Funcionários do hotel atenciosos e educados. Mercados e centro comercial nas proximidades.

Nico location and from the outside it was a nice hotel. The people at the reception were nice and polite and the size of the room was fantastic. But the carpet was dirty and didn’t feel nice to walk on with bare feet. The curtains was closed when I got to the room and when I opened them, the floor was very dirty. The breakfast was served at a cafe 300 meters from the hotel. The cafe was nice but the breakfast was a croissant, a kop of coffee and a glass of juice. If you needed more you had to pay for it. Considering the price for the hotel and the extra cost for breakfast I expected much more.

Excelente hospedaje, la habitación impecable, el trato del personal muy amable. La estación del metro Alvarado está muy cerca.

Hotel bien situé, pour un accès vers l'aéroport et le centre historique. Personnel aidant et agréable. Les chambres ne sont pas neuves mais bien équipée et propres.

Limpieza impecable, recepción 24 horas con la disposición de ayudar siempre. Cerca de lugares iconicos de Madrid. Lo unico que no me gustó es que la zona de atras del hotel no es muy bonita... pero del hotel para adelante esta magnífico

Solo falta que las suites tengan un microondas en la cocina y modernizar un poco el mobiliario

Buena ubicación y gran tamaño de la habitación. El problema es que está muy antiguo todo.

The hotel is a short walk to several metro stations including the one that takes you to the airport so it's super convenient. The rooms are massive and clean although the walls and windows are thin so would advise earplugs for a good night sleep. The reception staff were also really nice and helpful. Overall a nice place to stay.

Wasserkocher fehlt. Rest ist vorhanden

Agradezco la atención en recepción, al instalarnos una tercera cama individual, preferible al sofá cama. Nos instalaron microondas, a petición nuestra. La ubicación es muy buena.

Nous y avons passé une nuit car nous partions de Madrid le lendemain. Super appartement pour 3 personnes, très calme. Un GRAND plus pour la réception. Très aimables avec un grand sourire. A conseiller

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Located in a safe, quiet urban neighborhood with few tourists, only a few blocks from Metro (subway) stations on several different lines. Lots of markets and places to eat nearby. Rooms on the front (east) side of the hotel face the street and are good if you want a view of the city's daily routine; rooms in the back are slightly quieter but neither are noisy. I had a room with a kitchenette, which was wonderful to sit over coffee in the morning and have lunch or supper options when I wasn't out to meet colleagues or friends for meals. Good WiFi but inquire because some rooms are too far from the router(s) for good reception. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Os quartos impecaveis a calefação do quarto por estar no inverno excelente. O Sr. Werven da recepção muito atencioso falava muito bem português. Facilitando muito. Os quartos tem uma cosinha que para uma refeição rafacilita muito. Se voltar a Madrid pretendo me hospedar nesse hotel. Localização muito boa próximo ao Estádio Bernardo Bernabeu do Real Madrid.

Hemos llegado al Espahotel Plaza Basílica en nuestros viajes a Madrid desde hace muchos años y siempre habíamos tenido una atención de primera, pero desafortunadamente en esta ocasión nos llevamos una gran decepción. Viajamos 3 parejas con 5 niños (menores de 11 años) y a pesar de que en sus políticas dice textual "los niños menores de 13 años se pueden alojar con sus padres y los mayores de esa edad pagan como adultos" nos hicieron rentar 4 habitaciones 3 estudio para 6 adultos y una presidencial para 5 adultos. No hubo manera de que la persona de la recepción entendiera que no podiamos dejar a los niños dormir solos y que dividirnos iba a ser un problema. Y así fue una pareja se tuvo que separar para dormir cada uno con un hijo y a otra pareja le tocó una habitación extra grande lo cual fue inequitativo. Pediamos rentar 3 habitaciones embajador pero nos dijo que ahí solo cabían 9 personas (niños o adultos) y de ahí no lo sacamos. Como se pueden imaginar esto fue bastante desagradable en unas vacaciones y habla mal del hotel pues si quieren cobrar por los niños cómo adultos están en su derecho solo no engañen por favor.

Nice stay in Madrid close to Bernabeu stadium. Very good service and spacious hotel room with separate bedroom and kitchenette. Fold out couch in the living room. The furniture need a paintjob here and there and curtains could be changed but overall we had a great stay. Many restaurants in the area and close to the subway. We will be back next time we come to Madrid. The hotel staff were very nice as well and ordered us a cab to the airport for a great price.

The staff were very helpful. It was nice having a kitchen in my room. Nice central location between several metro lines.

El hotel perfecto en todos los aspectos. Destacó la zona y ubicación del hotel. Alejado del centro histórico pero súper comunicado con transporte publico

It would be great if a proper free breakfast was provided within the property but instead you have to walk up the street to a cafe they have an arrangement with and it's really just a pastry and a cup of tea/coffee/ juice or something like that.

Det skulle ingå stor frukost men fick bara en kaffe och ett bakverk på café utanför hotellet dit vi fick gå med frukostbiljett. Alltså knappt någon frukost alls så vi fick köpa den på annat ställe istället.
