Booked a room here whilst visiting MK for a concert. Very convenient location (just off M1 junction 14) in a quiet area. Nice clean room with very comfy double bed, reception staff very welcoming and informative.

Bathroom was dated- had rust around the plug and bottom of the bath but was clean. Shower was awful in that there was no pressure. Everything else was brilliant, considering the cost. Comfy beds, clean, pub was lovely. Quiet considering above a pub. Good parking- good is Greene king so cheap and cheerful. Checking was quick- guy was helpful and lovely. Wi-fi didn’t stretch to the family room in second floor furthest from pub which disappointed the kids.

The room was quiet and comfortable. A few areas of the hotel, including the room, could use some touch up and newness. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. We chose to eat at the restaurant, as it was convenient, but the set up surprised us and we found it not to our liking. Very very little interaction with the staff, as it is completely app based ordering. Our drinks (in bottles) were dropped off and the person was gone, before we could ask for a glass. So that had to be collected from the bar. When the food was brought to the table, we were directed to get our own utensils, etc. from the condiment station along the wall. Not a single staff person came by after that to ask how our meal was. If possible, I would give the restaurant a lesser rating separately, as the hotel was fine.

Stayed for 2 nights and found this a reasonable accommodation option. It is attached to a hotel but we were not disturbed by noise from the hotel and had quiet nights. Room was clean and reasonable size on ground floor with comfortable beds. Bathroom/shower OK. Breakfast was provided but only average quality.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly, easy check-in system. Heater was put on for when we arrived in room as it was a cold winters day which was very thoughtful. Requested extra towels as there were not enough for all guests and staff arranged this immediately. Information given about adjourning pub/restaurant which was also good value and very convenient. There was an issue with the fire alarm due to people opening the fire exit door around midnight but was soon resolved. Would deff book again. Thanks. 😁

Room wasn’t cleaned so had to wait for it to be cleaned. We got a free breakfast for the inconvenience. One of the beds was broken and a metal hook was sticking out. Hotel needs updating looks very tired. Staff were great very helpful.

Good hotel for overnight on business however internet was very poor in my room and not much better in the reception or pub. Was difficult to work due to that. Mattress was abit hard and lumpy but ok for one night. Water in shower was hot and plentiful

Wi-fi didn’t stretch to the family room in second floor furthest from pub which disappointed the kids.

I liked the staff very much,s tarting with Mark who checked us in. He was very enjoyable and friendly. The restaurant staff was good and friendly, especially Sam sho greeted us every morning with a "Hello my lovelies!" As we were there for 6 days, she got to know us and converseing wiht her was a great way to start the day! She got to remember what we drank in the morning and would bring it right away. Without a doubt the best part about our stay was Sam! My son and I both enjoyed the food and seemed reasonable for the price. The location is a ways away from downtown so cabs were a bit expensive but Skyline taxis were excellent and seemed to be reasonably priced. We just had to take a lot of them. My biggest beef was the fact that the tv signal crapped out at night, so being able to relax and watch something was non existent most nights.I understand they\'re on satellite and with the lousy weather, the signal would crap out. Not sure if they can do anything about that based on their location.

The room was quiet and comfortable. A few areas of the hotel, including the room, could use some touch up and newness. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. We chose to eat at the restaurant, as it was convenient, but the set up surprised us and we found it not to our liking. Very very little interaction with the staff, as it is completely app based ordering. Our drinks (in bottles) were dropped off and the person was gone, before we could ask for a glass. So that had to be collected from the bar. When the food was brought to the table, we were directed to get our own utensils, etc. from the condiment station along the wall. Not a single staff person came by after that to ask how our meal was. If possible, I would give the restaurant a lesser rating separately, as the hotel was fine.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly, easy check-in system. Heater was put on for when we arrived in room as it was a cold winters day which was very thoughtful. Requested extra towels as there were not enough for all guests and staff arranged this immediately. Information given about adjourning pub/restaurant which was also good value and very convenient. There was an issue with the fire alarm due to people opening the fire exit door around midnight but was soon resolved. Would deff book again. Thanks. 😁
