Free parking, cute chateau. The restaurant looked very nice, but needed to have a reservation for it. Drinks at the bar were reasonably priced. I would stay here again. Walking distance to the Citadel and then the cable cars that will take you to downtown Namur (5 or 7.5 euros per person).

Gorgeous form the outside but could use a little refreshing. High up next to the Citadel and overlooking Dinant. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel, plenty of parking, if driving. Lovely gardens, loads of roses. Booked a junior suite, nothing wrong with room, other than minimal storage i.e. about half a wardrobe, with the safe in it. Be aware, don't know if true all time, but menu was in place for the month, I assume, as they use hotel for training chefs. Food was good. There is another restaurant about 10-15 mins walk away, which is also good. Otherwise, bit of a journey to eat. Both restaurants, get booked up weekends/busy times! Enjoyed the stay in the hotel and visiting Namur, I did not know Belgium had so many hills.

Enjoyed staying at the hotel. Room was good, staff nice and parking a big bonus. Recommend that the bar is revamped to make it a bit more welcoming. Also, maps should perhaps be given on arrival to show how to get to nearby cable-car and provide a map of the town. Hotel room charge was good value but evening meal at the restaurant was expensive (given that it seems to be a staff training facility)

Sehr schönes Chateau, schöne Lage , schöner Garten. Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet. Lichtmodulation defekt. Speiseraum und Flure nicht mehr als funktionell renoviert. Sehr freundliches Personal.

das Zimmer hätte 3 mal gewechselt werden müssen. In den ersten beiden Zimmern war das untere Bettlaken mit braunen Flecken am Fußende übersät gewesen . Seit einiger Zeit checken wir immer Matratzen auf solch braune Flecken, aber hier hatten wir sie gleich in zwei Zimmern. Wir wissen nicht was es war, aber auf jeden Fall wollten wir in solch einem Zimmer nicht schlafen. Das dritte Zimmer hatte dann ein sauberes Bettlaken. Nichts desto trotz, war die Freude, in einem Schloss zu schlafen, vorbei. Immerhin war der Mann an der Rezeption hilfreich und änderte Zimmer sofort, Wohl fühlen konnten wir uns hier leider nicht mehr

Absolutely a stunning location, overviewing the city and river. Magnificent building. Rooms are very spacious and staff is professional. I have been staying in this hotel over the past 10 years several times. Although the hotel is still clean, it starts to get a bit outdated. During my recent stays I also noticed the buzzing sound of electric installations and there are, since a while works around the hotel which wake me up in the morning. Maybe time for some renovations?

Excellent hotel. Executive room was very spacious. Only down side was room was very hot and as the air conditioning is centrally controlled I could not reduce the temperature. This meant a few sleepless nights. It changes next week I’m told. I do not think this is acceptable. The room temperature should be controlled independently. No public transport to town in the evenings so had to rely on car. Gondola available during day and is a good way to visit the town. Really positive stay, just need to sort out the air conditioning issue.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte ein winziges Fenster. Deswegen war es auch tagsüber dunkel. Nachts war die indirekte Beleuchtung an den Lichtschaltern zu hell und das Fenster ließ sich nicht abdunkeln. Nie wieder!

Beautiful building. Staff are trainees from catering school so said their best but service was not what you would expect for that price. Rooms a bit shabby but historic. WiFi terrible. No-one to help with bags. Afraid we wouldn’t go back.

Nice location but the rooms were terribly overheated (26 degrees!!). The first night this could not be fixed and we were advised "to sleep with the windows open". This caused the next problem as dozens of mosquitos flooded the room and kept us up all night, also the airco did not work. We could get another room but had to pay 10 euro's extra. Strange as this was their problem, so bad service!!

Hotel est un peu vieillot mais agréable. Le seul point négatif pour moi est la salle de sport où il n’y avait pas de poids libres ni de barre avec des poids interchangeables. Le personnel est très agréable, et vraiment à disposition de la clientèle. Très bon accueil.

Confort et gastronomie a un prix tres abordable. Tres bel endroit avec une belle vue sur la ville, Chambres confortables. Le service est assure par des eleves de l'ecole hotelliere avec les petites imprecisions et maladresses que cela implioque, mais cela fait partie du charme. L'endroit doit etre tres agreable en ete, nous n'avons connu que l'hiver.

Klasse Lage, sehr exclusiv. Leider hat das Reastaurant kaum bis keine vegetarischen Angebote, die Preise für die Menüs sind teuer. Es lohnt sich eher in der Stadt etwas zu essen. Um das schöne Schloss wurde gerade ein Fest aufgebaut, was für viel Hektik und Unruhe sorgte. Ab 10 Uhr war ein Verlassen mit dem Auto nicht mehr möglich, man hätte weit weg parken müssen.
