Something bad always happens to us; the air conditioning doesn't cool, the furniture is old, the elevators don't work properly, the toilet tank is broken, the televisions are small, they refuse to give you ice in the kitchen, only the reception staff are very good

everything was fine, but I forgot my iPhone charger plugged in in the room, and it wasn.t returned to me, I called the same day I left the room to let them now , and they told me that the cleaning staff hadn't reported anything, I called the next day, and it was the same
