The ground floor room was convenient for loading/unloading the car using the patio doors. For security the patio doors had both a lock and a bar. The breakfast provided a choice.

Staff we very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast offered many options. Our bed was comfortable and provided a good sleep. Unfortunately there was only one entrance to the building at the front, meaning that potentially you had to walk a long way from your parking stop to the entrance.

The breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant and friendly. It is a basic hotel which met our needs. The bed pillows were quite small. The toilet would flush completely only if the handle was held down for a prolonged time. The placement of the room in front of a public door led to a lot of noise each time a guest used it to gain entry to the hallway to the 2nd floor. Not an ideal hotel if a person has a lot of items to carry, etc as there is no elevator.

Check in no problem. Friendly.. Despite this being a long building with several doors, only the front can be used for entry. That's a lot of walking when your room is at the far end and you have a lot of stuff. Get to our room and find someone's underwear and socks on the desk chair. Curtain torn. Rest of room OK. Breakfast at 7:30, find eating area piled high with cardboard boxes, staff restocking. Go for coffee, thermos pump broken. Use other machine down the hall. Machine out of order. Tell staff. Blank stares. Go back later and machine is working. No fridge or microwave. We have been traveling for many weeks and every hotel / motel had a fridge and microwave.

Basic Comfort Inn with usual breakfast. Room was mostly clean, the tub was old and not suitable for a bath. Bathroom door wouldn’t close/lock properly. Gross stain on couch, I told staff when leaving, they said they would check it out. Bed leaned to the middle. We had to walk the entire 3 section to our room, no trolley to help with luggage, no elevator.

Mismatched looking like it was found on a curb furniture. Bathroom ceiling had black mold, can tell they dont really "clean" dust on lamps & behind the minifridge was about 4 guests worth of coffee cups, coffee packs, teabags and stir packets...will never return

DO NOT STAY HERE! As soon as we entered the room, it smelled musty. The carpet felt damp. We tried opening the door, turning on the air higher and nothing took the smell out. They were cobwebs in the rooms and in the halls. It was an awful experience. Did not expect this from a comfort Inn. We were also told we were getting two queen beds and the beds were doubles. I’m a little bit surprised this is on Expedia website. I used to think Comfort Inn was one of those middle of the road hotels that you could rely on. I don’t think I would ever stay in another one again.

I’ve been a loyal Comfort Inn guest for many years and have always had great experiences at other locations, particularly in North Bay and St. Thomas. Unfortunately, my recent stay at the London location did not meet the same standard. The room appeared quite rundown and not as clean as I’ve come to expect from this chain. There was visible dirt and grime on the light switches and lamps, and the shower was not in the best condition — I even found someone else’s hair. The toilet also did not appear very clean. I’ve attached a photo for reference. The complimentary coffee station was disappointing as well — the area looked dirty, and the machine was out of order. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable; the mattress was very thin, and I could feel the springs poking through. One of the main reasons I choose Comfort Inn is because of the breakfast, which I’ve always enjoyed in the past. However, this time I was let down. Breakfast was advertised from 6–9 a.m., but when I arrived around 8:10, the waffle mix had already been taken away, the coffee was empty, and there was only one sausage patty left. While there were still eggs, cereal, toast, yogurt, and muffins available, I was disappointed since waffle

Two major problems were encountered. 1. I encountered 3 cockroaches in the bathroom and showed the photos to the day manager. She told me that she would look into some kind of reduction or compensation, but I have not heard back for two days. 2. The bathroom sink would not drain properly, so any grey water remained in the sink after brushing teeth, washing, etc. 3. There was no bedside table on the right-hand side of the bed (as you view the bed standing and facing it from the foot end). This inconvenience caused a problem with my wife being able to easily charge and use her cell phone. 4. The door to the room did not close entirely by itself upon entering or leaving the room. It always had to be checked and re-checked after entering and exiting. This is a major security issue. 5. There is a mark in the ceiling paint above the bed. Given the cockroach situation in the bathroom, we were concerned that it might be a cockroach, spider, or insect on the ceiling right above the bed. Also, cosmetically, the appearance was not pleasant. 6. The sheets, including the fitted sheet on the bed appeared worn. 7. The stairwell, exit hallways and walls in the room hallways appeared dirty and unkempt, not fresh and clean. We will not return to this Comfort Inn again.

The bath tub was not clean. Probably because it appeared old so not good for cleaning Switch plates in the bathroom were very dirty - easily cleaned with a wet wipe by me. Bedding was very clean - redeeming feature of our stay. The hotel was reasonably clean - staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was adequate to poor. Surrounding area is under huge construction which is going to be continuing for some time. This must be making it difficult to operate a clean building. No complaints were made at the property - didn’t feel it would help as the staff had enough to deal with contending with the construction.

Stayed for 5 nights. Room was smaller than expected and the bathroom was dirty by mine standards, there was mildew and mold. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was decent. Good area to get some shopping done. Overall i'll give 3 stars because of the bathroom.

Comfort Inn - London No heater/air conditioner No fridge, table light burnt out, carpets not vacummumed even after room was made up, killed two German cockroaches. The first night one went behind the headboard and the next morning I found it and killed it the following morning there was another one in the shower which I caught and put into a clear cup. Curtains would not close properly on the windows. One dresser drawer would not shut flush against the cabinet and stuck out. Asked for another room which they did. 2nd room had a heater and air conditioner, a fridge but the carpets were dirty as well. I was in that room for three days and nobody came in to clean it. Over the course of the whole week, a room was only cleaned once. I was in London for my sister‘s cancer surgery and the condition of this hotel made things worse. This place is such a dive.

The lady on reception was really rude, and could see an insulting attitude in her tone. She was least interested in her job. Anyways, even bigger problem was smell in the room. My family could not stay in the room for 10 mins, and decided to leave the place. When we came back to reception, asking for checkout, the same lady showed no courtesy to offer another room or at the very least try to understand the problem we faced. This was my worst experience ever in any hotel. I would warn against booking a room in this hotel. I am never going back there!

Staff were extremely kind and upgraded us to the newly renovated rooms upon inquiry. They have plenty of amenities and are willing to provide extra. The breakfast was a simple yet nourishing one and extremely appreciated. The rooms are clean. There is a faint smell of smoke here and there and the ac was not working in our room but it wasnt that bad. Overall would come again! The staffs kindness made it much more enjoyable.

Rose in the cafeteria goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction making a morning away easier to navigate. The meals over the course of a week were varied, nutritious, and tasty. Egg dishes prepared in an entirely different way throughout the week instead of the common scrambled is all we have.....thanks for starting my days off right!
