We got a very low rate so can't complain. The hotel is nice and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was below average and definitely isn't worth 14€ considering there's a ton of places around the hotel. Stay away from room 107, it's next to the kitchen and restaurant. You will be awake around 5:30am as they start preparing for the breakfast.

Staff attitudes varied from unsettling and rude to polite and friendly, struggled to understand the thinly veiled homophobia at check in. Although the hotel was mostly clean and well-maintained, there were some issues with draining of the sink and loud renovation work taking place from early in the morning continuing throughout the entire day on multiple days, including in the room right next to ours. Meaning we had to deal with loud banging and power tools right outside our room all day, which was detrimental to our enjoyment of the room, particularly as the soundproofing was poor anyway - you could hear doors banging and loud conversations at all hours. Other than that the hotel is located in a central location, a short walk to most local amenities and metro stations.
