Staff is excellent.....all the food and its display are almost spectacular......many interesting and local shops everywhere around the hotel if one doesn't mind walking. Coffee in the morning is truly superb......sheets on the bed so very comfortable and pure cotton...felt so very wonderful....clean and fresh. Our room , although not as pictured, it was close enough and we enjoyed its expansive balcony, minus the soft and cushioned balcony furniture as pictured....I am sure that if we asked for the proper furniture to be placed on our balcony it would have been done. I so enjoyed watching the flocks of flying swallows early in the morning doing their acrobatics in the morning sky.. The hotel staff is truly remarkable! Truly remarkable.

The hotel is old nothing comparable to what the brand represents. I’ve stayed at the ICH London and the experience is way the opposite, a premium hotel, great amenities, etc. This one smells like an old building, the beds are hard and you can feel the springs. The furniture is damaged. You turn on the air and smells weird. Not coming back.
