The city facing room was extremely noisy due to the busy street outside - sirens, revving engines, trucks - you name it. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning and it felt hot. We had a pedestal fan which helped, but then we had to open the door and the noise was disturbing our sleep. The hotel looks very nice but there are a few elements for maintenance, like the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the toilet flush button fell off the wall. I thought the sauna was included and it was one reason I booked the hotel but you have to pay extra. The design of the room was very good, the kettle was quality metal instead of cheap plastic like in other hotels, and there was plenty of space to hang clothes and set luggage. The bed was also very comfortable and the bathroom had good lighting. The staff were extremely polite and professional and there was someone at reception at all times.

Car parking is undegorund via a lift which is fine and this is a great hotel to be able to walk into the centre of the city. the staff were incredible, opening up the kitchen to make us a snack and then saying sorry it was taking longer to prepare than normal. Everything about the hotel was great and i recommend it
