Room and pool area nice. However, the indoor pool area was so cold, the lifeguards even had to wear sweatshirts. While the water was chilly the air temperature was cooler. Grandchild teeth were chatting. We were really looking forward to a family swim. Very Disappointed! Do not recommend. Will not be going back! Turn up the heat!

The room was ok, shower pressure was terrible. The slide is only operational on weekends and closed by 1pm Sundays, which is why we booked it and was unable to use it. The bar is not open either.

Aesthetically pleasing ! Gorgeous spot to stay. Pool area is so pretty. Lifeguards are always a bonus. Nice and clean and stress free. Parking was easy. Staff were more than amazing. Great little arcade room with actually good games as well. High on the convenience factor of this place!

The resort atruim is gorgeous complete with pool and water slide. The pool is warm and clean. Water slide was fast but not too big. Definitely enjoyable for all abilities and ages . The hotel atmosphere does great job at making feel like you are not in the city . Plenty of amenities complete with great restaurant and lots of shopping near by Please note the water slide is open Friday - Sunday which was disappointing as our days staying it was not open the whole time.

The staff were friendly upon arrival. I booked 3 rooms for my family and I. My room the bed was broken and slid to one side and detached from the head board. Stains on the bedsheets. The pool was nice and the slide the kids enjoyed that. But they need to improve room cleanliness for sure.

The overall atmosphere is nice and family friendly. The pool area is lovely when the various kids let you get in the hot tub. Some as young as toddlers were in the tub and only 7 allowed at once though I saw up to 10. My son did like the water slide and the kids that ran it were responsible. We were there 3 nights mon-thur. Tuesday went by and we had no housekeeping done, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and let another day go by just re-used towels. On Wednesday, we made sure to be out all day so that they were able to have time to clean. We got back and still around 430pm there was no housekeeping taking place. We went downstairs to the front desk to ask the policy who then told us you need to request housekeeping. That is news to me as I've been before and never once requested it, and in fact the QR code in the hotel room with the services listed says you need to request to not have housekeeping service for the length of your stay. Anyway, the front desk had to bring us towels, coffee and cups. Though they brought the items, the rooms garbages were full, we had a pile of towels and none of that was attended to. Very dissatisfied with the service this time.

Great hotel, so much potential, not worth the price. For the price of the room I would have expected the floors to be vacuumed better, under the pull out coach and bed there were toys from previous guests. The paint was peeling on the walls in our room, there was water dripping from the ceiling the morning we left… def not worth the price that we paid sadly. The pool deck had dirty band aides each day, hair all over, and not enough chairs. Thankfully we arrived on a Saturday and took advantage of the slide that day because by early Sunday afternoon it was shut down. The reasoning from life guards we heard were not enough guests in the hotel and others stated not enough staff. Front desk service was great, as was the restaurant services.

The manager at this property was great. We were given vouchers for free breakfast because it was my birthday. Lobby very nice and updated/renovated. The rest of the hotel is in major need of renovations though. Upon going into our room, the smell was awful and overpowering. Smelled musty and of mold. Carpets look very old and yucky. Should be ripped out and replaced with vinyl flooring since it’s waterproof. The humidity from the pool area clearly damaged the room and it really shouldn’t be used. Was in the room for 10-15 minutes, and my husband and I had burning in our throats. The manager was great, and switched us to another room. Just really think rooms should not be rented out in that condition.

Our room was in a weird place.. the door was in the stairwell. You’d walk down the hall, go through the stairwell door and the room door was there. People use this stairwell to access the pool and likely would have no idea there was a room in the echoey stairwell so were not quiet. At night and early morning people were in the stairwell talking loudly, plus stairwells are naturally echoey. It was so annoying and loud. Woke us many times. The hotel staff saw we had children while checking in and said nothing. The hotel itself is a bit dated. The rooms are average. Cleanliness was also average. We stayed here mainly for the pool, but for the price of this hotel, we could have gone to Great Wolf Lodge! Not worth the price at all. Our room was terrible. Bring earplugs in case your room is in the stairwell. Such an odd place for a room!

The staff were great and were amazing as we forgot to clear our closet and they arranged to mail it back to us. The pool and water area were the main draw. What started as a lovely stay ended unfortunately with a bitter interaction with the security officer who verbally threathened a minor in our group who was alone in the hallway and falsely presented warning notices as an eviction notice. Instead of descalating the situation, the security officer escalated it by raising his voice and getting aggressive when he was just asked to calm down in a calm manner, and he refused to apologize to the minor who had a full blown panic attack after interacting with that officer. Police were called and while we didn't get evicted over a noise complaint at midnight with little children, we left with a sour taste and disturbed sleep that night. We were anyways checking out the next day. The front desk staff could have assisted with better communication. But other than this, the facilities and amenities were good and well maintained. All other staff members, other than that security officer and front desk man, were delightful to interact with.

I was in town dealing with a family medical emergency and found the staff to be very accommodating. They were compassionate and kind and were quick to ask how my family member was doing. The hotel itself is lovely and very clean. This made it even more easy for me to concentrate on my little granddaughter and her parents. Thank you so much for making my stay so pleasant

Was travelling for business. Great service and pool area is outstanding. The rooms would need a bit of updating but were clean and comfortable. Disappointed that the pool area only had regular chairs, no lounge chairs. Can't really walk anywhere interesting from this hotel (in my case it was walking distance to my client meetings, but not good if on vacation.

Stayed while a family member was in the hospital down the street. Convenient 15 min walk to the hospital. The staff were all friendly and helpful, which I was so grateful for in an otherwise lonely and stressful week. Restaurant was quick, delicious and able to accommodate substitutions. The tropical gardens and waterfalls in the atrium were a perfect winter balm.

Pleasant room at the rear of the property - quiet & comfortable. The pool was pleasant although busy. Had one meal in the onsite restaurant - Shelleys Tap and Grill - absolutely disgusting! Ordered a garlic bread as a starter - this was eventually served with the main meal & was hard & tasteless. My husband ordered a pasta dish - was very obviously microwaved, tasteless mush. I ordered filet mignon - this was not available so was offered a substitute - this was of a very poor quality, not vey warm & was served with dark brown chips which I think had been cooked at lunch & re heated several times! There were very few people in the restaurant & it was not surprising. One of the worst meals I've ever been served.

This is a wonderful hotel with renovated rooms, and it has a fantastic restaurant on the premises. The pool is clean and well-maintained, and the water slide is amazing, though it does have a minimum height requirement of 48 inches. I would certainly consider staying here again.

We chose this hotel specifically for the pool, and it was impressive. The plants were all well taken care of, the live fish were entertaining, and the open roof was lovely. There were always enough chairs, and it was fantastic to see so many attentive lifeguards. The slide was really fun! The pool is showing some signs of age, but it's all very safe. The hot tub was HOT, and I loved it. The room was close to the pool, but not poolside (as we requested) so it was nice and quiet. I'm hoping these rooms are scheduled for renovation soon. The bathroom was not in the greatest repair - the toilet paper holder was inconveniently placed and only half attached to the drywall for one. Also, the blackout curtains fell about 6 inches short so the room was lit all night. But, the beds were super comfortable and clean, and that was the most important thing. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. We didn't use the arcade, but it was bigger than expected, full of modern games, and looked like fun. The restaurant attached to the hotel was convenient, but we waited over 30 min for food that wasn't particularly good. However, many other restaurants and stores were within walking distance, so it didn't impact our trip too much.

The staff is very friendly and the property is beautiful. The pool look like a warm destination you’d have to take by airplane and the water slide was cool! I came in with high hopes and it met my expectations and some . We had a very enjoyable stay . We stayed in a king suite , it was very spacious and comfortable, there was a balcony overlooking the atrium which was awesome . The kids loved the pool area . There is a restaurant onsite and a bunch within a very close proximity. The only downfall for us was the slide is only open one weekends so they didn’t get to use it . We will definitely visit again and would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who’s looking for a place to stay in the area .
