The facility was in poor condition.

A good two nights stay. Exiting the car park was horrendous, we followed sign to salida but gate wasn’t in use. Had to reverse back down a winding ramp. Very difficult and tricky, lumps missing from walls where cars didn’t manage to manoeuvre, spoilt our experience, very stressful as not much room . Staff were lovely

Hotellet hadde god beliggenhet for oss som skulle se atletico madrid på Metrepolitano. Parkering i garasje gjorde oppholdet enkelt med bil. Rimelig parkering og 11 euro. Ved innsjekk fikk vi gode tips til restaurant i sentrum og fikk låne metro kort. Særdeles hyggelig personell

Nos ha gustado mucho. Habitación amplia y limpia. El personal es muy amable y profesional. Respecto al parking, merece la pena, las plazas son amplias. Lo único, que la entrada y la salida son un poco estrechas.

Het hotel is gedateerd. Maar alles was netjes en schoon. Vooral veel ruimte in de kamer. En parkeren onder het hotel is ideaal. Het is niet dicht bij het centrum, maar er is wel een metrostation vlakbij.

Hotel 3 stelle comodo perché in prossimità c'è la metro2 che porta direttamente in centro. Camera grande con tapparelle che oscurano completamente. Letto abbastanza comodo. Struttura in generale un po' vecchiotta. Poco insonorizzata. Garage caro. Colazione nella media

Located in quiet residencial neighborhood, it is close to a metro station on the Downtown line. Underground parking is available at a fee but worth the price. Staff very helpful during the power outage. And it has a backup generator.

The gym needs more weights. The breakfast was good

Sauberkeit ist so la la, Teppich voller Flecken, Einrichtung bestimmt 20-30 Jahre alt. Preis-Leistung und 1 x ÜN ging. Frühstück war gut.

Room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Loved the there were stores & a mall nearby.

As instalações são muito antigas, parte do quarto tem carpet em péssimas condições, a limpeza é muito ruim, quarto no 3° andar com cheiro de mofo. Ponto positivo, próximo estação de metrô e centro comercial com supermercado . A atendente Pilar foi muito educada e receptiva, solicitamos troca de quarto por causa do mofo e ela nos atendeu prontamente.

We had a great 1 night stay at the hotel. It was really clean and the family room had good space for our family of two adults and two children. All staff were so friendly and the location was great for metro and food shops. Would definitely recommend

Quarto com tamanho bom, boa localização , perto do metro e supermercado, bom café da manhã. O desconforto foi o vidro do box ser pela metade molhando o chão na hora do banho e a vedação ruim do quarto dando para ouvir os vizinhos e corredor.

Das Hotel liegt in einem Wohngebiet außerhalb des Zentrums von Madrid, ca. 5 Gehminuten zur Metro Linie 2, Station Alsace. Man ist also recht flott im Zentrum. Rund um das Hotel findet man mehr für weniger nah kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Empfang war freundlich und der Check In ging schnell. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und die Betten groß und bequem. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Die Klimaanlage läuft relativ leise. Die Schallisolierung der Fenster ist leider nicht so gut, da dass man den Lärm der Hauptstraße trotz geschlossenem Fenster hört. Insgesamt hat das Hotel seine besten Jahre schon hinter sich. Aber es ist funktional und hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück ist klassischer Spanien Standard. Fazit: wer nach einer "günstigen" Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Madrid zu einem fairen Preis sucht, einen Parkplatz benötigt und die Stadt mit der Metro erreichen will, der ist hier prima aufgehoben

AC was not working. Very difficult to sleep. Asked for fan but didnt have any. Wasnt offered a discount because of inconvenient.

Bereikbaarheid was goed. Ontbijt was in orde. Kamer was schoon. De matrassen waren echt hard en er was ook geen andere mogelijkheid om een andere kamer met zachtere matrassen te nemen, want die waren er niet. De badkamer en airco waren oud en aan vervanging toe!

Hotel muito bem localizado ao lado do mercado Carrefour onde ha uma área comercial com locais para tomar café e a 400 metros do metro Alsácia. Area segura. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis, quarto grande. Único comentário é que nos meses de inverno só há a opção de esquentar o quarto com o sistema de ar central. Somente nos meses de calor é que o ar condicionado é acionado. Entretanto vale muito a pena. Recomendo!

Les chambres sont vraiment très grande. Le personnel est au petits soins. Cet hôtel est idéalement placé proche d'une station de métro & de bus pour se déplacer partout dans Madrid.

Great hotel for families. Large rooms, great breakfast, convenient location with restaurants directly behind, park across the street, and metro station diagonal from hotel.

Nice hotel with modern facilities in the room. The staff at reception speak good English so check-in was quite straightforward and they were able to book me a taxi to the airport. Unfortunately I was unwell during my stay so didn't get to make the most of my visit.

The staff are excellent. Pilar is very helpful and sweet. Alberto is very accommodating and respectful. They both arranged our taxis and breakfast needs. We will definitely one back. Metro is very close by.

Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help us, particularly the lady on reception. She was patient, polite and very personable. Breakfast was tasty with decent coffee. Room was massive! Bed comfy and nice touch to have a kettle and biscuits in the room. Cannot wait to return.

A estadia foi boa, o quarto bom sem barulhos a noite bem silencioso. Banheiro bonito e limpo. A atendente que fez nosso receptivo quando chegamos não tinha muitas informações, até nos assustou qdo disse que estávamos muito longe do centro. O hotel não fica muito próximo do centro mas é localizado em uma área tranquila e achamos seguro, a noite haviam até senhorinhas passeando na avenida ou sentadas em algum banco. A estação é bem próxima, o hotel em uma avenida e na esquina uns 800 metros (5 minutos de caminhada) tem a estação Alsácia. Dela até a Porta do Sol, na linha vermelha, são 10 paradas. Dava aproximadamente 25 minutos mas bem tranquila essa locomoção. Vibe de morador, saindo da bolha turística. Na frente dessa estação Alsácia (sentido Las Rosas) tem um pequeno shopping com a loja Primor e um supermercado Carrefour, o que achamos excelente! Não incluímos café da manhã em nossa estadia, então não tenho informações sobre. Tinha água quente pra chá , café e biscoitinhos de canela de insumos no quarto, o que gostamos muito. Frigobar ótimo também.

Staff were friendly. The hotel was small but properly maintained and cleaned. Easy access to everything.

I attended a conference at nearby URJC campus, and the university was within walkable distance of this hotel. The metro stop Alsacia was a short walk to the hotel and the lit sign helped us find the hotel right away when we didn't have our bearings yet. The Alsacia metro trip to the Centro took only 30 minutes to Opera, for example, and trains came reliably every 4-5 minutes - never a wait. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, most had good English language skills to help us. The cafe inside the restaurant had friendly staff too, and good, tasty, and reasonably priced food. The rooms were spacious with a good sized desk and mini-fridge, big closets, a room safe, a big and well-appointed bathroom with excellent plumbing, lots of lights, and we had a wonderful city view. I would stay at this hotel again! We liked staying in a Madrid neighborhood, with good services (friendly groceries) and a mall nearby. The hotel is a quick taxi ride to the Madrid airport, which we took on an early Sunday morning on our return, but we also reached the hotel by Metro with our 7 day metro card from the airport at arrival and it was easy. The neighborhood is great and is a friendly and cost effective place for families to stay as well as for business travel.

Sehr geräumige Zimmer,schönes Bad mit Bidet und tägliches auffüllen von Tee und Kaffe sowie Kekse. Wasserkocher in Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Metrostation und Einkaufzentrum in der nähe.

Location was close to airport and close to metro and bus stops.

Nos hospedamos nesse hotel quando visitamos Madrid. Gostamos bastante. Funcionários atenciosos. Limpo. E bem localizado com um pequeno shopping e mercados perto. Fica próximo de uma estação de metrô. Dessa estação gastamos cerca de meia hora até às principais atrações de Madrid.

Excelente ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto. Metro y autobuses a una cuadra, te consiguen un taxi rápidamente

The hotel is located a bit far from major attractions, but it is very close to the Alsacia Metro station (25 mins ride to the Royal Palace). The very modern Centro Comercial Las Rosas Mall is right next to the Metro station. The hotel building is very new, and everything works well. Rooms are good sized and the bed is comfortable. The included breakfast is quite okay with adequate choice. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.

Ottima struttura fuori dal centro storico ma facilmente raggiungibile in metro in circa 20 minuti prendendo la metro. 2 rossa a soli 150 metri circa (5 minuti a piedi) dieci fermate e senza fare cambi. Stanze comodissime molto grandi e complete per un soggiorno più lungo, bagno con bidet cosa essenziale per noi italiani educati a lavarci, io l’ho presa al piano 8 e la notte si dormiva bene senza rumori della strada. Pulizia camere e spazi aperti più che accettabile. Colazione sia dolce che salato più che accettabile per i prodotti proposti tranne il caffè imbevibile alla macchinetta però se lo prendete al bar subito dopo la sala colazione, assicuro berrete un buon espresso (basta chiedere espresso). Posso certamente consigliarlo per avere un buon alloggio a Madrid senza buttar via spese folli per hotel in centro che spesso sono anche pessimi.

El hotel esta bien en una zona que es un barrio dormitorio de Madrid. Muy caro por lo que ofrece. Habitación bien y cómoda, desayuno bastante básico pero bien.

Pagamos con desayuno incluido y ya cuando estábamos en el hotel nos dijeron que no incluía pese a estar en la reserva online. Y nos quedamos sin desayuno.

Die Zimmer waren OK, für ein paar Nächte total austeichend. Das.Frühstück war ungenießbar...und auch sehr teuer.

Amazing experience. Fantastic staff. Allowed us to check in hours early. Huge room and very comfortable. 4 minutes from Alicias subway station on Metro #2 line. Excellent buffet breakfast. Sufficient dining options. Recommend Casa Arturo about 10 min walk. Outside appearance not indicative of the tasty food and great service. Large mall with a Carrefors across street from metro station.

The facilities list online says there is laundry but there is none. It was cold as window wouldn’t close. Shower had no door and water would leak out onto bathroom floor. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest as the milk in the coffee were in clumps. On a positive note, room was clean and spacious
