Las instalaciones de las habitaciones y el Lobby están muy bien y muy limpio todo. Donde se sirve el desayuno hace tanto calor que me entro angustia, desde luego no recomiendo coger la opción del desayuno. Tuve que reclamar que me enviasen las facturas y tuvimos un incidente con una de las personas de la empresa que se tuvo que ir antes, desde la plataforma de Hotels nos decían que podíamos cancelar sin cargo esa noche que lo dijésemos al hotel. Desde el hotel nos decían que no era posible, si no reciben por escrito desde la plataforma Hotels, al final no conseguimos que se cancelará la noche y lo que hicimos es que se quedará otro compañero de la empresa esa noche. Le intentaron cargar el consumo del minibar que ya estaba pagado por el primer ocupante, no creo que fuera mala fe, sino simplemente desorganización.

Reception staff were helpful and friendly. If you stay at this hotel, be aware that one portion of the hotel, there are 15 marble steps that you have to haul your luggage up to get to the elevator on Floor zero. We were not aware of this and no offer of a bell hop. The other part of the hotel has elevators at reception level, so hope you can get a room on that side! Also no elevator down to the breakfast buffet so we saw people carrying strollers down and up. The room was lovely and clean. The hotel was very close to the Metro, a lovely plaza with many restaurants and shopping. The buffet had a wide variety of breakfast and lunch food. Coffee machine coffee was ok, not great. Lobby is nicely decorated, great bathroom and comfortable seating. We felt it was worth the price.

me encontré las sabanas y colchas llenas de pelos de otra persona. Había traído un rulo de pelusas para mi abrigo, porque iba a una convención de trabajo y al ver un pelo, empecé a deshacer la cama, y estuve llenando 10 papelitos de del rulo con pelos . Baje a recepción y amablemente me ofrecieron cambiar de habitación con mi rulo en mano y una persona que me acompañaba, me encontré con la misma situación. Entiendo este establecimiento tiene un problema serio con la lavandería. Presenté una queja, para que se lo notificaran al director. Al día siguiente un empleado distinto, me comentó, que si, lo habían comentado y la respuesta había sido que ERRORES TIENE CUALQUIERA. le pregunté si consideraban un "error" tener la cama llena de pelos en DOS habitaciones( que yo viera) en un hotel de 4 estrellas y la respuesta fue SI. Que ellos tenían precisamente por limpieza una excelente reputación. Añadir a esto, que tampoco los suelos de la habitación estaban limpios, sin embargo SI el baño, menos mal. Estoy muy indignada con esta situación y mucho mas con la solución y con la soberbia que se me respondió además. No soy una persona que le guste quejarse porque SI, pero dese luego yo no volveré a este hotel.

Una ubicación excelente. Es cómodo. Falta profundizar en la higiene, encontré mucho polvo. El desayuno más o menos y el café el más feo que probé en mi vida,es de máquina pero todas las opciones de café de la máquina el sabor es terrible , el huevo es frío y todos los días es igual . Pero se duerme bien no hay ruido al rededor solo que el sonido de la puerta es muy fuerte y no hay forma de no sentir la de los vecinos. Muy buena atención nos daban respuesta cada vez la necesitamos .

Very clean and well presented hotel rooms slightly back from the main roads so relatively quiet at night. Convenient location within walking distance of many of the attractions of Madrid with plenty of really nice restaurants in the Plaza Santa Barbara round the corner.

I would not recommend staying here. The staff member who checked me in was dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked about parking, he repeatedly spoke over me and gave unclear answers instead of simply addressing my question. I also asked if the key card needed to stay in the slot for the power/AC to work. He insisted it did not, but when I got to the room, it clearly did. When I requested an extra key, he told me I could get it later instead of providing it right away, which felt unnecessarily difficult. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, which was disappointing. Most concerning, I left a watch in the room and called immediately after checking out. I was told it could not be found, but I am certain I left it there. This left me with a very negative impression. Overall, my experience was frustrating and I would suggest choosing another hotel.

Very centrally located next to everything you might want in madrid Overall everything was ok,although the hotel feels a bit dated,but everything was functional The only small issue was that during the weekend there was quite a lot of noise from the street below from all kinds of drunk people and the windows werent sufficiently soundproof

The stay was a disappointment somewhat. Upon entering, we were met with indifference from the staff. Warm greetings and smile would have been a pleasant start. The room was dated, not modern. On the wall was heavy bulky “pant presser” that fell on floor. There was no coffee or tea pot, no fridge in the room. What a disappointment, as I like to have a cup of coffee or tea in bed. Only stocked mini bar. I requested to remove all alcohol (due to religious and personal reasons) they refused. They do have bar downstairs, it was really not necessary. Small old TV. Bathroom was okay, double sinks, stand in shower. After one person had shower, hot water ran out. Personal hygiene items were available. Location was good for those who like to walk, a lot of shopping, sightseeing within walking distance. Next time we will try other place to stay.

Great location. The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. The AC wasn’t very strong so it was warm, the AC was also loud. There wasn’t hand soap in the bathroom and the body soap came out of the dispenser in tiny amounts so you needed to keep pumping it, which isn’t really Four Star experience. I asked for a wake up call and a taxi because I had a very early flight. The taxi was arranged but I didn’t get a wake up call.

Overall good stay. All the things are better except there is no electric kettle and tea/ coffee facility in the room which was abit annoying for me as this is a basic provision for any hotel. I liked that Hotel provided umbrella every time I needed to go outdoor as the weather was rainy and stormy.

Both Rooms were clean. Despite being compact for American standards. it was well planned and utilitarian. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is convenient and good with a small restaurant with goodbreakfast on premises and a well-known restaurant diagonally across. There's a small Convenience store open very late (around midnight).

Super convenient location, super close to the metro station and was able to walk to restaurants, shopping centers, and the Gran Via. Hotel room was nice and clean as well with super friendly and accommodating staff, was able to help out with any problems or questions we had no problem. Highly recommend.

El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca del metro y a un kilómetro de la gran vía. Es cómodo y el desayuno bastante bien. Lo malo del hotel es un par de señores en la recepción que el trato no es muy cordial, no te hacen sentir cómodo. Las chicas si bastante bien. Sentí como que el trato hacia los españoles es mejor que al resto de los huéspedes por parte de estos señores. Les tenía que decir buenos días a la mañana porque ni te registran. Tienen bien todo lo difícil de conseguir para ser un buen hotel (ubicación, calidad de habitación) y tienen mal lo más fácil de conseguir que es el buen trato hacia el turista. No sé si es que es un hotel más bien para personas que van por negocios y son españoles porque a esos si vi que los tratan de forma más cordial. En fin, no sé si repetiría si voy a Madrid.

You can tell the quality of staff when they are faced with an unexpected challenge. During the blackout on April 28th, the staff went above and beyond to ensure their guests were safe and cared for. Staff kept guests informed of the situation, placed lighting in stairs and lobby, kept the restaurant open to feed guests, and escorted guests to their rooms when needed. We selected this hotel due to it’s proximity to the Rock and Roll Marathon start and finish lines and were not disappointed. Staff is highly professional and caring. Madrid is very walkable, but if you need the metro, a station is less than a 5 minute walk. Restaurant is excellent. Room was large enough for our one week stay. Cleaned daily by the very attentive maid service. Their actions during the blackout ensured a safe and quality stay.

Bien ubicado, cómodo, la atención deja que desear por los señores de recepción, parece que te hacen un favor. Las chicas de recepción si son más cordiales. Venía de un mes en Japón y el contraste con la recepción de este señor fue el día y la noche. “Llegaste muy temprano para hacer el check in” me dijo, señor llegó cuando llega el vuelo 😂. Tal vez fue mi percepción, pero con huéspedes españoles me pareció que los trataba mejor. Si quieren ser un hotel 4 estrellas le falta mucho en atención al cliente, deberían trabajar ese aspecto, porque hace que la experiencia no sea la mejor el tener que hablar en recepción como si tuvieras que ir a pedir un favor. No es un hotel barato.
