Nice hotel, not so easy to find though and the parking is the Q-Park which is literally next to the hotel.

Alles perfect behalve als je met eigen auto bent, want ze hebben geen eigen garage. Het is Q-park en daar betaal je makkelijk €25,- euro voor 12 uur

The hotel was fine, room was spacious. The bathroom was not entirely clean though. Also, the staff was not welcoming at all. That is a major point for improvement. Private parking under hotel available but extremely expensive. Hotel should offer some discount on that. Overall fine, but would not come back.

No parking, but there was an underground garage literally underneath the hotel at 22 Euro / night. The front desk had a list of parking garages in the area, if you were willing to walk a bit, there were garages under 10 Euro / night. Parking on the streets is free overnight (I think from 2000-0800), but it's 5 Euro per 2 hours during the day and you can only get 2 hours at a time...so the smart move is to park in one of the garages the hotel recommends. Other than that, the hotel was nice and clean, and the location was fantastic. It was a short walk to a couple great restaurants (we don't recommend Het Anker, we do recommend O'Fiach's), there's many to choose from. The main square is a short walk, with a huge church. Beautiful city and area.

I highly recommend this hotel!! We stayed in for 13 nights and everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was varied but expensive. We had a problem at one of the rooms we booked and the reception took care of it quickly and smoothly. Parking is also really expensive. A bit of a walk to Mechelen station but the hotel is surrounded by many shopping stores and restaurants. Highly recommended and would stay again in the future!

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt, zum Großen Markt sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Im Umfeld gibt es einen Supermarkt und viele Lokale. Das Restaurant im Hotel war wegen einer größeren Reisegruppe geschlossen. Unser Familienzimmer war für 4 Personen recht eng, neben einem Doppelbett standen 2 Klappbetten, die u.E. nur für Kinder akzeptabel sind. Das Zimmer verfügte über ein separates WC, allerdings ohne Waschbecken, sodass man anschließend zum Händewaschen in das eigentliche Bad gehen musste. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig bestückt. Das Haus verfügt nicht über eigene Parkplätze, aber direkt neben dem Hotel ist die Einfahrt zu einer öffentlichen Parkgarage (26 Euro/Nacht, kein Rabatt vom Hotel).

Great hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds. The room was a clean. The AC worked ok, no complaints but the room did get a little warm for my taste. Overall great hotel.

Op een boogscheut van het centrum. Parking onderaan het hotel aanwezig. Badkamer aan de kleine kant en niet zo proper.

Nice clean comfortable room, friendly professional staff

The room was dusty and looked unkempt. I couldn't boil water with the kettle because the inside of it was very dirty. The air conditioner was blowing hot even when the weather was reading about 27 degrees Celsius! Yet, when I raised it, there was no solution that could be found. Sleeping at night was extremely difficult because of the heat.

Centrally located, courteous staff, because I'm an ACCOR member had an early check in well midday if you want to call that early but it's better than 3pm, the room is very nice only the shower itself is small but overall no issues

Service and stay was excellent. Location is perfect, near fish market, shopping area and historic square. Staff is friendly and attentive. Refrigerator is helpful and you have both a kettle and Nespresso machine in the room. Better picture of the rooms on the website would be helpful. I upgraded to an “executive suite” because I saw a bathtub shower and find stepping over and into a bathtub cumbersome post knee injury. The shower in the executive suite still requires about an 18 centimeter step up. Small shower, be careful not to jam a finger in the shower door an it opens or closes. Anything that wasn’t perfect was due to poor design on the part of the architects who designed the rooms. It seemed that the HVac was not great but then I realized that the air conditioning worked well. The swinging doors on the shower room if left open provide extra light in the room and make late night trips to the sink easier and quieter. But the door will block the vent and the cool air behind the door surrounds the thermostat but doesn’t get to the guests so the air conditioner will shut down. Keep the bathroom door closed and the room will cool off nicely. The retractable vanity mirror was mounted so high that if you are 5 ft 5 or less you will be looking directly up at it. There are outlets on both sides of the bed which is great but not by the bathroom mirrors. The built in night stands were tiny so you can’t put much there in addition to your phone. Excellent overall

Toen we ons wilden opfrissen voor we ‘‘s avonds gingen eten, merkten we dat er geen handdoeken genoeg waren en er was ook maar 1 badjas voorzien. We gingen dit melden, maar de reactie van het personeel was niet echt vriendelijk en we hebben die avond ook geen handdoeken meer gekregen. Niet dat dit nu dramatisch was, er zijn ergere dingen in het leven , maar het was wel vervelend. Voor de rest was alles in orde.

Good location for the centre of town. Rather tired rooms that need to be updated. Overall average. Service was friendly.

Heel mooie grote kamer met apart toilet, badkamer met aparte douche en bad. Prijs kwaliteit heel tevreden, en je zit midden in het centrum van Mechelen

The bed and pull out bed was extremely comfortable. Great linens/duvets as well. AC was useful on the day we were there. Having access to the luggage room when we had to leave our luggage a little longer was a wonderful convenience for us. Excellent service!

The room was large but very dark and it needs updating. The shower had a dangerous step with no rail. It was difficult to exit without slipping. Also the shower was very small. We had to ask twice for the room to be serviced and the pillows were smelly!

Beautiful area, most everything within easy walking distance. Train station a bit far. Check the map decide for yourself.

Centrally located, but still quiet. Excellent for city breaks as most customers seen to be business travellers - no crowds at breakfast.

Mooie, ruime kamer en lekker ontbijt. Enkel de bar is minder uitnodigend, hoewel de barkeeper super vriendelijk was.
