Stayed here after a London Knights game so we didnt have to drive home after. We brought our two dogs with us and were pleasantly surprised with goodie bags for them! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the underground parking. Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom vanity appeared to be too large for the bathroom and was awkwardly placed in the corner behind the door. The breakfast was the best we've experienced! Would stay again!

The parking lot is full at checkin with nowhere to park, but the staff are very helpful and kind. The walls are very thin you hear everyone around you. Our mattress was very firm which we didnt like but the rooms are a great size with a full kitchen. The breakfast was great as well.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. There are few dining options nearby. The breakfast had some variety and was nutritious. The furnishings in my room were functional but not particularly attractive. My only complaint has to do with the AC unit. I stayed in a studio suite with a separate bedroom that had just enough space for a king bed and 2 night tables. The AC unit was built into the exterior wall near the window, and because of the small size of the room the AC unit was necessarily near the bed. When it came on, the fan was loud and poured cold air onto the bed, making sleep difficult (for me). Solution: earplugs and the supplied comforter.

This hotel is disappointing. The street noise in the morning is loud, the blackout blinds don’t extend over a large section of the windows and the bed is very hard. I booked this for the “tempurpedic mattress” but the bed feels like a pullout mattress

Really enjoyed the cozy feeling of the room. It was so convenient to have a kitchen, as well as a living room separate from the bedroom. The pillows were the MOST comfortable that my head has ever touched. The staff were very kind and resourceful (we were from out of town for a concert) They provided us with great care and greeted us with smiles. There were many breakfast options which was an added bonus! This location offers underground parking. The hotel was so quiet, you would almost think it was just you staying there. We had a fantastic experience and would love to stay at this hotel in the future!

Overall, it is a nice hotel. It is pretty clean and for the most part the staff is friendly. The breakfast is hardly edible. The workmanship of the building is overall shotty with doors not lining up, crooked outlets, etc. I did go to the front desk and ask for more creamer for my room and the girl was a bit rude, she acted like she didn't want to help me...luckily a manager was there and made the girl go get me some creamer. They charge approx. $20 USD to park in their underground parking structure per day, and there is really nowhere else to park so figure that into your travel expense.

The staff were very friendly & helpful… When they took our kitchen towels they forgot to replace them… since we were there for 10 days, the kitchen soaps got a little low..minor ! Liked seeing that the front doors were locked when we came back from our event(plus a security person! ) after 11pm.

The staff of the hotel were great, and the accommodations were pretty good. However, the city of London has a very big drug and homeless problem on the streets immediately contiguous to the property, and that was exceptionally disappointing. It felt like a very unsafe area.

My friends and I had a great time! The front desk attendant was very kind and welcoming when I came in to check in on June 8th. Also, the buffet breakfast the next day was way better than last year. Finally real eggs and a lot more options to have for breakfast before we had to depart back home. Can't wait to come back next month to stay for rock the park as I already have my reservations booked.

The hotel room was fine. Bathroom a bit on the small size. An improvement to the room would be to have a FULL length mirror available and more lighting. In addition, the breakfast was rather disappointing! Very limited choices.

The suite size was very spacious. Comfortable and clean. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. The morning breakfast was good. Could improve on the turkey sausage round by grilling better. The cut up sausage was too dry. The refilling the scrambled egg more quickly as several occasions ran out. But overall the staff is good and meticulous in cleaning the tables. Everyone was good & thoughtful. This is our first time we stayed in your residence and had 2 other friends come as well they were happy as welll. We would come here again next time as we have 1st year students attending University here. Thank you
