El Hostal es mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. La ubicación perfecta, al lado de Gran Vía y el metro. La limpieza espectacular (hacen las habitaciones todos los días), parece un hotel. Nuestra habitación (315) se encontraba al fondo del pasillo y era muy silenciosa. No se escuchaba nada, ni de pasillo ni de otras habitaciones. El personal de Recepción muy amable. Recepción en el mismo edificio de las habitaciones y abierta 24h. Tienen servicio de consigna gratuito, lo cual es de agradecer cuando viajas tarde y has dejado ya tu habitación. Lo recomendaré y repetiré con total seguridad.

Most everything excellent only bad was the elevator kept going in and out of service and you’re not able to change the temperature of the air conditioner, but I would definitely stay here again

メトロのグランヴィア駅近くで、観光に便利だと思います。チェックインの際は朝食の案内などわかりやすく説明してくれました。翌朝4時にチェックアウトしたのですが、有人での対応でした。室内の古さはありますが、不自由はなかったです。

The room is kinda small, but okay for 3. Not enough space when we spread out our luggage. Our room was an accessible room, the bathroom is very big, but there's always too much water spread all over the bathroom after we take a shower. The 3 of us only have 1 room key, it's actually a key (not a card), which is rare for us. Just 1 mirror in the bathroom, not convenient for girls who need to do makeup. The elevator is small and slow, but at least it can function well; it has to stop at the reception floor even though we didn't press the floor every time, which we didn't like.

This hostel is good with 24 hours front desk and check-in service, which not all hostels offer this. And the luggage storage service is a bonus. Bed is comfortable, room and individual bathroom is clean. Although the room rate is not cheap, as Madrid room rates are getting higher, this still a choice if we cannot get a proper hotel room. In fact, it is better than some of the HOTEL I used to stay in Madrid. There has no kettle, fridge in the room. No kettle from reception too. If someone need hot water only can get some from the coffee machine at reception level. Room is quiet. Prime location with 1 minute walk to supermarket. I am happy to recommend Hostel San Lorenzo to other travelers.

The people at the reception were not so welcoming, the hostal is expensive for what they offer, but the location is key to move around Madrid, the elevator holds 3 people only and takes forever, so if you are in the 4th floor be patient

l'hôtel est bien situé et c'est son seul atout. Ressemble davantage à une pension comme en en trouvait en Espagne avec du mobilier vieillot...au prix d'un 3 étoiles ! Propreté minimale : un moustique de l'été dernier encore écrasé sur le mur faisait tâche. Sanitaire défaillant également. Il faut dire que j'avais une chambre pour une personne, rien à voir avec les photos

Un hostal que parece más bien un hotel pequeño, muy bonitas instalaciones, a una cuadra de la gran vía, con fácil acceso a todo los medios de transporte, lo único que puedo opinar en contra es la limpieza no está muy bien hecha, debajo de las camas hay mucha basura, y las camas algunas creo que necesitan un cambio, pero es algo mínimo por lo demás todo muy bien.

Really well located, specially for lgbt We got a smaller room than the one we booked and we had to ask to move to the right one and they moved us on the third day. Also, they set the ac on 22 and told us they could not put lower than that so it was not comfortable enough to sleep Also the bed was really hard

Overall satisfied , they bed was small for 2 people , most places advertise a double bed as two twins or a queen this was an actual double bed , not at all comfortable for a man who is 6ft 5 !

I enjoyed my stay! Quite tiny room, but it’s comfortable. The little thing I had concerned with was the shower. The bathroom floor floods easily from the shower due to not having a built up edge to stop the water from flowing straight from the shower. You just have to make sure not to keep the water from running while in the shower, but other than that, it’s pretty decent and very convenient!

Nossa estadia foi o que esperavamos. Bem localizado o que facilitou bastante nossos deslocamento. O ponto negativo foi o atendimento uma vez que, talvez pela barreira,da lingua, nao foram muito pacientes.

Perfectly fine hotel for a short break. Small rooms but clean, safe is available. Bathroom well appointed for price. Location is good, Gran via is is a minutes walk away, and other attractions are walkable should you so desire. The downside is that the local area is lively at all times including early in the morning.

Muy linda la habitación, quedé sorprendida porque de afuera no es normal, yo no desayuné ahí pero lo vi y no me parecio bueno como para pagarlo, hay mejores opciones afuera, el resto todo bien, muy limpio con lindo olor y las camas cómodas,

Hôtel très bien placé en plein coeur de Madrid. Chambre solo donnant sur cour donc calme la nuit mais sombre la journée. Petite chambre confortable disposant d'une baignoire avec accessoires de toilette. Lit un peu court pour les voyageurs d'1m.80 et plus. Ménage quotidien. Propreté irréprochable. Petit-déjeuner en self-service copieux et complet. Personnel à l'accueil très aimable. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Por la noche es un poco ruidoso ya que el hostal se encuentra en la Gran Vía y el desayuno era muy poco por lo que cobraban pero en general todo muy bien.

Great staff , although my beef is I paired for a double room but when I checked in reception though as a single person I would be more comfortable in a smaller room rather than what I paid for. It took me 3 nights to get bothered enough to ask why my room wasn’t the 20sm I paid - they fixed it immediately (and told me why) - no offer of a free breakfast - just oops That said, the location is perfect for me, the rooms nice (when you get the right one) the staff friendly and happy to chat/help.

There were a couple of hiccups, but the lovely lady at the front desk sorted and helped. The other staff were great too. The rooms were a descent size (not sure how they measure but didn’t quite match other experiences). But really comfortable beds and good showers. Security means the lift stops at lv1 in all directions- so everyone passes by reception- can hold things up but understandably
