I got this bucket list trip in January. I was supposed to be there in April for four nights. I have a bad knee. He was in contact with them in regards to my amenities, including, but not limited to air conditioner, Wi-Fi, breakfast, lower room, a soundproof room, and a refrigerator as selected on the app Hotels.com. Upon my arrival, I was on antibiotics and dealing with extreme back pain. I laid down in my room and proceeded to go have dinner. When I came back to my hotel. I noted there was no air-conditioning. Have him been raised in Florida. It's accustomed to and that's why I chose this hotel. I called downstairs and they told me to turn on the fan and open the window. This is unacceptable that is not a comfortable way for me to sleep. I asked for a sister Hotel none was given. I had to wait till the morning to talk to the manager, Mike. He was not very helpful or sympathetic to the fact that I had three tours booked, a train ticket already purchased and I refundable and I was going to fly back on Delta on the beds. He said he'd be refunded for the three nights, although he should've in my opinion refunded for. I was on the phone for three hours trying to get a flight out of there. Hotels.com was no help and instead of two planes. I had to go on three planes. I couldn't get the bed. I was up 24 hours and I lost money. So instead of refunding the money as he said, he would the manager instead he charged me again. So I stayed one night and the 😞😔😒☹️😕🙁😥👎👎👎👎👎👎
