swam in the pool which was salt water and probably about 85 degrees. Carpets in rooms are a bit tired and could bear replacing.

Everything was clean and well taken care of with the exception of the dated gym equipment. The all in one machine was in disarray, with the weights getting stuck/jammed often. If someone were to try and unjam the weights, this could result in an injury.

I gave 4 stars because the pool was closed for maintenance for 3 days. This was not mentioned on Expedia site and no one from the hotel thought to call. I paid a premium rate of $180/ night so I could enjoy the pool and balconey. I asked for a reduced rate but was not able to receive one. The gentleman at reception was lovely. The room clean and quiet. The balconey was clean and pest free. Fridge was clean and cold, bed and pillows were comfy. The bathroom fan would not stay on, the toilet handle loose and the tub faucet was needing tightening. Overall, I would stay here again for the solitude and cleanliness

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room could have been cleaner, the tray that the lotions were on was dirty. The top blanket on the bed was stained. We had 4 people in the room and only 3 towels. The mattress was super comfortable but the hotel is in need of updating, especially new carpeting.

We also had a small issue with the room lock, but the staff responded immediately and fixed it right away, which we really appreciated. The indoor pool was a nice bonus, especially considering how cold it was outside. The water was comfortably heated, and even with other families there, it never felt crowded. The deepest end was around 5 feet, which was perfect for our kids. Breakfast was very good and had lots of variety — scrambled and boiled eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, pancakes, cereal, croissants, bagels, fruit, plus coffee, tea, and juices. Everything was fresh and well stocked. Checkout was quick and easy, and the staff were courteous throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

They had to show us four rooms before we took the least dirty.. Sheets were filthy had blood stains on duvets. Admitted that they don't charge duvets or duvet covers with every new guest.. Gross.. Carpets need to be changed they are done..

Whenever we come to London after having moved out of the city we always choose Best Western. Everyone is always so nice and tries to help as fast as they can in any way possible. The beds and rooms are always so clean with clean sheets, the food for breakfast is always great. We also heard a housekeeper cleaning a bathtub while passing by a room which made us even more confident in the cleanliness of the rooms.

The king bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed having a kitchen area with table and chairs. Sofa was a bonus. Great to have a sliding door. Only negative would be the noise of the traffic outside but not much you could do about that.

Everything was just ok. The buffet breakfast had sausage, scrambled eggs, home fries, waffles, pancakes, juices, etc. If you were hungry it could be very satisfying. The walls were thin, could hear a lot of noise in the halls early morning. The bed was fairly comfortable. If you have mobility issues, the toilets are lower than normal and the beds are higher - not good for some seniors. The staff are excellent - including the front desk and the housekeepers.

On our second day, while using the hair dryer, electric power was cut off. The wash room and part of the room have no lights. I was not able to use the hair dryer. It was so inconvenient to us. When I called the receptionist, it took them so long to resolve the problem. The receptionist a Punjabi guy seemed did not care because his response was cold and I was not even receptive. How frustrating.

This hotel has a great location for anyone who needs easy access to the airport in London. At most a 5-minute drive. I've lost count of how many times we've stayed there when visiting family in the London area. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. A complimentary breakfast is included with the room booking. It's a "serve yourself" breakfast but there is a variety of hot and cold breakfast foods. Our one "con" is that there is no restaurant on site. There are some fast food places nearby but nothing really close (i.e., walking distance) that would constitute a nice sit-down restaurant. Stayed overnight before a 6:00 am flight. The location was good. Didn’t have the breakfast buffet because of very early check out. However, desk clerk provided a bag breakfast - after we asked for it. It was pretty sparse. Two dry bagels and two bananas. No beverages or anything to spread on the bagels. Room was OK. Nothing special for the price of the room.
