sehr freundliches Personal. Immer eine gute Auskunft und Empfehlung. Auch Reinigungskräfte sind sehr freundlich und sorgfältig. frühstück ist mittelmäßig. Okay. Kaffee und Teeauswahl sehr gut. Frisches Obst vorhanden, ansonsten gesunde Kost eher wenig. Leider ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Teppichboden, teils abgenutzt und dreckig. Parkmöglichkeiten äußerst beschränkt (vier Plätze) und das Schlimmste am Wochenende ist, dass man hier nicht mit offenem oder gekippten Fenster schlafen kann. Families travelling with kids, look no further beyond this hotel. Location is top notch and super easy access to train, boat and bus. Lots of food options nearby ( starbucks downstairs at the lobby). Clean and very spacious family rooms. We were on the sixth floor and there is a bar/small snack area on the 7th which tends to create an oily smell sometimes esp during the night time (only con i can think of). I will gladly stay here again if need be. Simply fantastic!

The room was slightly bigger than a prison cell. There was fecal matter on the rim of the toilet. The shower was either hot or cold. It was difficult to get warm water. Worst part, no place to pull up a car to the hotel and check in. You had to find a parking garage and drag your bags to the hotel.

Property is very outdated, carpets in the room were so dirty, couldn’t take shoes off. You could ask for slippers at the front desk though. But the bedding and bathroom were clean. There was some event happening during our stay, so it was impossible to sleep at night. In the morning there was garbage all over around the property. I would not stay again.

Hotel is dated & not very clean. Paid for 3 people & was given bunk beds to accommodate but they were really uncomfortable. Asked for a cot and that was also very uncomfortable. Overall not a good experience.

Fantastic hotel near town and the staff was great. Starbucks downstairs was terrific! Our room was also very comfortable but a bit dirty. Stains in the carpet and furniture. There were also old slippers under the bed. We also had to request new towels because housekeeping didn’t tidy our room. We will be back one day though.

The room is big and the beds are very comfortable. The location is good, just beside Luzern central station. Within walking distance to chapel bridge, the waterfront and old town. Very accessible. Nice staff as well.. I will recommend this hotel

This hotel has a major noise problem. Pulsating sound from a club in the building complex audible on the fourth floor until long after midnight. It's not their fault but that's not the customer's concern. Other issues: the wifi went down six times and failed to reconnect. Plus, check in time 4 pm and check out time 11 am? Come on, this isn't 2020.

Our stay was great. We were on the 6th floor. Only negatives I had is that the rooms itself are quite old. The window had a display light pointed right at it and the curtains barely hid the light at night. Most of the room was pretty bright due to this.

Centrally located hotel across the stress from central station. Very convenient location. The staff is nice, rooms are clean & breakfast is good. It's bit dated, but that is expected form a historic property. No air conditioning. If you open the widows, the noise form street will not allow for restful night.

We picked this hotel for its convenience to the train station and the included breakfast. It turned out to be so much more. The walkability to old town was perfect. Everything was so close. We opted for the Zimmerman suite to get extra room and it did not disappoint. Very clean and helpful staff as well. Our room was so quiet, we never heard a peep. We based our Switzerland travelog of Lucerne and stayed for 7 nights. Loved it!!

Great room. Two big windows and plenty of space to open our suitcases. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Very helpful staff. They arranged dinner reservations, gave us tea while we waited for the room to be ready, had apples for guests to take, and made us feel so welcome. Location is excellent! So easy to get around. Steps away from underground shopping, trains, boats, and beautiful scenery!

The building is beautiful. Conveniently located right in front of the train station. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Staff is beyond helpful with dining recommendations and places to visit. Malik was very kind in arranging best dinner plans for us. A must stay! Looking forward to our next visit!

Our room was leaking from the ceiling. When brought to the hotels attention, they set towels under it and apologized. Although staff was friendly, we didn’t have AC and the ceiling was leaking bad. No room change or discount on stay or anything. I found it very unprofessional

Great location. Right across the street from trains and buses. Staff was very nice and attentive upon check in. They even upgraded us without asking which was a nice and very welcome surprise. They were great to give directions and recommendations. We stored our luggage there the day we checked out and continued to explore Lucerne. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly. The location was however a double edged sword. The hotel was adjacent to the main train station in Lucerne. You could literally walk 20 meters to the escalator to the station and have access to all of the fast food stalls as well as the bakery’s and the Coop convenience store. The downside was that there is constant noise from the buses, trams, and pedestrians. The biggest negative for us was the loud partying outside the hotel on the weekend. Our stay was from Wednesday night through Sunday. We had room 614 (the highest floor). Friday night we were awaked off and on by yelling and partying. Saturday night however we were hardly able to sleep due to the constant loud voices that finally ended around 5:30am. As we left Sunday morning we literally drug our suitcases through a layer of trash and cigarette butts an inch deep outside of the Roadhouse bar next door to the hotel. We really liked the hotel on Wednesday and Thursday but we wished we had stayed somewhere else over the weekend. If we find ourselves in Lucerne again we would look for another hotel.

The exterior and interior decor is classy. The proximity to the train station and waterfront is perfect for visitors. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. ORANGE JUICE was the best I have ever had! Unbeatable location next to Lucerne Station and Tourist Office.We had a Junior Suite (419) which was large but rather tired with many stains on the carpet and poorly lit - no ceiling lights and only 2 free standing lamps in seating and cupboards area. Newly refurbished bathroom with excellent lighting and good bath/shower together with 2 sinks. Pretty poor breakfast for CHF25 with consistently overcooked scramble eggs.

There was 8 off us in our group with 4 rooms. A couple of the rooms seemed a little more updated but they were all fine. Our blind did not work in our room but not a big issue. The breakfast buffet offered hot and cold choices. It was very good!! The location right next to the train station was perfect and the main area of town was an easy walk! If we come back to Lucerne we will stay there I again.
