Clean and spacious rooms

This is really a great hotel overall. It’s clean, the employees were friendly and the rooms are very nice and spacious. It’s located next to all kinds of great restaurants and a shopping mall. I will say, the hotel was fully booked and we came back from a hockey game and had to make a parking spot because there were not any more and it hadn’t snowed in a week, yet the parking lot was complete slush to the point you couldn’t see the parking spot lines and your shoes and socks and luggage were socking wet and dirty by the time you got in the building which was nasty, inconvenient and honestly not very safe for guests

I’ve been wanting to stay at this hotel for a while now and finally got my chance. Room was impeccably clean, staff friendly. Parking was secure and felt safe. I was wanting to try the breakfast here as I’ve been told it’s a 10/10. Unfortunately my partner and I went for a walk around the area and came across a lady that had just had her purse snatched and I took after the thief. I caught up to him got her purse back but was severely injured in the process. I had to end my stay later in the evening to get medical treatment and we didn’t finish our stay and I didn’t get to try this breakfast I’d been hearing so much about.

Awesome breakfast, staff are great, our room was just one of the best I ever booked.

Suites are very spacious and comfortable. Location is close to Whiteoaks mall… and a few outlet stores. Many restaurants close by too. This is always my go to when visiting London.
