I am unfamiliar with London but have had good experiences with Knights Inns in other communities when travelling. This location was in a more industrial part of town. There was rubbish in the yard (old mattress etc.). The bathroom was clean but there was a need for repairs and deep cleaning throughout. I needed to move a bedside table to plug in my laptop and it was quite dirty behind. The room generally smelled damp and musty. I had to open the window to air it out and dehumidify it with the aircon. My keycard demagnetized almost immediately and I was pertly accused of having put it next to my mobile after I was told not to. Perhaps they need a better keycard system. The wifi went out during the night a couple of times. The refrigerator and microwave were in good working order and there was plenty of hot water. Passable basic accommodations if you overlook one or two things.

We arrived quite late, but the check-in clerk was very nice and our room was ready with the extra cot we requested. We drove right up to our room. I'd had some misgivings based on other reviews, but the parking lot was very well lit and felt quite safe. The room was older but very clean and well maintained. All in all we had a very positive experience with this motel and would highly recommend it if you need an inexpensive place to stay for the night in London.

Room was poorly maintained, and obviously neglected in basic repairs. Bed had to put back into metal frame by us. Large amount of parking area completed covered in ice but not salted/sanded. Parking area ice was not from recent weather. It had been at least 36 hours since any snowfall. As a disabled individual with difficulty walking this could have been very dangerous. I will not be returning to that establishment again.

Enjoyed my stay Stayed in a clean room with everything I need. Lively and prompt service . Quick responding and accommodating staff. I recommend saying in the non smoking rooms for a more relaxing and healthy experience. Lots of Parking and laundry service is particularly helpful. Will recommend for anyone who needs a fair price and decent accommodations.

Always a great stay for a great price at Knights Inn in London, Ontario! This is my go-to hotel when I’m in London. The hotel is in a great location, being close to Argyle Mall and many other shopping and dining opportunities. The rooms are comfortable, always clean and tidy, the wifi is excellent, and 32-inch flat-screen TVs are offered. There is also a guest laundry room, an amenity not commonly found among budget-priced hotels. The staff are always highly pleasant. I will keep returning to Knights Inn!

After waiting for a while to check in we had to actually call tge front desk, where we were standing for someone to check us in. The room smelled terrible. After a very stressful day we cam back exhausted to find bedbugs on tge desk and in tge bathroom. We left immediately and informed them by phone that we wouod like our money back. We are still waiting.

Discovered two cockroaches in the mini fridge (see photo), and three in the bathroom. Fortunately, I had not yet brought my suitcases into the room. I told the housekeeping person next door that I was leaving and the reason. She certainly did not seem surprised. Realized I’d lose my payment for the room, but there was no way I could stay there. I immediately left and booked another hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room and noticed that the walls had a beautiful painted mural of Greece on three walls, so awesome. The AC worked great and the free movie channels were great as well. The room was clean but showed its age and the fit and finish of the bathroom was lacking, not dirty just bad workmanship. Would definitely stay there again. Front desk staff was amazing and check in was fast.

Room was very clean but rather dated. It was apparent the some renovations had taken place but not completed. The bathroom was not senior or disabled friendly with no safety bar in the tub area.Towels and shampoo etc were plentiful. There was a fridge and microwave supplied, tv and wifi. Overall pretty basic room.

This is a budget motel. The front desk attendants werent friendly at all. All though the housekeepers were kind. We request a bathtub stopper around 9am and they said they couldn't give us one until 11am. So we waited, then called back at 12:30 for the girl to get upset with us. They advertised a bathtub in the room but get upset when we want to use it. The beds were okay, but the wifi was awful. Couldn't stream anything on our phones/tablets such as disney, netflix, prime, ect. Its a cheaper motel but probably our last stay. My partner had a constant fear they saw bed bugs as well.

Staying at a hotel or motel is all about value. For less than 100 Canadian a night for two nights this motel gave us a spacious room with comfortable beds and all you might expect at a more expensive place. It is an older property on a busy urban street, but it is clean and well maintained. Good to know a property like this, well maintained, can offer a reasonable price. (Fridge and microwave too.)

Great little room. Host was more than accommodating given the fact I accidentally booked a smoking room. He was able to re-arrange a few things to get us a non smoking room. It was so very appreciated. our room was clean and neat. Every day we were provided clean towels and our beds were neatly made. May not be the nicest area in town but this place is a gem.

A great little motel. Terrific service. It isn’t in the greatest neighborhood. It was just a commercial area was a little bit dirty, but I certainly felt safe walking alone at night. I would recommend this is a moderately priced motel.

This motel is perfect for when you just need a place to stay a night or two!! The rooms themselves were basic but perfect for what we needed. Group of 7 spending the weekend in town for a festival, we just needed a good place to sleep at a decent price, and Knights Inn was perfect! Clean beds, clean floors, clean bathrooms. A little aged and some outlets might need replacing but can't complain really! Reception was incredibly kind, we'd come back in the evening after the festival to find out garbage had been taken, and housekeeping even stocked us up with extra towels and pillows! As far as location, it is so close to so many amenities, a great dinner just down the street for breakfast, a pub around the corner, shoppers drug Mart a 3 minute walk away, convenience stores, many restaurants nearby, just an all around perfect and convenient location!!! When you need a short, cheap, and/or convenient stay, I would highly recommend Knights Inn Motel!

Some simple breakfast options would be good, having to walk to the reception to get a coffee in a plastic cup is not great. a bit of renovation in the rooms would help as well. things were falling into disrepair.
