Rose Hotel

I do not recommend this hotel at all. The pictures and reviews are not true. The room they gave us was in the floor of contradiction, the pillow cases, bathroom and walls were filthy dirty. Tv did not work, black fingerprints all over the door and walls. Hotel needs better renovations. I complain and they gave us another room, Tv was not working again and the parking lot was so small that not all cars fit. For $100 a night, reviews and picture being posted, did not do justice of how uncomfortable and small that hotel is. We did get a refund after an hour of trying to be accommodated.

El hotel tiene muchos puntos a mejorar 1- el aire acondicionado esta fijo la temperatura no le puedes bajar, el cual se sentia calor, no quiero pensar cómo ha se ser en verano. 2- la taza de baño tenia fuga. 3- la regadera no tenia puerta, el cuál se salía toda el agua. 4- el internet es malisimo. 5- la televisión no puedes cambiarle de canal al menos que pongas un número, tampoco puedes subir el volumen. 6- las llaves se nos desactivaron 4 veces. 7- no tienen secadora de cabello. 8- el elvador es muy lento.

El lugar esta bien para quedarte a dormir si vas de trabajo. Los elevadores están muy viejos, para llegar al piso 5 tienes que bajar en el piso 4 y tomar el elevador de servicio ya que el regular tiene un fallo. Las habitaciones son grandes y bonitas y limpias pero se nota una gran falta de mantenimiento.

Hotel was very nice. Front desk was really kind to accommodate me with the parking spot.

The Rose Hotel is in agreat location in the center of Monterrey. There are shops, restaurants, malls, bakeries, and much more around it. The hotel in itself is great but a few remodels within the structure would help. There is no AC in the elevator nor in the halkway floors. The AC in the room is set at a temperatute where it cannot cool more than necessary. The rooms are outdated aling with its furbiture. Pillows aee more like leftovers comouked into one. The furbiture is in great conditiins but scratched here and there. The room smells musty since there is no ongoing air tgat kerps it cool. The bathroom met the needs vut it is outdated as well. I can tolerate the lack of innovation but the towels were rageddy and gross. They did smell clean but the conditiins of each was not comforting. The pics really di bot reflect its current conditions at all. The lobby is state of the art untilyou step into the real infrastructute. The hotel met my needs but the layout and setting really need a different outlook to make the lodging pleasant and co.foryable. the people holdung together, my respects.

Bien, sola para entrara al estacionamiento un poco complicado

Grande chambre mais fatigué. Les draps avaient des trous de brulures de cigarette ainsi que la table de chevet. Le coffre fort ne marchait pas. La salle de bains avait le siège des WC cassé, la porte de la douche n'était pas étanche, les axes des dérouleurs de papier toilette manquaient, pas de serviettes de mains. Hôtel bien situé avec son propre parking.

Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento

They need to improve the condition of the Hotel, the maintenance is very poor.

The rooms we had were a bit shabby and run down. Everything was clean, but showing its age. The personnel were all amazing. The location was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Había una cucaracha, baños con mucho sarro, me tiraron unos papeles y un medicamento.

Sucio, mal olor, mal internet

La limpieza en las habitaciones es buena, pero hubo un momento que olia muy feo en los pasillos, fue mi segunda vez y mi unico inconveniente son las instalaciones, cama muy dura, televisor no se ve claro y contron sin pilas, la cortina del baño estaba mal puesto con un jaboncinto de calza para que no se caiga.

Olía mucho a humedad y había basura Almohada incómodas

Esta bien ubicado pero las instalaciones tiene un olor desagradable en el baño

El hotel ya es viejito y le falta mantenimiento y limpieza. las sábanas están manchadas y eso genera desconfianza. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la marcoplaza y con muchas opciones de comercio cerca.

NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL QUE NO ES NADA BARATO PARA LO QUE OFRECE. La peor experiencia que he vivido en un hotel, cama sumamente dura, baño lleno de hongo, cucharachas en los pasillos. lo que me faltaba el personal de limpieza tiro a la basura mis retenedores NO se hospeden aqui. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, WHICH IS NOT CHEAP AT ALL FOR WHAT IT OFFERS. The worst hotel experience I've ever had: the bed was extremely hard, the bathroom was full of mold, and the stinking bugs in the hallways. What I needed was the cleaning staff throwing my retainers in the trash. DO NOT stay here.

El hotel está muy viejo. No hay presión de agua en la regadera. Los canales de la televisión se ven muy mal.

La habitación muy amplia, solo que no habia agua caliente para bañarme

Todo súper bien, el único problema es que cuando llegué se equivocaron al asignarme mi habitación y me asignaron una que ya estaba ocupada y sólo hable pero rápido me asignaron una nueva, de ahí en fuera todo bien

No tiene las amenidades que promete en la descripción. El personal no resuelve. No hay servicio a la habitación.

Está en el centro histórico muy segura la zona

Buen servicio en General, el hotel esta céntrico y cerca de la Macroplaza, cerca de estacion del metro.

Las instalaciones no me gustaron nada, tuve problemas con la regadera ya que es muy vieja y me cambiaron de habitación a una que a mi parecer era más sencilla que la que tenía lo q no me gustó. El personal es muy amable sobre todo el del restaurante. Quizá por el precio no podrías encontrar algo mejor. No sé si quisiera volver a hospedarme ahí

La relacion costo vs servicio es aceptable. Sin duda fue un gran hotel hace tiempo. Le falto limpieza a mi baño y en el desayuno la relacion de precio vs alimentos no es proporcional. Es caro

Estuve hospedado dos dias, debo decir que recomiendo altamente este hotel, los precios son accesibles y las habitaciones son muy lujosas y amplias, cuentan con restaurante dentro. Sin duda me volveria a hospedar en este hotel.
