Staff was great across the board and very helpful wherever needed. Breakfast provided wide selection of choices and food was fresh and well prepared. Facilities were good including lobby area, pool area and spa. Room was good size and bed comfortable however it had a musty damp smell and feel. Corridor to room also had same smell. Dehumidifiers might help at least in room we stayed in. Overall it was a good stay.

The room I stayed is too dirty smells so bad no matter how many times the room service has done he cleaning. The prices in the restaurant is too high, like a bottled water costs around 200. People working in the restaurant has less patience. On a positive note, breakfast was tasty and room service response was quick.

Check in by 2.00 am. Found Room dirty, not clean sheets very old. Not standard. Wooden floors were very ugly. Bathroom water came out. Full water on the Washbasin area. By morning in the bathroom smoking smell came. It was very pathetic. Couldn't bear. Complaint made but as usual no respect. This hotel is very crowded morning breakfast is ok.

This is probably one of the worst experiences in a hotel, which is rated 5 star in several travel sites. The hotel is situated in a very good location for which I selected it. The room was totally outdated, humid and with a terrible mouldy smell with bugs flying around. Cleanliness was very poor. The bathroom needed serious remodeling and with most of the fixtures showing signs of falling apart, gave a very repulsive vibe. Very pricey for what’s offered.We were overall disappointed and lodged a formal complaint filling out a form provided by the person at the reception desk.

Hotel is clean, staff was friendly, food was fine, location is good, but physical plant definitely “down in the heels”. Dehumidifiers in rooms and hallways still can’t rid feel of moistness. AC on or off, no way to control temp. Hallway walls uneven (buckiling?) possibly from moisture. Same with carpet in hallways being “straightened” by staff regularly. Handheld shower had no place to firmly affix/rest. Used towels removed daily and replaced soon-ish, leaving 30min-1 hr with no towels (none). Front desk offered to switch our rooms but wouldn’t change anything material so we declined. For price point, can probably do better.

After a round of room-roulette, we got a decent room. All the bathrooms in the rooms appear to be an after-thought, crudely carpentered into the room, with smoked-glass walls. One room we saw had just a curtain for the bathroom door(!!!). Other rooms had a sliding glass door that does not afford good privacy. This is the primary reason for knocking off 2 stars. The staff was courteous in general, but the person showing the rooms was deceitful when trying to pass off a lower-quality room as a superior room. Breakfast spread is adequate. For the price we paid, I expected higher quality.

I was on the eighth floor and i could hear their stupid outdoor events space as if i was at the party myself. I called the front desk twice to tell them i was trying to sleep at a reasonable 9:30 pm. The party went well beyond the timing they said and i had to get up early the next day. I may as well have been sleeping outside with how bad the noise was. I’m not even exaggerating. Zero sound insulation. I even recorded it on my phone.

My stay at the hotel was uncomfortable as the flooring was noisy, the AC did not function properly, the telephone rang unexpectedly at 3 AM disturbing my sleep, and the TV had display issues. I hope the management will address these problems to improve the guest experience.

The Wi-Fi connection was quite terrible. We had to purchase the wifi to use our phones. The breakfast service was poorly organized. Could have been better. The cleaning was ok. Receptionists need to focus on guests instead of their phones. Other staffs were presentable and keen to help.

Unfortunately I wasn’t aware this hotel was under renovations. Both rooms we checked in were smelling of damp. The outside looks like a war zone with marble cladding detached from the structure. Windows blocked so no natural light and definitely no view.

Property was going under maintenance and it was too noisy and loud. Hotel is understaff and they took 3 hours and 10 calls to get me a basic amenities. Front desk girl was really rude. Pathetic and very unprofessional behaviour from staff.

We arrived late in the evening and had booked a non-smoking room. The young lady at the reception desk was rude and uncommunicative. She did ask us if we wanted a smoking or non-smoking room and we clearly confirmed non-smoking. From the interaction with her colleague we suspected there was some problem and indeed we arrived at our room it smelt of smoke and there was an ashtray and matches on the table. we went downstairs and told reception this and had a long wait until we were eventually moved to another room. It was much smaller, shabby and clearly was not the luxury non-smoking room that we had booked. The view outside the window was of scaffolding netting and builders rubble of the window ledge.! ( see attached photo) it was late so we spent the night in it. Next morning I went downstairs and had to argue with receptionist who insisted the room was the luxury room we had booked.! Eventually we were offered a different room but had to wait an hour and a half to be able to move (again) into it. To be fair , We were given a free evening meal, after I said that we just wanted to check out and leave after the way thar we had been treated Food was mediocre. Staff hang about waiting for tips. Stayed in 2 lovely hotels on this trip and paid the same amount as at The Park for excellent service, food etc The other very negative thing about this hotel is that scammers hang around outside the gate and target you if you are on foot.

I was in The Park for two nights. The check-in experience was not very good to put it mildly. A queue had formed, but no one was there to ensure that there was some sort of order. As a result, some unscrupulous folks chose to jump the queue leading to lots of confusion. If this wasn't enough I realized after entering my room that I had been assigned a single bed room instead of a twin bed room, which is what I had booked, I was subsequently moved to another room after waiting for 45-50 minutes. Take the one hour waiting in the queue and the extra hour for changing rooms, thats a whole two hours of checking in, and mind you, I was travelling with my elderly mother (80+). Having said all this, everything else worked wonderfully after that initial hiccup, and the rest of our stay went well.

Horrible check in experience. I pre-arranged and paid in advance for early check in as I came from the US with a 2am arrival. After arriving I was treated like a dog and told. I could not check in. After arguing for some time and confirming my communication I was let to my room. Horrible treatment and will not come back.

THESE STAFF AT THE PARK are true definition of " GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR CALL OF DUTY ". THEIR ATTENDANCE TO MY COMFORT AND WELLBEING WAS OUTSTANDING.. I FEEL SUCH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE RECOGNISED AND MAYBE EVEN REWARDED.

Hotel in linea con l'offerta proposta. Personale efficiente e gentile. Pulizia apprezzabile. Due pecche: la doccia nella vasca da bagno con tenda in stoffa (terribile negli hotel) e il ristorante che alla sera propone buffet a prezzo fisso, quindi noi, che volevamo mangiare giusto un'insalata avremmo dovuto pagare comunque il prezzo pieno. Abbiamo optato per il servizio in camera, che comunque ha un suo costo.

The property is slightly older, the property has so much potential but it almost just bets on its convenience being close to Connaught Place. Good: Beds, Staff, Location Bad: Pool, Small Gym and breakfast. Breakfast is rather unpleasant. The property requires major upgrade, high dose of dust.

The Park hotel New Delhi– Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect – close to all the main attractions but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was good, with a great variety of options( there was also Nutella !! *😜 I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
