The window is sealed which canot be opened, and there is no vent in restroom, so no fresh air in the room, smell a lot!

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t as expected. First night bathroom flooded, no one to fix it until next day. Same thing with the shower. Towels super old, the staff wasn’t able to find my reservation, I had to contact the app directly to find it on my own. Breakfast limited and not that good. Honestly, bad experience.

WARNING! There is a THIEF AT THIS PROPERTY! I was the victim of a theft. Between February 27th and 28th, 2026, someone entered my hotel room and took money from my backpack, , as well as from my mother’s purse,I cannot determine whether it was housekeeping staff or a front desk employee. When I checked in, I had already raised a complaint because the room I was initially given was apparently clean but there was even a half-used bottle of water inside. I returned to the front desk and requested a different room. Although I had arrived slightly early and understood that I might need to wait, I was told there were no rooms available. However, I have reason to believe that may not have been the case. Given the situation, I am concerned that my earlier complaint may be connected to the theft, and I suspect that someone from the staff—possibly at the front desk—could have been involved in the disappearance of my money and my mother’s money. Rephrase this for me: It is very unfortunate that you can not trust such a hotel because most people would think is trustworthy I am not expecting to get my money back at all since I know how corrupt Mexican authorities can be but at least I want to make people AWARE of this situation.

I reserved 2 saturdays and need to leave my car in hotels using their paid custody service. When I arrived to hotel they explain that the parking will be full and cannot use the service even when the parking was with empty spaces. employee didn't help to solve my problem.
