La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda. El hotel se ve muy limpio y moderno, sin embargo el inconveniente más grande es el estacionamiento, el hotel tiene justo uno debajo del edificio pero se administra aparte, por hospedarte en el hotel te hacen un pequeño descuento pero nada más y se tiene pagar en cash.

El único disgusto sobre nuestra estancia fue el aparcamiento. Cuando reservamos el hotel pensamos que el parking era una opción del hotel y no un pk público. Dejamos el coche unas 10 horas y pagamos 30€, el doble de lo que costaba tenerlo un día entero en la calle Alcalá.

Hotel details specifically state that they have a electric car charge point. They do not. Also, reduced parking charges (23 Euros instead of 30 Euros per day) do not apply unless you pay the parking bill in cash. Everybody uses credit cards these days. Since it costs 10 Euros or more just to get cash from an ATM the saving is non-existent.

Overall very good stay for the price. Staff were very attentive and kind. The room was very spacious and fairly new. The amenities were basic, there was no coffee or minibar that I noticed for example, but the bed very comfortable. My only complaint is that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, as there were some old urine stains in the toilet.

Very worn out rooms. Almost every object in the room damaged, loose or else. Dirty bedsheets with holes in them. Mold in the bathroom. Almost 0 soundproofing. This is very far from 4 stars. 200eur/night for one room/two people is not a good price.

The staff were friendly but unwilling to accommodate a new room due to loud noise. Rooms are not soundproof, or dampening at all. The street noise is extremely loud and I was faced to a service street where garbage and laundry trucks ran from 2300-0300 both nights. It was so loud. Then when I finally got to sleep, cleaning crew started banging around the rooms super early. Also, the 3rd floor was extremely hot and I was told the air conditioner was broken and was again not allowed to change rooms. I expected more and was extremely disappointed.

La limpieza muy buena. El diseño de la habitación muy extraño de forma que la cama principial se encuentra casi integrada con el baño, mientras que hay un pasillo de mas tres metros cuadrados que no se utiliza para nada justo al abrir la habitación y que tiene una pared que separa de la habitación. La luz del baño es única para todo el espacio, para el lavabo que está fuera como para la ducha. Muy incómodo si alguien quiere quedarse en la cama mientras el otro se ducha, es imposible no despertarse con la luz y el ruido. El resto de la habitación muy oscura. Esta bien por la ubicacion y para una noche o dos, estuvimos 6 dias y nos resulto muy incómoda la distribución de la habitación. Tampoco hay tetera para calentar agua, solo cafetera. Nos apañamos pero se echa de menos una tetera para te en lugar de usar la cafetera para hacerse un te. El personal de recepción muy amable y la limpieza también. En el baño ya había un par de baldosas rotas, pero estaba limpio. Se notaba en general mas desgastado que otros Ilunion.

The staff was exceptional whenever we had a request and very friendly. My problem is the lack of sound proofing between the rooms. The floors are vinyl and you can hear ever footstep or anytime something is dropped on the floor above your room. While in the bathroom there is vent and it’s possible to hear every conversation or noise from that room. We had a family with multiple children in the room next door who didn’t go to bed until after midnight, so I’m grateful we had earplugs. Also I was shocked there was only an electric kettle in the room, but no coffee pot. There was an espresso machine in the lobby where you could purchase a cup for 1.50 but after spending 4.50 and never having a decent cup of coffee we gave up.

The air condition is cut off due to supposedly the cool weather, but early October its wasn’t cold. The air is shut off and you have to open the window All of the garbage trucks and trash cans are loud and with the windows open they pick up at 3,4am every morning. Ridiculous absolutely ridiculous no sleep at all 3 different companies pick up right after each one.😤

Hotel is in a wonderful area very close to a subway station and in a quiet safe feeling area. The staff were lovely and accommodating and there were great restaurants nearby within walking distance. Staff was able to keep our luggage as we arrived by train earlier than check in. The room was spacious for the 3 of us and very comfortable.

The hotel is a nice and clean hotel. The staff is friendly and the metro station is around the corner, which we really liked. What we did not like is that they turned off the airco. So it was very hot in our room and we could not sleep. Even when we fully opened the windows. When we went to the hotel frontdesk and told them our airco did not work, they told us they turned it off and will not turn it on, because it was not necessary. Also our kids were waking up itchy without any musquito bites.

I been there, this hotel was not a 4 star hotel, it’s more likely Motel. The cleaning was terrible of the room and there were holes in the room. I requested the front desk to give me a water in my room but he was so arrogant and he didn’t send a water bottle. I humbly request to new people don’t stay at this place and request to the management to improve the service and clean the rooms.

We stayed at Hotel ILUNION Suites Madrid with our 7-month-old baby, and the experience was very disappointing. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful — when I asked for a kettle to prepare baby formula, I was told it was “my problem.” The bathroom fan didn’t work, leaving the room smelling bad. Shampoo was not refilled, and basic items like napkins and flip flops were missing. For £650 for 3 nights, the service and facilities were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

I was trying to get a sandwich out of the breakfast restaurant and the attendant today told me that I wasn’t able to take food out which I found humiliating and stupid because it was a sandwich for later. But in the contrary to the breakfast people the cleaning Cuban lady that did our room was the best and greatest person super nice and sweet. Please keep her for ever to makes customer live easier.

Its very nice hotel, I arrive early and they accept early check in without any extra charge and I also late check out and they did not charge me and also helps me with my baggage, the wifi is very good and there is plenty of hot water and tub in bathroom, I enjoyed, very recommended

Only advice I would give the team is to make check in for large groups mandatory on-line we waited over 45 minutes to actually check in and were turned away for another 15 minutes whilst they finished the large group.

We arrived early and they were completely accomodating. We got an upgrade and the room was beautiful. Sparce but beautiful. Everything was nice and comfortable. We also needed the hotel doctor. She was awesome. Breakfast too was wonderful with so many choices. Well worth the €15.

Quanto limpo, arejado, espaçoso, tudo novo. Café da manhã excelente em qualidade e variedade, funcionários simpáticos e solícitos. Hotel fica a 1 min do metrô, fácil acesso à todos os pontos turísticos. Na calçada do hotel tem 1 mercadona e mercadinho Franprix. A única coisa que o hotel não tem mas está sinalizado porém seria um grande diferencial seria um microondas que facilita muito pra quem está com criança pequena. No mais, voltaria e indico.

Le personnel parle légèrement français le petit déjeuner est convenable la chambre était propre et confortable et le lit parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Le stade Bernabéu se trouve à 2 km et le métro est à 100 mètres de l’hôtel. Le métro est très facile d’accès.

The hotel was good and the staff wonderful. This is more than enough to come back. The only drawback being a bit distant from the city center but the metro stop is really close. Maybe was the period but what I liked less has been the offering of restaurants around.
