Boutique Hotel Weisses Kreuz - Adult only Hotel

Super friendly staff, great location, and clean and comfortable room! We were in a room with a King bed and it even had a little sitting area, but not sure if all rooms are like this. Pizza in the associated restaurant was very good!

The staff, hotel cleanliness, check-in (Archie was AMAZING!!) and check-out as well as the breakfast was absolutely great! The only thing I will suggest is to offer wash cloths (Waschlappen) to use in the shower. We asked the cleaning ladies and they said they don't offer it and we should use the two bathroom hand towels we received together with our two regular towels. Besides this minor detail, we give the hotel 5 stars!! Thank You

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location, very convenient for everywhere in central Lucerne; walking time from the main railway station is barely even 10 minutes. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfectly adequate although nothing very special; and I must admit I was disappointed that the cheeses were mostly Italian, as opposed to Swiss… The room was fine, a good size and with a particularly comfortable bed. The only minor issue was the sound of regular church bells which sounded loud enough to have been placed right outside my window! But to be honest they did not really bother me, and in any case they do not ring during the middle of night. The bathroom was so small that it was barely possible to turn around - entering and exiting whilst opening the door required almost acrobatic contortions - but everything worked well, it was extremely clean and had everything that I needed. Overall a very comfortable and convenient stay.

Great place to stay, ideal location. Everywhere walkable, shops, restaurants, train station and bus ride to Mount Pilatus. The staff were very efficient and friendly.In particular Mihai in the restaurant and at breakfast was very welcoming and worth a special mention for his hard work and extra effort to make our stay special. I would highly recommend this hotel
