The drive up hotel entrance portch is terribly narrow, so there is long line of cars waiting to pull up. It can take upto 20 minutes to reach the entrance. The valet is busy, the bellman is busy, there is no one to help. It's crowded like crazy. We had booked an executuve club King room, but got a run of the mill room because the hotel was sold out. The check-in staff is ok, not very friendly or helpful. There is always a wedding or event going on so the hotel looks busy and crowded and noisy.

Its a 5 star busy hotel, which mainly caters to the very high end. Staff is very busy, but nice and accommodative. Food and services inside is super expensive. Front lobby entrance is busy and congested with lot of activities. Luxury and comfortable stay overall.

I had a fantastic 6 days at Hyatt Regency. A old hotel, but classy and far from done. My Suite was huge, and only had a few things need sorted underways. The entire staff made it a unforgetable vacation for me. They were so kind, smiling and polite and with Service in mind. The restaurants provided fantastic tastes, and the sidewalk café killed my hunger for good coffee. But!! A special shoutout to the cleaning which did not only clean my suite to perfection, but the attention to detail, was second to none. Just look at the small detail at Valentines day on my bed 🙂

Fint hotell litt på utsiden av sentrum. Det var store, rene rom. Dusjløsningen kunne vært bedre, men det fungerer. Gode og store senger. Det er mange restauranter på hotellet, så man har mye bra å velge i. Frokosten er også veldig bra.

I have been staying at the Hyatt for many years for my business trips to Delhi. In that time the hotel has maintained excellent standards for room quality and cleanliness. There are many restaurant choices and all provide excellent food quality, some of the best that I've experienced in visiting Delhi over the past 20 years. Staff are always polite and helpful, and these are the reasons that I shall continue to stay at the Hyatt for future visits

Peaceful inside the property - nice respite from the hustle and noise of Delhi. Cafe restaurant offered an expansive buffet - had dinner and breakfast here and really enjoyed my meals. Convenient and reasonably priced car service is available (costs 10x more than Uber but well worth it for the peace of mind of safety - especially since I was traveling solo & woman). It’s overall a lovely property and would’ve rated 5 stars if the toilet in my room didn’t clog. That’s not acceptable for this calibre of a hotel.

The room was very cold I had to ask for a heater. The breakfast room is very stressful. You have to wait 20 min to be seated even though many tables are empty of people but the staff don’t have the time to clear the tables. Don’t order food by the staff much better just go and pick what you want

A fantastic experience! The quality of both breakfast and lunch was exceptional. The staff was very helpful and efficient, helping with shipping and calling taxis. The key given to us did not work and we had to call front desk for getting help who ultimately had to assign a different room. Also, the shower was faulty. The button for overhead shower did not work. On a positive note, the staff (bell service, front desk, cleaning crew) is very helpful and hospitable.

rooms need lot of Maintainance v bad condition and also after changing the room was given room no 143 where it is too noisy too much disturbance no idea what was on the top people kept talking and lot of foot movements noise as well called hotel 7 times to look at that noise.

We stayed here twice during out visit for a family wedding in Delhi. The hotel was very comfortable, kind and attentive customer service throughout. Everybody is very helpful. Transfer to the airport was smooth and timely. We ate in three of the restaurants and can recommend all of them highly. Overall excellent experience.

The service wasn’t great, I found the staff untrained. They were too many in your face all the time with little to offer. You need to learn from Taj. Also, rooms need to have bathrooms without glass walls. How can you have transparent bathroom walls and families staying together in there?

We booked this hotel for last minute stay when our luggage was delayed by the airlines. We had half board package with breakfast and dinner included. It was convenient. Staff in the restaurant at breakfast was super attentive and made our experience memorable. They provided choices with freshly made food. We would stay here again.
