Parking was inconvenient. Escalators were small and untimely. Room was small.

Quarto amplo e bom banheiro com chuveiro delicioso. Razoável café da manhã. Elevador muito antigo e demorado. Com exceção do momento do checkin, os funcionários não foram nada simpáticos. Localização ótima.

it was very difficult to find the parking lot not knowing that the parking was not part of the hotel. Staff was very helpful.

Seria honesto, dijeran que el hotel no tiene parking, pero si un acuerdo con uno cercano. En la web se vende hotel con parking.

Hotel antigo mas relativamente bom, região excelente, absurdo cobrarem 6 euros pelo uso de um ginásio mequetrefe.

Intenté usar hasta 3 veces el gimnasio y me dieron 3 excusas distintas, primero que abría recién a las 9.30am (cuando en todos lados abren desde las 6am), luego que estaba cerrado porque estaba sobre habitaciones de huéspedes y no querían ruido y luego que tenía un costo extra Además el lugar de por sí es súper ruidoso

Hotel bem localizado, atendimento rapido, cama e banheiro ok, como descrito. Estacionamento fora do hotel , mas muito próximo, e com uma estrutura muito boa .

A localização do Regente é privilegiada. O estacionamento é distante mas tem convênio com o hotel.

Excelente localização, pertinho da Plaza Callao, Primak, El Corte Inglês e toda a sorte de lojas, restaurantes e supermercados. Em 5 minutos caminhando se chega à Plaza del Sol. Apesar de estar na esquina da Gran Via, a entrada do hotel fica a alguns passos de distância. A rua é estreita, difícil de estacionar, apesar de ter uma vaga do hotel, na qual se pode permanecer por apenas alguns minutos. Para chegar à recepção você precisa usar o elevador ou subir alguns degraus de escada, já que esta área não está no mesmo nível da rua. O pessoal da recepção é muito gentil, sempre pronto a ajudar. Principalmente, destaco o profissional Yunes. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e completo. Quarto bom, com chaleira elétrica, café e chá e frigobar. O Hotel guardou as nossas malas durante o período em que viajamos por outras cidades espanholas. E na volta, nos deram um up grade de quarto, que tinha uma antesala com sofá, TV, frigobar, chaleira elétrica, micro-ondas etc., quarto separado com TV também e um banheiro bem amplo. Como a grande maioria dos hotéis europeus, não tem estacionamento próprio e o conveniado está há uns 5 minutos de caminhada (300m), de carro a volta é bem maior. Também como quase todos os estacionamentos espanhóis é caro. E lembre que a diária do estacionamento segue o mesmo horário de check in e check out do hotel. O hotel também conta com restaurante, ao lado tem uma casa com jantar e show de flamenco e em frente tem uma cafeteria que também serve

Hotel bem localizado. Perto de tudo. Na lateral da Gran Via. Ótimas acomodações. Bem limpo. A minha ressalva é que o caminho do elevador para os quartos tinha uns lances de escada. Fica difícil carregar malas.

The hotel has a 5 start location, but needs to improve when it comes to cleanliness, mold in the shower, hair on the beds and floor. Not a bad stay

The staff is not friendly at all. Considering the amount of money that it costs to stay there - the rooms were dirty. Toe nails under the bed, towels with make up, used shower caps and hair in the tubs. I reported it to the staff and they didn’t really seem to care.

The hotel itself is very clean. The receptionists were helpful and very polite.

Fatal éramos tres personas y solo había dos toallas de baño al ducharte llegaba el agua hasta el inodoro porque no era plato de ducha era al ras del suelo y sobre todo que a las 7 de la mañana los arrastres del comedor que da a la habitación orrible no se puede descansar...

Centrale ligging gelijk aan Gran Vía, metro dichtbij Sol op loopafstand, zo ook hop on hop off. We hadden een kamer zonder uitzicht, wel een raam, je keek uit op een nooduitgang. Badkamer was schoon maar lekte als een gek, wc erg krap. De ligging was perfect. Mensen kunnen het hotel in en uit lopen zonder enige controle want de mensen van de receptie kijken niet wie binnenkomt.

Room was dirty, foul smell right after being cleaned. Maintenance did the bed, and reused the sheets. In general, it wasn’t what I was expecting at all. Good location (Gran Via) but that shouldn’t be all.

Ótimo hotel, muito bem localizado, com boas opções de lojas, restaurantes e acesso ao metrô. Possui quartos limpos e bem organizados. Recomendo!

nice hotel with easy access to the main actractions in Madrid 20 meters away from Gran Via, they led me check in at 9.30 am when the check in is at 12 pm. The room was clean and neat with a strong wi fi. I come back here in my next trip to Madrid.

Tiene muy buena ubicación, el la habitación y el baño son amplios. Lo único es el servicio de wifi que constantemente se desconectaba.

Very good location next to Gran Via. Metro station nearby, lots of shops, plazas & even grocery stores. Spacious room with 2 TV. The check in process was a bit slow but we also booked 2 hours before arriving at the hotel.

Thin walls between rooms, noisy neighbours.

Great location, very centric and great breakfast buffet. Only downside our room faced Gran Via very noisy and air conditioned was off required to open windows and it was very noisy.

We took a bit of a punt on this hotel, but it was spot on. From the great room (big, clean, modern etc) to the lovely staff (in reception, breakfast etc) and it's central location. Note - it can be a bit noisy through the night, but we would 100% use again & recommend - thanks Hotel Regente!

“The room felt more like staying in a hostel—tiny, very basic, and not what I expected. The air conditioner wasn’t working, and I had to keep the window open all night just to get some cool air. Despite reporting the issue, no maintenance came to check it. Overall, not a comfortable stay.”

They lost one persons reservation and did not have a room available.

We loved everything especially the kind service! The man that took our bags and held them for us was absolutely lovely!

Great location, Staff exceptionally friendly.

My husband and I were given a room with two separate single beds, despite clearly requesting a double bed in our reservation. When we approached the reception, we were treated very poorly and received no assistance at all.

Good hotel in a great location howeverimpossible to fall asleep before 1am and there is constant noise which makes it extremely hard to peacefully sleep.I want to start off by reviewing Anca the receptionist. they should really consider her position there.There was this one day in which they did not do our room as we had dnd sign, when we got to the room at 9pm we called in for new towels and some toilet paper as we had ran out.Anca was the one who brought for us, as I opened the room door with a nasty attitude Anca said at this time don’t call for anything again. I was like excuse me? Im the client and I believe I have the right to call whenever I need something as I always do in other hotels i stay in and theres no issue. Secondly, the day we’re leaving we ask for a taxi for around 12:40, we were having lunch & arrived at 1:05 and the taxu had left which is totally fine! So Anca gives my husband attitude saying we were late she called taxiagain. And said he would be there in 2-3 minutes. About 10 minutes passed and nothing so we say we are just going to go catch a taxi and she says no lets go to gran via and wait for him hes almost here. 10 more minutes passed and nothing. she calls the taxi and keeps procrastinating saying hes almost there we were going to lose our flight.my husband just stopped another taxi drivingby and she says no you can’t. Excuse me? Im not going to lose my flight because you have business with your taxist.she offended us saying next time beresponible

Average hotel, reception staff do not come out of the way to make you feel welcome. No toiletries offered, good bedding, great shower, good breakfast only if it's included in your rate. If not, lots of very good choices at chocolatiers close by with plenty of options and way cheaper than the 12 euros pp. Great location!

The property was in a very central location and walking distance to city attractions. The staff seemed overwhelmed with customers and not as friendly as other properties we had stayed.

It’s always hard to pick a hotel, but I’m so glad I picked Hotel Regente! The location is amazing, very central to everything and right off of Gran Via. The rooms were clean, spacious, the AC worked beautifully which is so nice after a long day of walking, our room had an amazing balcony (I think the best one on Gran Via!). Loved the availability of coffee and tea in room as well as mini fridge. Staff was very nice, helpful, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again!

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Regente. there was a place to pull off outside the front of the hotel to leave the car during check-in and unloading which was very helpful. The staff was kind and very patient. We could not have asked for a better location: it was right on a main shopping street, offering plenty of shopping and restaurant options, and the Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop was almost directly across the street. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, though the breakfast room was a little cramped for the number of guests at the times we were there. Overall a very nice stay.

Centrico, comodo, cerca de la gran via y de tiendas

Great location on Gran Via, very close to great shops and restaurants. Wish I could have stayed longer!

I chose this hotel because of the location, and I'm glad I did. It's right in the middle of the two must visit areas in Madrid; Parque el retiro area on one side and Palacio Real area on the other. Located right on Grand Via with great shopping sites and Metro stations nearby. The hotel has an upscale feel, the room is spacious and the staff was friendly and professional at all times, they even lent me an umbrella when I needed. For location, convenience, great atmosphere and a fair price, I definitely recommend this hotel.

대로변에 있어서 너무 시끄러움.. 스페인 특성상 늦은시간까지 음주가무를 즐기는 분이 많아서 창을 열 수 없음. 가성비, 위치는 너무 좋음

Muy bien ubicado, media cuadra de la gran vía con todas las tiendas y caminando se llega perfecto a los puntos centrales turísticos, si venis del aeropuerto tomando tres metros en combinación te deja a dos cuadras, el hotel bien limpio, cama cómoda, el desayuno abundante y rico, en la habitación había una tetera y te dejan te y café.

A localização é sem defeito. Se quiser ficar perto de tudo em Madrid, lá é o lugar. Mas justamente por isso também é muito barulhento e as noites são interrompidas com gritos, barulhos e sirenes.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse. Muy céntrico, limpia y el desayuno muy variado. La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda.

La habitación estaba bien, pero demasido chica para el precio, el desayuno muy bueno, y sobre todo la ubicación, cerca de todo lo céntrico de madrid y del metro

La ubicacion es perfecta a metros de la gran via, a 10 minutos de Plaza Mayor, gran experiencia para primer viaje a Madrid. Quizás lo unico a mejorar es el desayuno. El espacio para la cantidad de gente es pequeño y estuve 4 dias y no habia variedad. Otro punto es que si uno debe esperar no hay un lobby con sillones (hay pero con 4 asientos)

La habitación estaba impecable y las camas son muy cómodas. El desayuno es variado y de buen sabor. El personal es muy amable.
