Plenty of parking, room was clean, bed was comfy. Set near some wonderful views and in a very quiet area. Evening meal was lovely with plenty of choice, same for the breakfast. Staff were very polite & welcoming. I travel a lot for work and if every place I stayed was as good as this then I would never want to go home.

The main reception entrance door is a modern dark metal style slab with an insignificant sign beside it . However, our reception was friendly and efficient and she showed us to our room. The room was clean and well decorated with excellent facilities including a Nespresso type machine for tea and coffee. The shower was over bath and all very clean and smartly decorated. A very comfortable bed meant we had a good night's sleep. The restaurant was nice with excellent menu choices and chatty efficient staff. Parking was free and good spaces. We had an all round excellent stay.

I stayed at the Wainstone Hotel for a 1 night business trip. Everything went smoothly, from checking, which was very well organised and welcoming. I was shown to my room, all the rooms have names not numbers and are named after the pet dogs that they have owned. The room was spotless, modern and comfortable. I had an evening meal at their restaurant which was first class. In the morning I had my breakfast next door at the cafe, I'm not sure if this is affiliated but again the food was first class. There is a small cycle maintenance box with cycle holder, tools and a pump if required. All in all a very pleasant stay with a great nights sleep.
