I was driving through Canada with my electric car and was having trouble getting the high speed chargers to work because the Canadian apps for the chargers are different than the US. Fortunately I was able to search on Hotels.com for a hotel with an electric charger. I went to the hotel confirmed that there was a charger available and then made a reservation on the app. Very grateful that TownPlace Suites had two electric car chargers available for guests and that I was able to search on Hotels.com to find a hotel that out.

Love that the hotel was near the hotel. The free parking and the free breakfast was a definite bonus. I like the unit had an oven, and a full kitchen. Our fridge made a ton of noise, not sure it needs to be replaced, sometimes the freezer didn't keep the ice cold. We stayed in a split room, where the living room and the bedroom had a door. I chosen this to let me son have some quite, alone time while I cooked the meals. The AC unit was in the bedroom, so the living room seems to get muggy and hot. We propped the bedroom door open to circulate the cool air throughout the unit. One con, which is not the hotel's fault, per se, the entrance to hotel is very obscure and you have to drive past the XXX club. We did see some police cars and the odd person, like a druggy, who was looking for something or someone in the parking lot.

Check in was easy and staff were friendly and supportive. The room was clean when comfortable with gods parking that was cleared from snow. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety and supportive staff.

Solid hotel. Rooms are nice and spacious. Gym is well-equipped. But be aware that there is an “exotic massage” place next door and the Motel 6 across the parking lot seems to be a homeless shelter or asylum seeker housing. Best to park your vehicle in the west parking lot to avoid all that

Not bad for the price, the gym was nice.. the parking lot is terrible though and needs to be repaved… also there is an adult massage parlor next door which for sure brought some interesting characters in the shared parking lot

The desk staff were lovely and friendly but it all went downhill from there. I was given a roo at the furthest point from the entrance. Sadly the nearest outside door that I could have brought my luggage in was waiting for a repair so it was a long slog for this old lady. The bathroom was dirty…toothpaste and hairs in the sink. As I felt someone should see this I called the front desk. A lovely lady came to clean it and she was shocked she did say the revolting brown stains deep in the toilet bowl were something that could not be fixed when I pointed them out to her. I also showed her that the 2 chairs in the room had food debris in the cracks. She took photos. I have no problem with how she handled the matter. After I went to bed I was unable to sleep as there were 8-12 high school seniors or college girls on a night out. They ran screaming from one room to another slamming doors every few minutes. Breakfast was fine and Rose was a real treasure! Google maps has incorrect directions to this hotel snaking through Wendy’s parking lot among others till you hit a dead end…that should be an easy fix. All in all I was really disappointed in Marriot as I have previously liked Towne home suites

Very nice room with kitchen. Staff above average. But: 2 of the 3 shower items (shampoo, body lotion, condit.) were lying on the floor of the shower when I came in, evidently unglued from their mounting. At 9 am breakfast they were out of eggs and bacon. I waited a few minutes, stick was still not refilled, so I made do with other items

Our stay was very pleasant. Room was clean & comfortable. Very quiet. In a great location. Close to shopping, many choices to dine. Breakfast was great at the hotel. Ccustomer service at both the desk and breakfast were very pleasant and efficient.

I booked a king room so I could have a sofa to sit on. On arrival there was only a double queen room with not a single comfortable chair. I have a serous back condition and this made the stay very uncomfortable

Beautiful suites with full kitchen facility including cutlery and big fridge. Living room with sofa bed. TV and desk. Good size bedroom with comfortable soft top bed. Big TV. Closet with drawers hangers and Iron. Overall a beautiful and functional suite that can be used for extended stays.

We stayed at this property for a day with two toddlers. Their service was top notch. Seamless checkin with a comfortable access to our room. The room was very spacious with also a small kitchen furnished with all necessities for our stay. I’d highly recommend this property for families especially with kids. Will definitely visit again.

We were there for one night and about 10 pm some young men checked in next door to our room. It got pretty loud. My husband went to the desk to ask for some help. We were upgraded to another room on a different floor. The hotel staff and manager were very helpful. The breakfast was great too! We will definitely stay here again!

Our complaint about our stay is related to management. When we arrived exhausted at 10:30 pm we were greeted by a sign that said “will be right back assisting another customer”. We waited for 20 minutes. Tried calling, knocking on office door. 3 other customers came and went. We had already paid for the room so we were stuck waiting hoping someone would attend the front desk. Finally a very lovely and apologetic worker arrived who must have been cleaning rooms as she had on rubber gloves. She explained it was only herself and 1 housekeeper on duty. We paid $250 for the nights stay which was already high so the level of service should be staffed to match the rate we were charged. Sitting in an unmanned front hotel lobby for that long was not acceptable. We were not offered anything but a very pleasant apology to compensate for the inconvenience. We were a family with a child as noted on the reservation so waiting this late at night was very frustrating.

Everything was excellent except for the long wait prior to being checked in. It seems it took 15 mins or more to check in each guest even though everyone had a reservation. One ot the checkin clerks seemed greatly disorganed

This property is beside a Triple X strip club. It is close to lots of restaurants and it’s a really nice and clean hotel It’s newly built and clean. . Main floor was very loud and we had lots of noise on our night.

we didn't like the timing of the breakfast. Our booking includes paid breakfast but they close at 9 am. They should have been offered until 10 am or 11 am when people are on holiday then they prefer little flexibility for the breakfast

Just spent the weekend at this hotel for a soccer tournament and we were very pleased with the hotel. Everything was clean, updated and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were great, from checking in to providing service and responding quickly. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of options, staff out and about constantly checking on everyone. Rose definitely made everyone feel welcome and made sure everyone had what they needed.

The breakfast is so clean and tasty with so many options. The woman who’s been there over 20 years is friendly and keeps everything fresh, filled and clean. She is very friendly. The front desk staff and housekeeping were very accommodating.
