On brand, efficient, pleasant staff, responsive when issues arose. We didn't do breakfast here as we generally like to try licsl restaurants in cities. Only gripes: dofa bed not very comfy (even for a sofa bed) and pool wasn't open - understandable because it was April and even public pools weren't open but the weather was very gokd, do was hoping for some flexibility

I’m very disappointed with our stay at the hotel. When we checked in we found black hairs on the vanity sink. There was no complimentary water anywhere in the hotel. The towels smelled like cigarettes. When I mentioned this to the staff have been told that I should have book a different hotel if I’m not happy. The location however is great
